The theoretical system for medical knowledge transfer was studied by analyzing its main research researchers,bodies and contents presenting in different databases-covered papers on medical knowledge transfer from 2005 to 2015,which showed that the main researches on medical knowledge transfer are focused on individuals,teams,organizations and leagues,the main research bodies are doctors,nurses,medical and non-medical staff,patients and their mangers and educators,and the main research contents are the influencing factors and implementation mechanisms for medical knowledge transfer.Although foreign and domestic researches on medical knowledge transfer showed certain differences with some limitations,they are of great importance for perfecting its theoretical system and practical implementation.

Intestinal trefoil factor (ITF or TFF3) is a member of trefoil factor family which is most studied , mainly in the in-testinal tract .TFF3 plays an important role in gastrointestinal mucosal protection and epithelial repair .Action mechanism includes in-teraction with mucin, migration, anti-apoptosis, angiogenesis, immune regulation, interaction with its receptor, etc.Recombinant TFF3 has been approved as a national drug and its therapeutic indications for repair mucosa , prevention and treatment of gastrointesti-nal ulcers and inflammation .Furthermore, the classic TFF3 receptor and signaling pathway is highly valuable to make TFF 3 become an effective treatment for gastrointestinal injury disease .

JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway exists in various organs and tissues and mediates multiple biological processes including cell proliferation,differentiation,migration,apoptosis and immunoregulation.Recently,it has been revealed that this pathway plays an important role in gastrointestinal diseases,promoting tumor growth,angiogenesis and inhibiting apoptosis in gastric and colorectal cancers,and being implicated in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease.Inhibitors targeting JAK/STAT3 pathway showed promising outcome in some disease models.In this review article,the advances in study of abovementioned issues were summarized.

Teaching of Introduction to information management is one of the important tasks for library and informa-tion subject and archive management subject. The leading teaching materials of Introduction to information manage‐ment used in China at present were listed, the contents in Introduction to information management were summa-rized, and the teaching models for the basic courses of informatics in University of Arizona and their enlightenments on teaching of such courses in China were analyzed with certain suggestions put forward for the teaching reform of Introduction to information management in China.

Objective To explore the curative effects of color Doppter ultrasound guided interventional therapy in pelvic cyst. Methods From July 2006 to June 2008,the color Doppler ultrasound guided transabdominal or transvaginal puncture was performed in 34 pelvic cysts among 32 diagnosed cases,absolute alcohol was injected into the cysts for sclerotherapy.Results Among 34 cysts,the treatment only failed in one cyst of one case because of the over ropy hydatid fluid,which was hard to be aspirated.All of the cases were followed up for three months.Twenty-seven cysts were cured after the first treatment,the cure rate was 79.4%(27/34).The maximum diameter of other 4 cysts decreased more than 1/2.The effective rate was 91.2%(31/34) after the first puncture.Finally,33 cases showed curative effect after the puncture therapy,the total effective rate was 97.1%(33/34).No serious complications were observed.Conclusion This therapy is a simple,accurately,safe and effective treatment for many indications.It's worthy to be recommended in the therapy of pelvic cyst.

