1.The changes of hormones in newborns of gestational diabetes mellitus mother
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(1):24-25,29
The morbidity of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) is increasing year by year. We used to think that abnormalities of newborns of GDM mother were caused by hyperglycemia in utero, but more and more studies have found that, though blood glucose of some GDM mothers is well controlled, they are also prone to delivery macrosomia and encounter complication in perinatal period. So more and more scholars think these are associated with parasecretion of hormones. Many studies find that some kinds of hormones in newborns of GDM mother have changed.
3.EFFECTS OF MALOTILATE ON ACUTE LIVER INJURY INDUCED BY CARBON TETRACHLORIDE AND D-GALACTOSA-MINE IN MICE
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
A study was made; of the effect of malotilate on the acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachlorid,e ( CC14 ) and d-galactosamine in mice. Malotilate ( 50~150mg/kg ig?3 ) significantly inhibited the elevation of serum glu tamic pyruvic transaminase ( SGPT ) in CC14- intoxicated mice.At the dose of 100mg/kg ig?3, malotilate remarkably increased the content of hepatic glycogea in CCl4-injected mice. The contents of serum protein, liver protein, and cytochrom P-450 in liver hemogenate were increased by malotilate ( 100mg/kg ig?3) in CC14-intoxicated mice. The drug also reduced the accumulation of liver triglycerides induced by CCl4 in mice.In addition to, malotilate(50mg /kg, ip?5) could act against the increase of SGPT and the decrease of liver protein content induced with d-galactosamine in mice. These results suggest that malotilate may be a new therapeutic agent for liver injury.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Objective To identify the impact of estradiol on the goiter and the function of the thyroid gland with different dosages of estradiol. Methods 48 Wistar rats(female, normal state) were divided into 4 groups: Ⅰ,ovx,Ⅱ,sham;Ⅲ,ovx+E_(2)-low and Ⅳ ovx +E_(2)-large.In each group,we applied nuclide scanning of()~(131)I and()~(99)mTcO4 to detect the thyroid iodine uptake and adopted the technique of RT-PCR to test the expression of NIS.Quantity of TSH、FT_(3)、FT_(4) and the estradiol were examined. Results The expression of NIS was inhibited in group Ⅰ and group Ⅳ.Conclutions Estradiol can enhance the capability of the thyroid glands uptaking iodine and inhibit the expression of NIS and so estradiol is a very important component in the pathogenesis of goiter.
6.Several relationships needed to be well handled during the teaching of"Medical microbiolo-gy"and"Medical immunology"courses for undergraduate students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(11):-
Both of "Medical Microbiology"and "Medical Immunology"are two important basic and required medical courses for college students. There is something worth discussing in some respects, including the composing of teaching materials, designing of curriculum, key points of teaching and practical application. It's necessary to deal with the relationships well between the teaching effects and the issues such as arrangements of class period, selection of teaching material and the design of teaching.Particularly,we should emphasize close connection between the basic and clinical course.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(11):780-784
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the influence of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant on a murine model of allergic rhinitis (AR) and to confirm an appropriate method of establishing a mouse model of AR.
METHOD:
Establishing two types of BALB/c mice models of AR, one was identified as Local group which was characterized through intranasal sensitization and challenge using ovalbumin (OVA), and the other Systemic group which was made by intraperitoneal sensitization with OVA plus aluminum hydroxide and intranasal challenge through OVA. Then the numbers of sneezing and nasal rubbing were counted after the last challenge and the eosinophils in the nasal mucosa of mice models were observed and counted though Luna stain. Furthermore, morphological hyperplasia was examined in intraepithelial goblet cells and submucosal glands with HE stain. In addition, interlukin (IL) -4, IL-5, OVA specific IgE (sIgE) and interferon (IFN)-gamma in nasal lavage fluid (NLF) and serum of mice were examined u sing enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
RESULT:
The counts of sneezing and nasal rubbing in local group were more than those in systemic group and eosinophilia in the nasal mucosa of former group was greater than that in the latter one. Morphological hyperplasia was stronger in intraepithelial goblet cells and submucosal glands in local group compared with that in systemic group. Furthermore, the contents of IL-4, IL-5 and sIgE increased in the NLF and serum of mice of local group compared to those of systemic one. However, the production of IFN-gamma of mice in local group decreased when compared with that in Systemic group.
CONCLUSION
OVA plus aluminum hydroxide adjuvant may promote Th1 type immune response as well as Th2 response. OVA intranasal sensitization and challenge locally is an appropriate way in the establishment of AR mice models.
