1.Effect of propofol preconditioning on activities of ATPase on myocardial cell membrane in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury
The Journal of Clinical Anesthesiology 2009;25(5):433-434
Objective To investigate the effect of propofol preconditioning on activities of ATPase on myocardial cell membrane in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Forty Sprague-Dawiey rats were subject to 30 min ischemia and 60 min reperfusion and randomly assigned to five groups, six rats per group: control(C) group; ischernia-reperfusion (IR) group; propofol preconditioning group(P, according to the dosage of propofol, P was assigned to three KM+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase of left ventricle myocardial tissue were measured by chemical colorirnetric method. The rnyocardium pathomorphism was observed with light microscopes. Results The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase in ischemia-reperfusion group were lower than control group and propofol preconditioning group(P<0. 05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Propofol preconditioning can produced cardioprotective effect against ischemia-reperfusion injury by recovering the ATPase activities of myocardial tissue.
2.Development of vein image projection equipment
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(4):9-10,11
Objective:To introduce a method and theory about how implementation vein image projection epidermis and conduct the clinical testing. Methods: Base on existing electronic components construct circuit. The construct circuit was made of industrial personal computer, mini-projector, camera and so on. The image is captured by camera transfer to industrial personal computer. Choosing suitable image process algorithms modify image. Processed image that storage in industrial personal computer transfer to mini-projector, vascular vein lines is produced from mini-projector.Results: Through this way that vascular vein projector method get image basic agreement vascular trend, meet the clinical needs. Conclusion: Vein image projection methods meet clinical need can be used to study other field.
3.Tumor microenvironment: A novel target for antitumor activity of polysaccharides
Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2010;41(1):1-10
Tumor microenvironment plays a crucial role in neoplastic evolution process as it may provide functional interactions between neoplastic and non-neoplastic cells involved in tumor invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis, which implies that it can be regarded as a novel target for the antitumor therapy of polysaccharides. This review focuses on the protumor variations existing in tumor microenvironment, such as growth factors, immunosuppressive factors, proteases, glycoproteins, etc.,which may offer possible mechanisms of polysaccharides on the regulation of their corresponding functions.

Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2017;36(3):226-229
In order to solve some limitations and difficulties in guiding the practical work of determination and classification of the areas of high water iodine and the endemic areas of iodine excess goiter (GB/T 19380-2003),we carried out the revision on the original standard from 5 aspects such as the name, normative reference file, the definition and the technical indicators of classification of high iodine areas and the endemic areas of iodine excess goiter, such as sampling method in appendix and so on,and worked out the standard of definition and demarcation of water-borne iodine-excess areas and iodine-excess endemic areas.Enforcement of the new standard will bring important social benefits.

Objective To synthesize 24-methylenecholestan-3?,5?,6?-triol,a compound same as a marine natural product,.Methods The target molecule was synthesized in 7 steps using hyodeoxycholic acid as the starting material,3?-(tetrahydropyran-2-yloxy)-cholest-5-ene-24-ketone as the key intermediate and isopropylation in Grignard reagents as the key step. Results The target molecule was synthesized in a total yield of 53% and confirmed by mass spectrometry(MS),proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1HNMR),carbon magnetic resonance spectroscopy,(13CNMR)and infrared spectroscopy(IR).Conclusion Our method to synthesize 24-methylene-cholestan-3?,5?,6?-triol is characterized by easily available and cheap starting material, short synthetic route, high yield and atom-economic.

Objective To study the state, feature and risk factors of bacterial infection in patients with liver cirrhosis, find out the influence of infection on prognosis, and provide scientific basis for its prevention and treatment. Methods Three hundred and twenty-three patients with liver cirrhosis were analyzed. The number of the patients with infection, the location of infection, clinical feature as well as the kind of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed. Unconditional Logistic regression analysis was used to assess the risk factors of bacterial infection. Results The overall infection rate was 39.94% (129/323),of which community acquired infection rate and nosocomial infection rate were 22.60% (73/323) and 17.34%(56/323) respectively. The most common location of infection in turn were respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, biliary tract and abdominal cavity. The main pathogenic bacteria was Gram-negative bacillus, most of which had drug resistance for cefquinome and quinolones. The risk factors related with bacterial infection included liver cancer, Child-Pugh class B and C grade of liver function, gastrointestinal tract bleeding, diabetes mellitus, invasive operations and the length of staying in hospital. Conclusions The incidence rate of infection in patients with liver cirrhosis is higher. Multiple factors are likely to affect the incidence rate of infection in patients with liver cirrhosis.

Objective To study the origin of HIV-1 strains from 2 mother-to-child cases. Method DNA fragments of HIV-1 gag gene were amplified by nested PCR from the 4 target persons, and the amplified region were sequenced. Results The sequence of the specified fragment from all persons were analyzed and the strains were belonged to subtype A/E, while the sequence between mother's and child's is highly homologous. Conclusion 2 children were infected by mother-to-child transmission.
