Journal of Practical Radiology 2015;(3):368-371
Objective To analyse the MRI characteristics of the chronic clicking temporomandibular joints(TMJs).Methods 20 TMJs in 10 young chronic clicking individuals (12 clicking TMJs)and 60 TMJs in 30 young healthy volunteers were examined by MRI scanner, and sagittal oblique opened-mouth and closed-mouth position images were observed. Then comparing the MRI findings of the acquired j oints between two groups. Results The ratio of the non-double concave articular disc, slightly high signal intensity in the articular disc, abnormal changes of the condyle, articular fluid, anterior displacement of the articular disc, and increasedDraceangles in the clicking group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The result revealed statistically significant differences. Conclusion The MRI anatomical characteristics can be an indicator for the TMJ anomalys, and provide an obj ective radiological basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment to some extent.

China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of letrozole for postmenopausal breast cancer patients with bone raetastases. Methods: Thity-six breast cancer patients with bone metstases received 2. 5 mg tablet letrozole every day. for at least two months. Results: In the 36 patients who were evaluable for efficacy and toxicity, the complete response rate (CR) , partial response rate ( PR) , disease stabilization rate ( SD) and progressive disease rate ( PD) were respectively 5.5% , 22. 2% , 55. 5% and 16. 6% . The clinical benefit rate ( CR + PR + SD ≥ 6 months ) was 58. 3% (21/36) with 11 patients (30. 5%) having SD for at least 6 months . Conclusions: Letrozole is a well tolerated agent with reasonable efficacy but low toxicity for postmenopausal breast cancer patients with bone metastases.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;11(21):4251-4254
BACKGROUND: Pathogenesy of immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) is not clear up to now. Present research has verified that the key pathogenetic pathway is abnormalities of IgA1 molecular O-glycosylation induced by decrease of β1, 3-galactosyltranferase activity in IgA1 hinge region of IgAN patients. Prophase study by the authors supposed that the key of IgAN O-glycosylation abnormality might be due to the decrease of β1, 3-galactosyltranferase specific molecular protein chaperone Cosmc in B lymphocyte of peripheral blood in IgAN patients.OBJECTIVE: To measure DNA sequence of β1, 3-galactosyltranferase specific molecular chaperone in coding region of Cosmc gene in IgAN patients, and compared with the sequence of Gene Bank.DESIGN: Case-controlled observation.SETTING: Department of Nephrology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University.PARTICIPANTS: Totally 27 IgAN patients and 10 non-IgAN patients were recruited in Department of Nephrology of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from November 2005 to August 2006, and five normal controls were included in this study. All the subjects knew the fact and agreed to participate in the experiment.METHODS: The experiment was performed at the State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy of Sichuan University. 2 mL peripheral venous blood of all the samples were taken into heparin sodium anticoagulated tubes, from which total genomic DNA were extracted by phenol/chloroform precipitation method. Concentration of DNA was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to amplify the coding region of β1, 3-galactosyltranferase specific molecular chaperone Cosmc gene in all the subjects and direct sequencing was done in PCR products of each subjects. The results of all the sequencing were compared with Gene Bank one by one.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Amplification findings and sequencing of coding region of β1, 3-galactosyltranferase specific molecular chaperone Cosmc gene by PCR.RESULTS: ①Coding region of Cosmc gene located at 257-1 213, and amplified Cosmc gene was 1 247 bp. ②The sequence of Cosmc gene coding region was similar in IgAN patients, non-IgAN patients and normal controls, and no difference of gene sequence was noticed in all the result sequences as compared with the Gene Bank registered sequence.CONCLUSION: No abnormal sequence is found in coding region of Cosmc gene in IgAN patients, suggesting that this coding region probably is not associated with the abnormalities of IgA1 O-glycosylation in IgAN.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(08):-
Objective To analyze the death causes of cadaveric kidney transplantation recipients. Methods The clinical data of 1400 cases of cadaveric kidney tansplantation between 1978 and 2003 were analyzed retrospectivvely. The death rate, causes and period were analyzed among the died recipients after kidney transplantation. Results 187 patients were died after renal transplantation in this stage with the ratio being 13.36% (187/1400). The death causes contained infection, cardiocerebra l vascular diseases and hepatic failure by turns, and the ratio was 37.97% , 31.56% and 14.97% , respectively. There were 87 ( 46.5% ) death cases w ith normal transplanted-kidney function. Conclusions The leading causes of patients' death were infection, cardiocerebral vascular d iseases, and hepatic failure. About half of these patients were died with normal transplanted-kidney function.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective: To develop a Chinese version of the Schedule for the Deficit Syndrome(SDS) and examine its reliability and validity. Methods: 123 schizophrenic patients finished the Chinese version of SDS and were subtyped into deficit (n=30) and nondeficit(n=93) groups. In addition, all patients completed BPRS, SANS and SAPS. The reliability analysis of SDS included Cronbach's ?琢 coefficients and mean inter-item correlations and the inter-rater reliability; while the validity analysis included construct validity and criteria validity. Results: The Cronbach's ?琢 coefficient and the mean interitem correlation coefficients of the negative symptoms severity subscale of SDS were 0.8441 and 0.4818, respectively. The inter-rater reliability for categorization was 0.8777. The correlation coefficients of the six negative symptom items with the total score ranged from 0.685 to 0.875,and that among the six negative symptom items ranged from 0.437 to 0.794. The negative symptom items and the total score of SDS were significantly correlated with the anergia factor score from the BPRS and the total score and several subscale scores of SANS, while none of them was correlated with subscale scores and total score of SAPS. Conclusion: The Chinese version of SDS was a reliable and valid measure for the diagnostic classification of deficit and nondeficit schizophrenia.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the surgical results of off-pump for plication for left ventricular aneurysm. Methods The study included 34 patients with left ventricular aneurysm, who underwent left ventricular aneurysmecto- my and plicatien on pump in group Ⅰ(17 cases)and simply aneurysm plicatien off pump in group Ⅱ(17 cases). All patients except two in group I underwent coronary artery bypass grafting simultaneously. Results There was one early death in group Ⅱ because of refractory ventricular arrhythmia. The complication included atrial fibrillation, ventricular arrhythmias, heart failure and delayed healing of wound. The aneurysm in group Ⅰ[(45?15)%of the ventricle]is larger than in groupⅡ[(29?12)%of the ventricle,P
