Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(18):2800-2801
Objective To investigate the correlation between the plasm level of homocysteine(Hcy) and carotid intimal-medial thickness(IMT) in type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods 54 patients with preliminary diagnosis of T2DM were divided into two groups according to IMT level:normal IMT group and IMT increased group.30 healthy people were chosen as control.Hcy were detected in all patients and healthy people. Results Hcy levels in T2DM was (24.77 ± 10.17) μmol/L,which was higher than that in healthy people [(10.95 ± 2.60) μmol/L] (P < 0.05).Hcy levels in IMT increased group was (19.80 ±4.97)μmol/L,which was higher than that in normal IMT group [(15.00 ±4.83) μmol/L] (P < 0.05).The positive correlation between Hcy and IMT in T2DM was shown (r =0.6384,P < 0.05).Conclusion High Hcy was an independent risk factor of atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes.
2.Effect of the miracle questions in solution-focused brief therapy on memory tend and emotional stage in college students
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2014;(11):1030-1032
Objective To evaluate the effect of the miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy on memory tend and emotional stage in a non?clinical situation in college students. Methods A quasi?experimental design was adopted, and two kinds of materials for self?coaching( solution?focused, problem?focused) were devel?oped according to the previous researches. Seventy?two subjects were randomly divided into two groups, receiving the miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy( The miracle question group, thirty?six subjects) or problem?focused coaching intervention(problem?focused group, thirty?six subjects).Exception memories number and positive and negative emotion level were evaluated between the two groups. Results The subjects receiving the miracle question group write more exception memories (3.67±2.07) than problem?focused group (1.61±1.18) ( t=5.178, P<0.01) . There was no significant difference in the positive and negative emotion level between the two groups(P>0.05) . Conclusion The miracle questions in solution?focused brief therapy can trigger the subjects to exceptional memories .This suggests that in practical application, questions order has impact on the effect of consultation. Be?fore asking exception question, miracle questions should be asked in the use of solution?focused intervention.
3.Relationship between the diatolic/systolic oddi and the gold section ratio
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investige the diatolic/systolic oddi (DSO) of blood pressure and its relation to the gold section ratio (GSR)(0.618). Methods Blood pressures were measured and statistically analyzed in 604 patients with various types of hypertension. Dymamic changes of the blood presures were observed in patients treated with nitrobentin. Results The research on the aesthetic relationship between various types of blood pressure's DSO and GSR revealed that DSO of normal blood pressure approached the GSR, while that of the abnormal one deviated from GSR. Conclusion DSO may offer a new aesthetic parameter in assessing the human bodys aesthetics. This further verifies that the medical aesthetics of human body is natural collection of GSR.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;29(9):784-786
Objective To investigate the distribution and effect of class Ⅰ integron in 40 strains of clinical multi-resistant Enterobacter cloacae. Methods Kirby-Bauer method was used to analyze the drug resistance of 40 strains of multi-resistant Enterobacter cloacae and the drug resistance gene was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results 28 strains (70.0%) of 40 clinical isolates were observed to contain class Ⅰ integron. Drug resistance test showed their resistance rate to 10 kind of an-tibaeterials as follow: 7.5% to imipenem, 5.0% to meropenem, 75.0% to piperacillin-tazobactam,55.0% to amikacin, 12.5% to cefepime, 52.5% to ceftazidime, 55.0% to cefotaxime, 90.0% to ceftriaxone;81.8% to ticarcillin-clavutanic acid, and 85.0% to ciprofloxacin. Conclusion This study shows that the resistance situation of Enterobacter cloacae isolates is very serious, and class Ⅰ integron may play an important role in the muhidrug resistant mechanism.

Objective This study was aimed to evaluate the remote real-time transmission 12-lead electrocardiogram system on door-to-balloon time in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the consecutive patients with STEM I who had accepted primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in the chest pain center of our hospital from February 2012 to July 2012.The study group consisted of patients with pre-hospital ECG,while the control group included patients without pre-hospital ECG,Their door-to-balloon time and door-to-catheter room time, mortality w ere compared. Results Totally 60 consecutive patients who had received primary PC I for STEMI were evaluated.Among them,35 patients were hospitalized with pre-hospital ECG while the other 25 patients without ECG.The Pre-hospital ECG was associated with a significautly shorter median door-to-balloon time (38 min vs.94min;P <0.01),The proportion of patients received balloon dilation within the guidelinerecommended 90 min timeframes Was significantly higher in pre-hospital ECG group than in non pre-hospital ECG group (94.6% vs.60%;P =0.001).No difference was observed in mortality between the two groups (5.7%vs.4%;P > 0.05),Significant difference was seen in the median hospital time in study group (5 compared with control group (7day) (5 day vs.7 day;P < 0.01).Conclusions The remote real-time transmission 12-lead electrocardiogram system is associated with a significantly shorter door-to-balloon time in STEMI patients. The remote real-time transmission 12-lead electrocardiogram system is recommended in patients suspected STEMI.
9. Lentiviral vector-mediated RNA interference of HBs inhibits replication of HBV
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;30(3):295-299
Objective: To construct a lentiviral vector (LV) of RNA interference (RNAi) targeting HBs gene and to observe its effect on the replication of HBV and expression of antigens. Methods: The effective sequence of siRNA targeting HBs gene was confirmed in our previous study. The complementary DNA containing both sense and antisense Oligo DNA of the targeting sequence was designed, synthesized and cloned into the lentivirus vector (pGCLM-GFP). The resulting lentivirus vector containing HBs shRNA was named LVshHBs, and it was confirmed by PCR and sequencing. 293T cells were cotransfected with lentivirus vector pGCLM-GFP, pHelper 1.0 and pHelper 2.0. All virus stocks were produced by calcium phosphate-mediated transfection. The titer of virus was tested according to the expression level of GFP. HepG2. 2.15 cells were infected with LVshHBs and the supernatant of the cells was subjected to ELISA, Western blotting analysis and HBV DNA quantitative analysis. Results: PCR and DNA sequencing demonstrated that the LVshHBs-producing HBs shRNA was successfully constructed. The titer of concentrated virus was 5 × 108-2 × 109 TU/ml. The inhibitory effect was efficient and the corresponding viral transcript and expression of antigens were decreased after infection. The inhibitory effect was observed 4 days after infection and peaked 9 days after the initial treatment with RNAi. Secreted HBsAg was reduced by > 70% in cell culture compared with the negative control, which is also confirmed by Western blotting and real time PCR. After quantification of HBV DNA, the level of DNA relative to the controls was also significantly reduced after RNAi treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: The lentivirus RNAi vector of HBs has been successfully constructed. The lentiviral microRNA-based RNAi targeting HBs can specifically mediate the down regulation of HBs expression, inhibiting HBV replication and antigen expression.