Objective:To explore the nursing efficacy of 321 health education model on maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin.Methods:A total of 97 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin from January 2019 to December 2019 in the Central Hospital of Panzhihua were divided into control group of 49 cases and study group of 48 cases by table of random number. The patients in control group were taken with conventional nursing and health propaganda measures while the patients in study group accepted a different nursing mode of combining 321 health education model. The Chinese version of the Four-Item Itch Questionnaire (FIIQ), the Chinese version of the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), and the Chinese version of the Kidney Disease Questionnaire (KDQ) were used to evaluate the skin itchy status and its influences to patients′ life and life quality of the 2 groups before and after intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in the skin itchy status and its influences to patients′ life and life quality before intervention between the two groups( P>0.05). After intervention, the total score of FIIQ, and the scores of the three dimensions of itchy degree, itchy frequency, and influences on sleep were respectively (7.46 ± 0.94), (1.83 ± 0.26), (1.92 ± 0.29), (1.86 ± 0.23), which were all lower than the same data of the control group patients: (12.36 ± 1.24), (2.69 ± 0.31), (3.02 ± 0.42), (2.91 ± 0.37), showing differences with statistical significance ( t values were 14.79-21.90, P<0.05). After intervention, the total score of the DLQI, and the scores of five dimensions of symptom perception, daily life, entertainment and leisure, work and study, and treatment of the patients in study group were respectively (10.55 ± 1.27), (2.85 ± 0.29), (2.11 ± 0.32), (2.47 ± 0.29), (1.72 ± 0.25), and (2.21 ± 0.27), which were all lower than the same data of patients in control group: (14.47 ± 1.78), (3.92 ± 0.37), (1.57 ± 0.22), (1.64 ± 0.25), (1.26 ± 0.18), (1.21 ± 0.11), indicating statistically significant difference ( t values were 9.67-23.80, P<0.05). After intervention, the total score of KDQ and the scores of the four dimensions of physical symptoms, fatigue, depression, and frustration of the patients in study group were respectively (121.66 ± 15.91), (27.36 ± 3.02), (24.44 ± 3.44), (26.71 ± 3.58), and (19.28 ± 2.66), which were all higher than the same data of patients in control group: (108.38 ± 14.69), (24.51 ± 2.64), (22.60 ± 3.41), (22.45 ± 3.47), (14.92 ± 2.04), presenting differences with statistical significance ( t values were -9.07 - -2.65, P<0.05). Conclusions:For maintenance hemodialysis patients with itchy skin, the nursing intervention by 321 health education model can effectively ease the itchy skin problem, relieve the impact of itchy skin on patients' lives, and improve the life quality of patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of dexamethasone(DEX)on the secretion of interleukin (IL)-17 and interferon(IFN)-γ and the proportion of Th17,Tc17,Th1 ,Tc1 cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods Thirty hospitalized SLE patients were recruited and twenty-two healthy volunteers were recruited as healthy controls. PBMCs were separated from SLE patients and healthy controls and then was cultured in vitro by medium or PMA/Ionomycin or PMA/Ionomycin +dexamethasone for six hours. Four- color immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric assay were used to analyze the percentage of Th17,Tc17,Th1,Tc1 cells in PBMCs. Concentrations of IL-17 and IFN-γ in plasma and the supernatants of PBMCs which were cultured for 24 hours were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The plasma concentrations of IL-17 and IFN-γwere elevated in SLE patients as compared to the controls(P ＜ 0.05). No significant differences were observed between patients and controls for the spontaneous production of IL-17 and IFN-γ or percentage of T subsets expressed by PBMCs. After the stimulation of PMA,compared with the controls,the level of IL-17 was significantly elevated in the supematants of PBMCs and the percentages of Th17 and Tc1 in SLE patients increased significantly(P ＜ 0. 05). However,there showed no significant differences between SLE patients and the controls for the percentages of Th1 and Tc17 cells. DEX could significantly decrease the production of IL-17(P ＜ 0. 01)and the percentages of Th17,Tc1 cells by the active PBMCs(P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusions There is abnormal expression of T subset cells and their cytokines in vivo of SLE patients. DEX can interfere with immunological pathological process in the cytokine network imbalance of SLE patients and shows powerful inhibition of IL - 17. Our results may provide some laboratory evidence for the clinical application of corticosteroids.

Medical and health equipment are rapidly developing in the direction of intelligence and portability. As a representative of them, wearable devices are playing an more and more important role in medical service. To this end, this review discussed the development process of wearable devices, and defined the concept of wearable devices. The existing wearable devices were divided into four categories according to their shapes: hand wear, head wear, lower limb wear and trunk wear. The application of them in medical service were particularly introduced. The 4 future development trends of wearable device, included adding fashionable element, focusing on a particular area, new interactive model and invisible portability, were analyzed and reviewed. Based on above analysis, we could got a comprehensive understanding for the application of current wearable device in medical treatment, and could hold the development direction of wearable device in medical treatment of hospital. While, for above products, there were some differences in technique level between domestic manufacturer and developed country, and there is a larger potential in the relevant products and arithmetic aspects.
