Liver cancer is the common malignant tumors of threat to human health and life,which makes the high mortality rate of patients with liver cancer.Mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate in the liver microenvironment of new liver cells,and promote tissue repair by secreting neurotrophic factors involved in immune regulation,anti-fibrosis and inhibition of hepatic stellate cells and liver progenitor cells activity and other characteristics of treatment of liver cancer has broad prospects.In this paper,mesenchymal stem cell research progress of the influence of primary liver cancer were reviewed.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of voriconazole in the treatment for the patients infectedwith Candida species.Methods 79 patients were randomly divided into voriconazole treatment group and fluconasole treatment group.And they were enrolled and were administered voriconazole.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.1％,and that of control group was 65.9％ and the difference was significant(P ＜0.05).the risk factors of the two groups showed no obvious difference.the adverse reaction incidence rate in voriconazole treatment group was 16.7％,And that in fluconazole treatment group was 14.0％,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The application of voriconazole can receive better effect than that of fluconasole.And it has good clinical safety,and voriconazole is worthy of application in clinic for Candida infection.

Objective To design a medical banking system to realize self register,self settlement,self printing and etc so as to enhance the efficiency.Methods The system was composed of a outpatient self-service sub-system,a hospitalization self-service sub-system,an appointment register sub-system by network bank,a cellphone App for self service,a comprehensive supervision and management platform for self-service system and self-service terminals,which had the functions such as hospital outpatient service,hospitalization self service and background supervision and management.Results Fulfilled the requirements of the patient on self register and settlement,and decreased the workloads of medical staffs.Conclusion The satisfaction over hospital service is enhanced greatly,and the system is of great value for practical application.

Objective To analyze retrospectively the factors related with lymph node metastasis in thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods One hundred and eieghty-seven cases of thyroid microcarcinoma were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2007 to December 2011,who were operated at the first time and confirmed by pathology.According to the occurrence of lymph node metastasis,they were divided into metastasis group and non-metastasis group.The factors related were analyzed retrospectively.Results The total metastasis rate was 26.7％ (50/187),the metastasis rate of central lymph node was 22.9％ (43/187),and the metastasis rate of lateral lymph node was 11.8％ (22/187).Tumor's diameter more than 5 mm,multiple foci and extrathyroidal extension were related to neck lymph node metastasis of thyroid microcarcinoma (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Neck lymph node metastasis was seen most common in central lymph nodes.Tumor size,multiple foci and extrathyroidal extension were related to neck lymph node metastasis of thyroid microcarcinoma,operation therapy should be routinely performed.

Objectives: To study the effect of early enteral nutrition using Fresubin after gastrointestinal operation. Methods:78 postoprative patients were divided into two groups. The jejunostic tube group(A group, n=50) received the enteral nutrition(Fresubin) 6h after operation, and the control group(B group, n=28)received the intravenous infusion and then the oral liquid diet after the bowel movement recovery.The clinical findings,operative complications,blood glucose,the function of liver and kidney,electrolytes and nutritional status were observed. Objective To understand diabetes prevalence and its factors is to provide the suggestion for diabetes prevention and control in Yongchuan district .Methods Residents aged above 18 years old from 3 towns and 1 street were sampled by stratified clustered random sampling method .Residents were investigated with the questionnaire and physical examination and taken blood sample to test fasting glucose ,2‐h glucose .The data were analyzed to calculate diabetes prevalence by SPSS17 .0 .The factors of dia‐betes was compared by chi‐square and the independent influencing factors of diabetes were identified by step backward logistic re‐gression .Results A total of 1 202 were investigated .The rate of cognition about diabetes was below 30% .21 .46% of residents smoke every day .31 .78% of them do exercise .The prevalence of overweight ,obesity and diabetes was 24 .63% ,6 .07% and 10 .48% .The result of multi‐variant logistic regression indicated that the independent influencing factors of diabetes prevalence in‐cluded age(OR=1 .41 ,95% CI=1 .24-1 .62) ,the rate of cognition about the dose of salt intake per person per day recommended by Chinese guideline of diet(OR= 2 .12 ,95% CI= 1 .13 -3 .96) ,smoking at present(OR= 1 .44 ,95% CI= 1 .10 -1 .89) ,body weight(OR=1 .06 ,95% CI= 1 .00 -1 .12) ,blood pressure(OR=0 .76 ,95% CI=0 .59 -0 .98) .Conclusion Diabetes prevalence was high in Yongchuan district .The risk factors such as unhealthy diet ,smoking ,physical inactivity were common .Government should take the major role for diabetes prevention and control .

