Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of robot-guided ventricular partition puncture drainage in severe intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 23 patients with severe intraventricular hemorrhage who underwent robot-guided ventricular partition puncture drainage (experimental group) and 19 patients who underwent robot-guided bilateral ventricular puncture drainage (control group) at Department of Neurosurgery, People's Hospital of Baise from January 2021 to December 2021 were included. The differences in residual hematoma volume within 24 h of surgery, drainage tube retention time, mortality rate within 30 d of surgery, incidence of complications (re-bleeding, intracranial infection, pulmonary infection, hydrocephalus) within 6 months of surgery, and scores of Glasgow coma scale (GCS), activity of daily living (ADL), and National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) at 6 months after surgery were compared between the 2 groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly lower residual hematoma volume within 24 h of surgery ([8.854±3.519] mL vs. [5.668±2.873] mL), shorter drainage tube retention time ([6.580±1.981] d vs. [4.910±2.763] d), lower incidence of hydrocephalus within 6 months of surgery (42.105% vs. 8.696%), and significantly higher GCS and ADL scores and lower NIHSS scores at 6 months after surgery (8.790±2.898 vs. 11.610±2.948; 69.470±12.899 vs. 78.480±12.861; 13.950±5.265 vs. 9.870±4.124, P<0.05). Conclusion:Robot-guided ventricular partition puncture drainage is a safe and effective surgical method for severe intraventricular hemorrhage.

Objective :
To investigate the protective effect and related mechanisms of dexmedetomidine (Dex) on iron overload toxicity in mouse hippocampal neurons (HT22) induced by ferric ammonium citrate (FAC) .
Methods:
Selected HT22 cells in good condition were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group ( Ctrl group), FAC treatment group (FAC group), Dex treatment group (Dex group), ferroptosis inhibitor Fer⁃1 treatment group (Fer1 group) . The iron overload model was established by FAC⁃induced cells . Subsequently, the proliferation and survival rate of HT22 cells was detected by CCK⁃8 method; Western blot was used to detect the ferroptosis marker proteins prostaglandin⁃endoperoxide synthase 2 ( PTGS2 ) and acyl⁃CoA synthetase long⁃chain family member 4 (ACSL4) . The protein expressions of mammalian target of rapamycin ( mTOR), transferrin receptor 1 ( TFR1) and ferroportin (Fpn); the gene expression levels of PTGS2 and ACSL4 in HT22 cells were detected by qPCR; Reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in HT22 cells was detected by DHE fluorescent probe; MDA detection kit was used to detect lipid oxidation levels in HT22 cells; Mito⁃FerroOrange—ferrous ion probe was used to detect ferrous ion levels in HT22 cells; electron microscopy was used to detect intracellular ultrastructural changes .
Results:
Dex group and Fer⁃1 group significantly decreased cell death rate after 2 h of pretreatment, the protein and gene expression levels of ferroptosis markers PTGS2 and ACSL4 significantly decreased . The degree of cell ultrastructural damage was significantly improved . The levels of ROS, lipid oxidation and Fe2 + were significantly lower than those of the FAC group (P < 0. 05) .
Conclusion
Dex pretreatment can attenuate FAC⁃induced iron overload toxicity in⁃ jury in HT22 cells, which may be related to the inhibition of ferroptosis .

OBJECTIVE To study the metabolites derived from the ethanol extract from the leaves of Dimocarpus longan preliminarily in rats in vivo ,and to provide reference for elucidating the possible metabolic mechanism of the leaves of D. longan in lowering blood glucose . METHODS Ultra high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time -of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) was adopted by taking ethanol extract of D. longan leaves, the feces and urine of rats at 0-72 h and 0-48 h after intragastric administration of 33.8 g/kg ethanol extract of D. longan leaves(by extract ),the feces and urine of rats at the corresponding time after intragastric administration of normal saline (blank control ) as samples . The accurate relative molecular weight ,formula and fragment information of the compounds were collected , and the compounds were speculated and i dentified by matching with the database and spectrum library of the instrument ,and comparing with the reference substance and relevant literature . RESULTS A total of eight compounds were identified in urine and feces of rats ,including 2 prototype components and 6 metabolites. Three compounds (including two prototype components as quercetin ,luteolin and one metabolite as luteolin or kaempferol) in feces of rats were identified ;five compounds (all metabolites ) in urine of rats were identified ,involving metabolites of quercetin ,luteolin or kaempferol . Metabolites mainly included the products of methylation ,glucuronidation and oxidation. CONCLUSIONS After intragastric administration ,the ethanol extract from the leaves of D. longan is mainly metabolized in rats through methylation ,glucuronidation and other pathways . The identified compounds are mostly metabolites of quercetin and luteolin .
