Liver cancer is the common malignant tumors of threat to human health and life,which makes the high mortality rate of patients with liver cancer.Mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate in the liver microenvironment of new liver cells,and promote tissue repair by secreting neurotrophic factors involved in immune regulation,anti-fibrosis and inhibition of hepatic stellate cells and liver progenitor cells activity and other characteristics of treatment of liver cancer has broad prospects.In this paper,mesenchymal stem cell research progress of the influence of primary liver cancer were reviewed.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of voriconazole in the treatment for the patients infectedwith Candida species.Methods 79 patients were randomly divided into voriconazole treatment group and fluconasole treatment group.And they were enrolled and were administered voriconazole.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.1％,and that of control group was 65.9％ and the difference was significant(P ＜0.05).the risk factors of the two groups showed no obvious difference.the adverse reaction incidence rate in voriconazole treatment group was 16.7％,And that in fluconazole treatment group was 14.0％,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The application of voriconazole can receive better effect than that of fluconasole.And it has good clinical safety,and voriconazole is worthy of application in clinic for Candida infection.

Objective To analyze retrospectively the factors related with lymph node metastasis in thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods One hundred and eieghty-seven cases of thyroid microcarcinoma were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 2007 to December 2011,who were operated at the first time and confirmed by pathology.According to the occurrence of lymph node metastasis,they were divided into metastasis group and non-metastasis group.The factors related were analyzed retrospectively.Results The total metastasis rate was 26.7％ (50/187),the metastasis rate of central lymph node was 22.9％ (43/187),and the metastasis rate of lateral lymph node was 11.8％ (22/187).Tumor's diameter more than 5 mm,multiple foci and extrathyroidal extension were related to neck lymph node metastasis of thyroid microcarcinoma (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Neck lymph node metastasis was seen most common in central lymph nodes.Tumor size,multiple foci and extrathyroidal extension were related to neck lymph node metastasis of thyroid microcarcinoma,operation therapy should be routinely performed.

Objective To design a medical banking system to realize self register,self settlement,self printing and etc so as to enhance the efficiency.Methods The system was composed of a outpatient self-service sub-system,a hospitalization self-service sub-system,an appointment register sub-system by network bank,a cellphone App for self service,a comprehensive supervision and management platform for self-service system and self-service terminals,which had the functions such as hospital outpatient service,hospitalization self service and background supervision and management.Results Fulfilled the requirements of the patient on self register and settlement,and decreased the workloads of medical staffs.Conclusion The satisfaction over hospital service is enhanced greatly,and the system is of great value for practical application.

Objectives: To study the effect of early enteral nutrition using Fresubin after gastrointestinal operation. Methods:78 postoprative patients were divided into two groups. The jejunostic tube group(A group, n=50) received the enteral nutrition(Fresubin) 6h after operation, and the control group(B group, n=28)received the intravenous infusion and then the oral liquid diet after the bowel movement recovery.The clinical findings,operative complications,blood glucose,the function of liver and kidney,electrolytes and nutritional status were observed. Objective To understand the hypertension prevalence and its influencing factors in Yongchuan district of Chongqing to provide the suggestion for the prevention and control of hypertension .Methods The permanent residents aged above 18 years old were sampled from 3 towns and 1 street by adopting the stratified clustered random sampling method and performed the questionnaire survey ,physical examination and detection of fasting glucose and postprandial 2‐h glucose .The data were analyzed to calculate the hypertension prevalence by the SPSS16 .0 software .The influencing factors of hypertension were analyzed by chi‐square and the multivariate Logistic regression analysis .Results A total of 1 202 persons were investigated .The survey found that the cognition level on hypertension in the residents was below 30 .00% .21 .46% of residents smoked every day .31 .78% of them did exercise .The proportions of overweight and obesity were 24 .63% and 6 .07% respectively ,the hypertension prevalence rate was 23 .88% .The multivariate Logistic regression analysis results indicated that the independent influencing factors of hypertension prevalence included age (OR=1 .95 ,95% CI:1 .74-2 .17) ,cognition level on hypertension(OR=2 .11 ,95% CI:1 .18-3 .79) ,oil in‐take per person per day(OR=0 .80 ,95% CI:0 .64-0 .99) ,body weight(OR=1 .97 ,95% CI:1 .58-2 .46) and blood glucose(OR=0 .63 ,95% CI:0 .50 -0 .78) .Conclusion The hypertension prevalence among the residents in Yungchuan district is high .The knowledge about the prevention and treatment of hypertension is deficient .The high risk factors of smoking ,drinking ,irrational diet and insufficient body movement are common .The comprehensive prevention and treatment work of hypertension should be practi‐cally strengthened .

Objective To investigate the frequence and clinical characteristics of peripheral neuropathy (PN) of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in China.Methods The data of 67 consecutive PN related with SLE (SLE-PN) patients admitted to Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) during January 1995 to August 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,a total of 201 cases were randomly selected as controls from 4447 SLE patients without SLE-PN in PUMCH during the same period.Chi-square test,t test and Mann-Whitney test were used for statistical analysis.Results The prevalence of SLE-PN in SLE patients was 1.5％(67/4514).Seventy-two cases of PN were discovered in 67 patients.Polyneuropathy was the most frequent presentation and was diagnosed in 45 cases(62.5％),mononeuropathy in 9 cases (12.5％),myasthenia gravis in 8 cases (11.1％),cranial neuropathy in 7 cases (9.7％),autonomic disorder in 2 cases (2.8％) and acute inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy in 1 case (1.4％).No plexopathy was diagnosed.No symptoms were observed in 5 cases (6.9％) PN.There were differences between SLE patients with and without SLE-PN in age[(37±14) years vs (32±14) years,P＜0.05],fever(65.7％ vs 47.8％,P＜0.05),myositis (17.9％ vs 5.0％,P＜0.01),skin and mucous involvement of skin and mucous (80.6％ vs 59.7％,P＜0.01),central nervous system involvement (38.8％ vs 19.9％,P＜0.01),gastrointestinal involvement (6.0％ vs 18.4％,P＜0.05),anti-Sm antibody positivity (34.4％ vs 18.6％,P＜0.05),anti-RNP antibody positivity (46.9％ vs 29.9％,P＜0.05),elevation of IgG (52.4％ vs 30.1％,P＜0.01),and SLEDAI score [12.0(9.0) vs 9.5(10.8),P＜0.05].Conclusion SLE-PN is not rare in patients with SLE.SLE patients with peripheral neuropathy tend to have more active disease.Multidisciplinary collaboration and comprehensive treatment can help to relieve pain and improve the quality of life.

Objective To study the real world of bicyclol tablets in the treatment of viral hepatitis and its influence on platelets.Methods The hospital information system (HIS) was selected from 18 Triple-A hospitals in China on patients with bicyclol tablets information as exposed group (2 690 cases),patients with unused bicyclol tablet (2 690 cases) as an exposed group,an exception occurs of platelet as an index of the ending.Results The incidence of abnormal platelet difference in two groups before the treatment were not statistically significant.The incidence of abnormal platelet reduce between two groups have statistical significance,can be thought of exposure of abnormal lower rate (11.75%)lower than that of non exposed group(15.17%) (P<0.01).Conclusion Bicyclol piece have signficantly curative effect on the treatment of viral hepatitis.It shows more safety,and less impact on platelets.It is worth to be used in clinical practice.
