Objective: To study the protective effect of Chinese materia medica of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum on chronic bronchitis mice induced by tobacco smoking from aspect of pathomorphology changes. Methods: 60 Healthy male mice were divided into normal group, chronic bronchitism model group, Guilong Kechuanning group, high and low dosage of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum groups at random, each 12. Model mice of chronic bronchitis were induced tobacco smoking, giving Guilong Kechuanning and Chinese materia medica of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum at the same time. The pathomorphology changes of trache and lung tissue were observed under light microscope. Results: Compared model group, the pathomorphology changes of trache and lung tissue in Guilong Kechuanning group, high and low dosage of tonifying kindey and eliminating sputum groups relieved(P

To guarantee the research and establishment of the modern basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, We firstly proposed the concept of the academic standards of the modern basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and its logical structure and standards points in this paper. According to the research progress at home and abroad, we explored the basic concept of academic, academic standards, academic of Chinese medicine, academic standards of Chinese medicine in depth, given the logical definition of relevant concepts, and revealed the connotation and logical hierarchy relationship between different concepts. On this basis, we proposed three-level standards points of the academic standards of Chinese medicine. All of these works mentioned above would provide a preliminary standards protection for the academic research of traditional Chinese medicine and the establishment of the modern basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective:To investigate the effects of chronic anger stress on rats' aging process and the mechanism of the neuroendocrine-immune network. Methods:After the aging and brain aging rats induced by D-galactose(D-gal) were stimulated by anger, observation of the effects of chronic anger stress on the rats' spatial learning and memory was made, the contents of norepinephrine(NE), 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in brain tissue and serum, the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone (CORT) in serum were assayed, the spleen index was measured. Results:Compared with the D-gal group, in the D-gal group stimulated by anger, the rats' ability of spatial learning and memory declined, the contents of NE in brain tissue and serum increased, the contents of 5-HT declined, the levels of CORT in serum increased, and the spleen index declined. Conclusion: The rats' aging and brain aging were aggravated and the aging process were accelerated by chronic anger stress. The possible mechanism were the sustained excitability of the HPA axis and SAS, disturbances of neuroendocrine system and immunological function repression.

Objective To evaluate the security and effectiveness of emerging sternal rigid plate by comparing with wires closure. Methods 60 patients who undergoing median sternotomy from two centers were enrolled in this study, 30 received wire cerclage( control group) and the other 30 received rigid plate fixation( experimental group) . Patients' sternal were closed with wires or rigid plates, and the painness, sternal union and status of wires or rigid plates were followed up and assessed one week, three months and six months after procedures. Results All patients survived and were followed up. 117 rigid plates were implanted. There was no significant difference in pre-operative data, post-operative painness, sternal union and status of wires and plates between control and experimental group. No patient reached the standard of clinical sternal union one week post-operation, but all patients reached the standard of clinical sternal six months post-operation. One patient in control group suffered sternal nonunion, movement and wound infection after sternotomy. Conclusion Compared to wire closure, sternal closure with rigid plates is the same safe and effective.

Internal injury of seven emotions is an important proposition in etiology of traditional Chinese medicine. In view of the urgent social problem of brain aging, our research group put forward the hypothesis that"Liver failing to facilitate the coursing of Qi caused by long-term accumulation of negative emotions accelerates the process of brain aging".Firstly, establish the rat model of long-term negative emotional stress by indirect electric shock, and create films that induce anger.Secondly, through the perspective of animal experiments,case-control and normal population,it is revealed that the long-term accumulation of either single negative emotion(anger)or compound negative emotion can accelerate the process of brain aging and its mechanism. It also found the possibility biological basis of excessive and insufficient of liver catharsis in traditional Chinese medicine, and deepened the understanding of the individual differences of liver Zang Xiang syndrome and physiological function. Finally, with the help of event-related potentials(ERPs)and functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),it is found that the potential objective diagnostic indexes of mild cognitive impairment(MCI)patients with long-term liver qi stagnation, and Liver Soothing method can improve their cognitive function, and reveal its therapeutic mechanism. The above research is helpful to make up for the defects of target emotion induction, improve the TCM etiology and pathogenesis theory of brain aging, provide possible biological indexes for early warning of diseases induced by abnormal of liver facilitate the coursing of Qi,and provide reference for early screening, diagnosis and treatment of MCI.

Objective Using event-related potentials(ERPs),to study the effect and mechanism of negative emotion accumulation hepatic insufficiency on working memory in normal people. Methods Fifty subjects in each of the emotionally stable group and emotionally unstable group were given two load tasks(0-back and 1-back)in the N-back paradigm, the reaction time and correct rate were recorded, and the ERPs components N200 and P300 were detected. The latency and amplitude of P300 were analyzed statistically. Results ①Compared with the emotionally stable group, the emotionally unstable group had a longer reaction time(P<0.05).②Compared with the emotionally stable group, the subjects in the emotionally unstable group had prolonged N200 latency, decreased P300 amplitude significantly(P<0.05),and P300 latency had a tendency to extend(P<0.1).Conclusion Long-term accumulation of negative emotions and liver failure in normal people have the performance of decreased working memory, which may be related to the reduction of attention resource allocation and the impairment of cognitive processing function.
