2.Clinical Observtion to 30 Cases of Mild and Moderate Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome Treated with Resvised Wupi Decoction
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(10):1201-1203
[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of resvised wu pi decoction on mild and moderate ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. [Method]To 30 of such cases ,take resvised wu pi decoction to strengthen spleen and tonify kidney, remove dampness and prevent miscarriage, observe patient chest dis-tress, abdominal distension and liquid intake and output volume of 24 hours etc.;Then estimate the clinical effect, and analyze one typical case.[Result]The marked effective rate was 60.00%, with total effective rate 96.67%. [Conclusion] The clinical application of resvised wu pi decoction treating mild and moderate OHSS by strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, removing dampness and preventing miscarriage has excellent curative effect.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(7):539-544
In recent years, much attention has been paid to arterial stiffness detection, but the relation between arterial stiffness and cerebrovascular disease has not been fully elucidated. This article reviews the detective methods of arterial stiffness and its relationship between the risk factors for cerebrovascular disease, ischemic stroke (including asymptomatic cerebral infarction) and cerebral hemorrhage.
5. Compatibility of raw material and excipients in dexmetomidine hydrochloride gel
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2019;46(11):867-872
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of related substances in dexmetomidine hy- drochloride gels, and investigate the compatibility of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride and excipients in the dexmetomi- dine hydrochloride gels. Methods: HPLC was performed on an octadecylsilane bonded silica gel column by a gradient elution with acetonitrile/0.008 mol/L NaH2PO4 solution as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Column temperature was 30℃. Injection volume was 50 μl. Detection wavelength was 210 nm. According to the Basic Technical Guidelines for the Research of Chemical Drug Preparations, dexmetomidine hydrochloride was mixed with excipients in a certain propor- tion, and the mixtures were treated as test sample at the conditions of high temperature(60℃)and strong light(4500± 500)Lx irradiation. Sampling was performed on the 0,10th and 30th day of treatment, respectively. The appearance of the test samples was examined, and related substances in the samples were determined by the established HPLC method. Results: The established HPLC method showed a good specificity and durability, which could be used to accurately and effectively determine the changes of related substances. The appearance of the test samples the mixtures of dexmetomi- dine hydrochloride and excipients showed no changes in the full course of treatment at the tested conditions, and the re- lated substances were also not increased under the same conditions. Conclusion: The selected excipients(HPMC,pro- pylene glycol, methylparaben, sodium benzoate, and benzyl alcohol)all showed a good compatibility with dexmetomi- dine hydrochloride, and the tested mixture samples with the excipients and dexmetomidine hydrochloride were stable un- der the conditions of high temperature and strong light irradiation. These excipients could be used for the formulation screening for the dexmedetomidine hydrochloride gel development.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(1):78-80
Human resources development in medical and health is of vital importance to medical and health sector reform and development as well as to medical and health existence and service improvement.Medical and health sector in China has made remarkable progress;however, facing the new requirements from economic and social development and people's new needs for medical health service because of their upaating health concepts and the new promotion by the development of biomedical science and technology,we still have some critical problems in medical and health personnel education. Therefore, the task of conducting careful analysis and exploring the solutions to these problems should be given sufficient attention and completed as soon as possible in the field of medical education.

Journal of International Oncology 2015;(4):305-308
Decreasing trend has occurred in incidence of colorectal cancer in developed countries. A shift from left to right in location of colorectal cancer has been recognized, which may be associated with colonoscopy screening, aging population, diet structure modification, increased incidence of cancer and diabe-tes. Factors including sex, race and education may also play a role to some extent. Right-sided intestinal cancers have higher proportion of poor differentiation, terminal stage and mucinous component. Complications and second primary intestinal cancer are more common in right-sided intestinal cancers. Left-sided intestinal cancers tend to be well differentiated and at relatively early stage at diagnosis. With respect to molecular mecha-nism,right-sided cancers are associated with mismatch repair system, while left-sided cancers are related to p53 mutation. Based on the differences in clinicopathology and genetics,it′s implied that left-sided and right-sided intestinal cancers may belong to two different kind of disease. It′s suggested that attentions should be paid differently according to their respective characteristics in clinical practice and trials.

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 1989;0(04):-
The natural history of 383 patients of schistosomal cirrhosis, discovered from 1960-1990 in Donjing township Shanghai suburb, where schistosomiasis had been controlled for more than 10 years, was studied. The cumulative survival rate in 243 patients who had splenecto-my 11-30 years previously (group I ) was much higher than that of 140 patients without splenectomy (group II ), and the time for 75% survival rate of these 2 groups were 18 and 4 years respectively, being much longer in the splenectomized patients without ascites and those operated before age of 30 than those complicated with ascites and those operated between the age of 31 - 50 or after 51 years of age.The complications and mortality rate of group I were significantly lower than that of group I , indicating that splenectomy not only prevented the complication of portal hypertension but improved the general health and resistance of the patients against other pathogens as well. There was no significant difference between group I and group II in the ratio of the avarage death age of the deceased patients to the life expectancy of the general population, suggesting that the life span of a number of patients without splenectomy are not substantially shortened in an area where schistosomiasis had been controlled.
