1.Diurnal variation, moon phase and seasonal variation in onset of stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2003;9(5):284-285
ObjectiveTo determine the diurnal variation, moon phase, and seasonal variation in the onset of stroke. MethodsThe time parameters, including the time, the moon phase and the season of the stroke occurrence for 905 in-patients from 1989-2001 were investigated.ResultsThere was a significant difference (D=0.155,P<0.01) for circadian rhythm in the onset of 321 cases with cerebral infarction, and the incidence frequency at dawn was much higher than that at other time, but the difference of the moon phase and seasonal rhythm in the onset of cerebral infarction were not significant(P>0.05).There were not diurnal variation, moon phase and seasonal rhythms in the onset for cerebral haemorrhage(P>0.05).ConclusionsThe cerebral infarction occur more frequently at dawn time.
2.Progress of tumor markers of children's germ cell tumor
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(4):372-374
Tumor marker is a hot subject of research in oncology field, which would promote the diagnosis and treatment in clinic.Tumor markers of children's germ cell tumor include α-fetoprotein,glypican 3,SALL4,glial cell line-derived neurotropic factor receptorα-1(GFRα-1),Ki-67,octamer-binding transcription factor4,CD117,D2-40 and CD30.SALL4 would be used as a new tumor marker for germ cell tumor, specially for yolk sac tumor.GFRα-1 can be helpful for the diagnosis of immature teratoma.
3.Efficacy Observation of Cinepazide Maleate Combined with Oxiracetam in the Treatment of Vascular Dementia
China Pharmacy 2015;(23):3263-3265
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cinepazide maleate combined with oxiracetam in the treat-ment of vascular dementia. METHODS:62 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 31 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with Oxiracetam injection 4g/d for 3weeks. Patients in treat-ment group were treated with cinepazide maleate 160 mg/d for 3 weeks on the basis of control group. The patients of 2 groups were exam-ined with Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE)and Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL)before and after treatment. RESULTS:There was statistically significant difference in MMSE and ADL scores of 2 groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);MMSE score and ADL score of treatment group was better than that of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);Obvious ADR was not found in both groups. CONCLUSIONS:Cinepazide maleate combined with oxiracetam can significantly improve ADL and MMSE score in patients with vascular dementia, improve the quality of life, showing significant and good clinical efficacy.
4.Clinic study of Xiangdan point injection in upper limb spasticity after stroke
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(9):525-525
ObjectiveTo study the effect of Xiangdan point injection in upper limb spasticity after stroke. Methods56 cases were divided into two groups: 28 cases for treatment group were treated with point injection Xiangdan, combined with routine therapy. Another 28 cases for control were only routinely therapy. ResultsThe cure rate of the treatment group was 29% ,the effective rates was 100%, while that of control group was 11% and 25% respectively (P<0.01).Conclusions Xiangdan point injection is more effective in upper limb spasticity after stroke than only routine therapy.
5.Clinical Study on 112 Cases with Hemiplegia
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 1997;3(1):22-24
112 cases with hemiplegia were randomly divided into three groups, training, acupuncture, and integrated training and acupuncture.Their effects were observed for three monthes. Results:the effect of the integrated training and acupuncture group was significantly better than the other two groups(P<0.01).The results comfirmed that the motor function of the hemiplegic limbs was enhanced effectively with the integrated training and acupuncture.
6.Development of the Data Processing Program of Digoxin and Adjustment of Effective Blood Drug Concentration Range
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To develop the data processing program of Digoxin blood drug concentration(DBDP)and to determine the range of effective blood concentration of Digoxin.METHODS:The DBDP program was developed by VISUAL BASIC6.0and run in Windows95system.The data of blood drug concentration, which was determined with flurescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA)in our hospital, was analyzed with DBDP program and effective blood drug concentration range of Digoxin was set up.RESULTS:The DBDP program integrated functions including pharmacokinetic parameter estimation, establishment of the effective blood drug concentration range, management of the data of the blood drug concentration moni?toring, automatic addition of patient's file, multifunctional fuzzy searching, retrospective analysis and clinical query about drug use.The effective blood drug concentration range of Digoxin was0.58~2.01ng/ml.CONCLUSION:The DBDP program is a very practical tool for the development of therapeutic drug monitoring and it is very necessary to develop blood drug concen?tration monitoring and establish the effective blood drug concentration range.
7.Research on appointment register platform model and its security
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(9):700-703
The paper described the main function modules, system architecture, key technology and reservation business process of the appointment register platform system; security measure of the reservation platform system, as evidenced by the access of third-party payment interface, multi-tier data service, digital safety network among others which are designed to ensure the security and operability of the system.
8.Administration status of enteric-coated aspirin among diabetic patients in Xujiahui subdistrict of Shanghai
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2011;10(6):404-405
The administration status of enteric coated aspirin in 348 diabetic patients aged over 40 from Xujiahui Subdistrict of Shanghai was surveyed. One hundred and two out 348 patients ( 29. 3% ) used aspirin regularly, among them only 36 cases used the correct dosage (75 - 162 mg/d), accounting for 10. 3% (36/348) of all patients surveyed. The results indicate that aspirin was not used properly in diabetic patients to prevent the heart and cerebrovascular diseases, and it is necessary for medical providers to promote health education for diabetic patients.
9.Analysis of 96 children in countryside with upper digestive disease by gastroscope
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):60-61
Objective To investigate the disease categories of the upper alimentary tract and the ratio of Hp infection in countryside children. Methods 96 children with complaint in upper digestive tracts underwent gastro-scope and in each patient,a piece of mueosal tissue in sinus ventrieuli was taken out to perform Hp urase test. Results All of the 96 children were detected abnormal including chronic superficial gastritis (n = 63), ulcer of duodenal bulb(n = 13) ,enteritis of duodenal bulb(n =7) ,gastritis with bile reflux(n =4) ,erosive gastritis(n =2) ,ascariasis (n = 6), aneylestomiasis(n = 3). The positive rate was 100%. 49/96 (51%) were positive in Hp test, including 36/ 63(57.1%) of chronic gastritis ,10/13(76.9%) of ulcer of duodenal bulb,2/7 (28.6%) of enteritis of duodenum. Hp were positive in 11 (35.5%) in the group with age range from 3 to 6 years old and positive in 38 (58.5%) in the group with age range from 7 to 12 years old. Conclusion Chronic superficial gastritis and ulcer of duodenal bulb were the main findings in gastrescopy in children with a upper digestive tract complaint. Hp infection ratio was highest in patients with ulcer of duodenal bulb in our study, and followed by the chronic gastritis. And the infection rate in-creased with the age increased.
