3.Key factors in design of case report form.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(11):1452-1455
Case report form (CRF) is a key document for data collection in clinical trials. A well-designed CRF is required for database construction, data accuracy, data query/cleaning, CRF completion and statistical analysis. A well-defined process or SOP should be in place for CRF design. Data collection should fully meet the demand of study protocol. The layout of CRF should be clear with well-structured fields and standard coding for fields.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(5):552-556
Nowadays extensive attention has been paid on the research of acupuncture academic schools, however, a widely accepted method of partition of acupuncture academic schools is still in need. In this paper, the methods of partition of acupuncture academic schools in the history have been arranged, and three typical methods of"partition of five schools" "partition of eighteen schools" and "two-stage based partition" are summarized. After adeep analysis on the disadvantages and advantages of these three methods, a new method of partition of acupuncture academic schools that is called "three-stage based partition" is proposed. In this method, after the overall acupuncture academic schools are divided into an ancient stage, a modern stage and a contemporary stage, each schoolis divided into its sub-school category. It is believed that this method of partition can remedy the weaknesses ofcurrent methods, but also explore a new model of inheritance and development under a different aspect through thedifferentiation and interaction of acupuncture academic schools at three stages.

Clinical Medicine of China 2011;27(8):874-876
Objective To investigate the role of subtype 1 autoantibody against angiotensin Ⅱ receptor in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia by detecting its expression in the peripheral blood of preeclampsia patients,Methods Thirty patients with preeclampsia were assigned to preeclampsia group. Twenty normal pregnant women at the late stage and twenty non-pregnant healthy women as controls were investigated. The level of type 1 antoantibody against angiotensin Ⅱ in the peripheral blood was detected by indirect SA-ELISA assay with the produced ATR-1 as the antigen. Results The level of subtype 1 antoantibody against angiotensin Ⅱ (65 ±4. 7) % in the peripheral blood of preeclampsia patients is significantly higher than that of normal late pregnant (26 ±2. 8)% and non-pregnant women(7.8 ±2. 2)% groups (t1 =24. 97 ;t2 =38.56;P <0. 01 for both) ;The angiotensin Ⅱ receptor subtype 1 autoantibody in the group of normal late pregnancy (26 ± 2. 8 )% was significantly higher than that of healthy non-pregnant women group ( 7. 8 ± 2. 2 ) % ( t = 4. 58, P < 0. 05 ).Conclusion Compared with the normal pregnant women and the healthy non-pregant women, the autoantibody against AT1 receptor in sera of preeclamptic patients is elevated ata high frequency. These results suggest that overproduction of AT1-AA may play an important role during the development of preeclamptic patients. AT1-AA is a novel risk factor in pregnant women. Immune mechanisms may be involved in the process of pregnancy.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the protective effects of propofol in clinical relevant concentration on TNF-induced apoptosis in endothelial cells derived from human umbilical vein (HUVECs) .Methods The third and fourth passages of the cultured endothelial cells were divided into 5 groups. 0, 12.5, 25, 50 or 100 ?mol/L propofol was added to the cultured cells respectively and the cells were incubated for 30 min. Then TNF-? was added to the cultured cells (the final concentration of TNF-? was 2000 U.ml-1 ) which was incubated for 24h. Apoptosis was detected by using "terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (tdt )-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate (dUTP )-biotin nick end-labelling" (TUNED . Morphologic changes were examined by means of electron microscope. Results Apoptosis expression was very high in control group (no propofol was added) . The process can be inhibited by pre-treatment with propofol (P
