Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(7):1015-1019
Objective To investigate the effects of high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage curative. Methods 56 neonates with pulmonary hemorrhage were selected,28 cases in high frequency mechanical ventilation(HFOV) group and 28 cases in conventional mechanical ventilation(CMV)group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the HFOV group received high-frequency mechanical ventilation therapy, the CMV group treated with conventional ventilation. The breathing machine parameters of the two groups were observed and recorded, calculated oxygenation index (OI) and arterial/alveolar oxygen partial pressure ratio (a/APaO2) The duration of pulmonary hemorrhage, the duration of mechanical ventilation, the length of hospital stay, and the duration of oxygen therapy were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically differences of in OI and a/APaO2 between the two groups (t1 =0.28,P1 =0.78;t2 =0.47,P2 =0.64),1h treatment later, declining value of the OI and the rising of a/APaO2 in surviving children, and the therapeutic effect of the HFOV group were more obvious than those of the CMV group (t1'=2.14,P1'=0.04;t2'=2.26,P2'=0.03).In the HFOV group,23 cases cured(82.1%),5 cases died(17.9%).And in CMV group,15 cases cured(53.6%),13 cases died (46.4%).The duration of pulmonary hemorrhage, the duration of mechanical ventilation, the length of the hospital stay, and the duration of oxygen therapy of the HFOV group were significantly lower than those of CMV group, the differences were statistically significant (P =0.046,0.044,0.048,0.035).Conclusion HFOV can better improve oxygenation function in infants with pulmonary hemorrhage, shorten the course of the disease and improve the cure rate, recommend the application and clinical treatment.
2.Relationship of PSCA rs2294008 Polymorphism with Precursors of Gastric Cancer
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(12):733-736
Background:Gastric cancer is the result of comprehensive interactions among Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection, environmental factors and host genetic factors. It has been demonstrated that rs2294008 polymorphism in prostate stem cell antigen(PSCA)gene is associated with increased risk of non-cardia gastric cancer. Aims:To investigate the relationship between PSCA rs2294008 polymorphism and precursors of gastric cancer. Methods:A total of 398 patients with gastric intestinal metaplasia( n = 328)and intraepithelial neoplasia( n = 70)from Nov. 2009 to Nov. 2015 at the Qingdao Municipal Hospital were enrolled, and 416 healthy subjects were served as controls. Genotype of PSCA rs2294008 was determined by direct DNA sequencing of PCR products, and Hp infection was examined by rapid urease test. Results:Significant difference in frequencies of CC,CT and TT genotypes of PSCA rs2294008 was observed between case and control groups(P = 0. 011);the frequency of TT genotype was significantly higher in case group than in control group (16. 3% vs. 9. 4% ,P = 0. 003). Compared with individuals carrying CC genotype,TT genotype carriers were found to be associated with a higher risk of precursors of gastric cancer(oR = 1. 840,95% CI:1. 174 ~ 2. 886). Taken individuals negative for Hp infection and carrying C allele(CC + CT)as reference, risk of precursors of gastric cancer was significantly increased by Hp infection(oR = 2. 389,95% CI:1. 799 ~ 3. 173)and Hp infection in combination with TT genotype (OR = 3. 335,95% CI:1. 935 ~ 5. 749),whereas TT genotype alone only slightly increased the risk(OR = 1. 783,95%CI:0. 900 ~ 3. 530). Conclusions:PSCA rs2294008 polymorphism is significantly associated with susceptibility to precursors of gastric cancer and Hp infection might further increase the risk in TT carriers.

By establishing a series of Dynamic Cervical Implants (DCI) within C5-C6 cervical spinal segments, the biomechanical finite element analysis for DCI with different width and thickness were carried out to investigate the influence of the width and thickness of DCI's curved section on its equivalent stress and range of motion (ROM), so as to provide some theoretical basis for the optimization of DCI's design. The results show that the width of DCI's curved section has more obvious influence on the ROM of lateral bending and torsion, in comparison with the thickness of DCI's curved section. By appropriate reduction in width, the ROMs of lateral bending and torsion increase obviously, i.e. the overall movement function of patients is improved. Furthermore, the increase of equivalent stress could be counteracted by corresponding increase of thickness.

This study is designed to obtain recombinant human acetylcholinesterase (rhAChE) and apply it in screening acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. The rhAChE was overexpressed in HEK293 cells transfected by plasmid of pCMV-AChE with the cationic liposome and rhAChE was found to be secreted into cell culture medium. AChE activity was assayed according to modified Ellman method to obtain kinetic parameters. IC so50 values for donepezil compounds of rhAChE were calculated to determine their activities of inhibition. The results showed that Km value was 151.9 micromol.L-1 donepezil inhibited rhAChE in a mixed competitive-noncompetitive way (Ki= 16.03 nmol.L-1, Ki = 18.36 nmol.L-1) and that most new compounds tested exhibited high activities of inhibition on rhAChE. The study suggests that rhAChE is available to be applied in screening AChE inhibitors in vitro.
