During transportation of patients with cerebral infarction and OSAHS, 54 Patients in comparison group was not in the ambulance with ventilator while 73 patients in observation group with ventilation. After two weeks treatment, the observation group's heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure were significantly lower than that of the comparison group, while the oxygen partial pressure and oxygen saturation was significantly higher than the comparison group,observation group mortality rate was 2.74%, significantly lower than the comparison group which was 7.41%.

Integrative medicine (IM) has made great progress after more than half a century practice. However, many issues are yet to be in-depth explored. How to define clinical connotation and extension of IM, how to define feasible methods and means for diagnosis and treatment of IM, how to train more skilled talents of IM, how to elevate clinical efficacy of IM, these are all topics in need of further study. In this paper authors explored the clinical development mode of IM, extracted connotation and extension of IM clinics, hoping to promote the development of IM clinics.

Objective To explore the variations in category of internal diseases in order to plan out strategies to deal with during pre-hospital period in Chongqing urban area.Methods The category of internal diseases of pre-hospital emergency service in Chongqing urban area from January 2004 to December 2013 was studied and the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Firstly,the number of patients in pre-hospital emergency service continued to mount up year by year,from 6031 patients in 2004 to 12 264 patients in 2013.The ration of male to femal was 1.24∶1 to 1.68∶ 1,and the cases of female increased year after year,from 2246 to 5486.Secondly,cardiovascular disease was the leading illness in the wide varieties of internal disease (15.35％-19.36％).The number of cerebrovascular accident (9.72％-13.11％),respiratory diseases (7.48％-10.20％) and digestive diseases (8.36％-10.58％) were escalating.However,the acute poisoning cases (2.36％-6.18％) showed a tendency of decline.The peak time of the pre-hospital emergency service was stable in past ten years.Thirdly,there were seasonal variation in incidence of cardiovascular,cerebrovascular and respiratory disease,more cases occurred in January and December than in other months.Alcoholism commonly peaked before Spring Festival.Fourthly,the peak time of internal disease occurred in the past 10 years was stable,peaked during 20:00-24:00,and the trough time was during 0:00-4:00,the ratio of trough to peak ranged from 30.7％ to 43.5％.Conclusion The variation of the internal disease category was associated more or less with seasonal rotation,the improved living standards,and stress of modern life,and the incidence of emergency illness were escalating year by year,thus the corresponding measures should be instituted to deal with those major changes.Improving pre-hospital emergency response capacity and efficacy of treatment is of great significance.Strengthening the prophylaxis and healthcare,and establishing a professional capability for triage classification of diseases during emergency service are great essential for promoting the swiftness of prehospital emergency response.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of abnormal spindle wave in the central nervous system.Methods Eighty-four cases of central nervous system disease were retrospectively analyzed.Results The attenuation and disappearance of electroencephalogram spindle wave cue marked brain structural damage, the region of abnormal electroencephalogram spindle wave was similar to that of brain computer tomography showing.Conclusion Abnormal electroencephalograph spindle wave always indicates intracranial disease, which may play an important role in the decisive diagnosis and the judgment of prognosis of the disease.

Objective To discuss the clinical value of u ltrasound-guided stereotactic biopsy and excision using the Mammotome system in the treatment of benign breast lesions. Methods A retrospecti ve analysis was made on the efficacy of ultrasound-guided Mammotome biopsy and e xcision in the management of 61 patients clinically diagnosed as having benign b reast lesions between October 2001 and October 2002. Results T he lesions were histologically confirmed as fibroadenoma in 51 patients and mast opathia in 10 patients. The operative time was 20.6?4.1 min. All procedures w ere performed smoothly. Of the 61 patients, no infection or breast deformity occ urred on short-term follow-up examinations (1 month) except for mild subcutaneou s hemorrhage in 3 patients, and no obvious scarring was seen on long-term follow -up (2 years). Recurrence was found in only 2 patients. Conclusions Treatment of benign breast diseases by the Mammotome system can offer comp lete excision of the lesion, minimal invasion, a low recurrence rate, and good c osmetic outcomes.

Objective To explore the pathogenicity of Campylobacter jejuni(CJ)O∶19 strain after deletion of neuB1.Methods The mutant of CJ O∶19 by deleting neuB1,which LPS is deficient in sialic acid,was compared with the homologous wild strain by assaying their sensitivity to bactericidal activity,motility and autoagglutination of 10% normal human serum(NHS).Results The sensitivity of the mutant strain to bactericidal activity of serum was superior to that of the wild strain.The survival rate of the mutant strain was(20.6?7.4)% and(9.6?3.6)% after incubation with 10% NHS for 15 min and 60 min,that of wild strain was(36.9?5.9)% and(15.5?4.3)% respectively.The wild and mutant strains showed no significant difference in sensitivity to motility and autoagglutination of NHS.Conclusion The mutant strain possesses remarkable pathogenicity so that an inactivated vaccine from the mutant strain should be first considered.