Objective To understand the hypertension prevalence and its influencing factors in Yongchuan district of Chongqing to provide the suggestion for the prevention and control of hypertension .Methods The permanent residents aged above 18 years old were sampled from 3 towns and 1 street by adopting the stratified clustered random sampling method and performed the questionnaire survey ,physical examination and detection of fasting glucose and postprandial 2‐h glucose .The data were analyzed to calculate the hypertension prevalence by the SPSS16 .0 software .The influencing factors of hypertension were analyzed by chi‐square and the multivariate Logistic regression analysis .Results A total of 1 202 persons were investigated .The survey found that the cognition level on hypertension in the residents was below 30 .00% .21 .46% of residents smoked every day .31 .78% of them did exercise .The proportions of overweight and obesity were 24 .63% and 6 .07% respectively ,the hypertension prevalence rate was 23 .88% .The multivariate Logistic regression analysis results indicated that the independent influencing factors of hypertension prevalence included age (OR=1 .95 ,95% CI:1 .74-2 .17) ,cognition level on hypertension(OR=2 .11 ,95% CI:1 .18-3 .79) ,oil in‐take per person per day(OR=0 .80 ,95% CI:0 .64-0 .99) ,body weight(OR=1 .97 ,95% CI:1 .58-2 .46) and blood glucose(OR=0 .63 ,95% CI:0 .50 -0 .78) .Conclusion The hypertension prevalence among the residents in Yungchuan district is high .The knowledge about the prevention and treatment of hypertension is deficient .The high risk factors of smoking ,drinking ,irrational diet and insufficient body movement are common .The comprehensive prevention and treatment work of hypertension should be practi‐cally strengthened .

Objective To study the clincial effectiveness and safety of endoscopic sphincteropapillotomy combined with balloon dilation for decompensated cirrhosis accompanied with choledocholithiasis.Methods Data of 79 cases of decompensated cirrhosis patients with choledocholithiasis who underwent limited endoscopic sphincterotomy plus endoscopic papillary balloon dilation (ESBD,the ESBD group) and 42 cases who underwent endoscopic papillary balloon dilation(EPBD,the EPBD group)were retrospectively analysed and compared for complete stone clearance rate,one-time stone clearance rate and complications.Results The rate of complete stone clearance and one-time stone clearance were 94.9％ (75/79) and 77.2％ (61/79)in ESBD group,and those were 88.1％ (37/42) and 59.5％ (25/42) in EPBD group respectively.The rate of complete stone clearance was a little higher in ESBD group than that in EPBD group.In ESBD group,ERCP-related bleeding occurred in 3 patients (3.8％),post-ERCP hyperamylasemia in 3 (3.8％)and post-ERCP pancreatitis in 2 (2.5％) ; while in EPBD group,post-ERCP hyperamylasemia occurred in 8 patients(19.0％),post-ERCP pancreatitis in 6(14.3％) and ERCP-related bleeding did not occur.There were no significant difference in ERCP-related bleeding between ESBD group and EPBD group (P =0.551).However,the rates of post-ERCP pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia in ESBD group were significantly lower than those in EPBD group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion ESBD is a safe and effective procedure for choledocholithiasis accompanied by decompensated cirrhosis,with several advantages over EPBD in terms of higher one-time stone clearance rate,reduced risk of post-ERCP pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia,and without noticeable increase in the risk of bleeding related to ERCP.
