[Objective]This paper aimed at discussing the application of pulse in the clinical through the analysis of medical cases by Wang Mengying. [Objective] To explore how to use music therapy to treat insomnia. [Methods] Through the analysis of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine theory, reflect on the pattern of the TCM therapy for insomnia, excavate the tune theory in Neijing, with unique angle of view to explain music therapy, combined with traditional Chinese medicine five psychological states of disorder in the concrete implementation plan of the music therapy. [Re-sults] Chinese medicine five kinds of psychological disorder of music therapy treating insomnia provides a good way of thinking, different psychological dis-order states corresponding to different melodies of music therapy, the system in the treatment of insomnia. [Conclusion] The emerging treatment of music therapy is to be carried forward, as a kind of special treatment, has been accepted by more and more people, the five kinds of TCM psychological disorder states in detail dividing the specific psychological insomnia, has played a guiding role to the design of the music prescription.

It is revealed that noninvasive examining fetal cells from peripheral blood of pregnant women for diagnosis of sex-linked inherited diseases is significant valuable.

Objective:To explore the role of osteopotin in lupus nephritis (LN).Methods:Sera osteopotin( OPN )levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 90 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),15 non-SLE patients with renal impairment,and 30 healthy volunteers.OPN mRNA expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) was also investigated with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction semi-quantitative method.Results:The expression of OPN was significantly higher in active LN groups than in all other groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PBMCs OPN mRNA is up regulation in active SLE.Meanwhile,its expression levels are correlated with the activity of LN.

Objective To reproduce a pulmonary carcinoma model by injecting VX2 tumor tissue block suspension into rabbits' lung,and to compare the result with that of injecting VX2 tumor cells suspension.Methods A total of 50 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into two groups randomly with 25 in each.The VX2 tumor tissue block suspension and cell suspension were injected respectively into the right lower lung of each rabbit in two groups.The growth and metastasis of tumor in the thorax were observed with CT scan.The general condition of the animals was observed as well.Results The pathological pictures of the VX2 tumors were the same in two groups.The ratio of successful transplantation was 100% in the tissue block suspension group,while it was 48% in the cells suspension group,a remarkable difference in the success rate of tumor transplantation was found between the two methods(P

According to ZFY gene sequence on Y-chromosome, which supposedly codes for the testis determining factor (TDF), a pair of primers F3.2 and F4.2 were designed to specifically amplify 650 bp DNA fragment. The amplified product was electrophoresized on 1.5% agarose gel stained with EB, and then directly visualized under UV. This protocol resulted in constantly producing 650 bp band of the specific product by amplification of 500 pg male genomic DNA and had the same result when mixed with 100 fold amount of female genomic DNA. When this method was used to detect Y-ZFY of chorionic villi and amniotic fluid in 20 samples respectively, its accuracy for determining fetal sex reached 100 percent.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of the active compounds in Banxia Houpo Decoction treating tension type headache through network pharmacology and molecular docking.Methods:The potentially effective components and targets of Banxia Houpo Decoction were screened by TCMSP, and the action targets of tension type headache were obtained by GeneCards, PharmGKB, TTD, Drugbank and OMIM. The intersection target of "Banxia Houpo Decoction - tension type headache" was obtained by Perl software. The protein interaction network was uploaded to STRING database and topological analysis was carried out. With the help of Cytoscape 3.8.0 software, the visualization network of "Banxia Houpo Decoction - medicine ingredient-Target-tension type headache" was constructed, and the GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the intersection targets were carried out by using R 4.1.0 language and related programs. The AutoDockTools-1.5.6 software was used to complete the molecular docking analysis.Results:There were 33 intersection targets in Banxia Houpo Decoction and tension type headache. Topological attribute analysis suggested that MAPK1, TP53, ESR1, PTGS2, MYC, CYP1A2, CYP3A4 and GSTP1 might be important potential targets of Banxia Houpo Decoction in the prevention and treatment of tension type headache. GO enrichment analysis showed 516 cell biological processes (BP), 62 cell components (CC) and 149 molecular functions (MF). KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that there were 94 related signal pathways, such as cGMP-PKG signaling pathway, Cholinergicsynapse, Serotonergic synapse and TNF signaling pathway.Conclusions:Banxia Houpo Decoction has multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway characteristics in the prevention and treatment of tension-type headache. It mainly acts on 5-HT synaptic pathway, TNF signal pathway, cholinergic synaptic pathway, G protein coupled receptor pathway and other pathways through ESR1, TP53, PGTS2 and other multi target.
