1.Observation of the Efficacy of Astragalus Injection in Skin of Aging Mice Induced by D-galactose
Journal of China Medical University 2015;44(8):721-724
Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint injection of Astragalus on contents of SOD,HYP and MDA in skin of aging mice in-duced by D-galactose. Methods The mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group,Astragalus group, and saline group(n=15). Except for the normal control group, the mice of other groups were treated with continuous subcutaneous injection of D-galactose to establish mice ag-ing model. The Astragalus group mice was injected with 0.01mL Astragalus in Sanzuli acupoint per day,The saline group mice received an injection of same amount of saline. SOD,HYP and MDA changes in the skin tissue and serum were evaluated after 21 days. Results All the index in the skin tissue and serum showed significant difference(P<0.01)between model group mice and normal control group. Compared with model group,SOD activity and MDA content in the skin tissue and serum of the Astragalus group mice were significantly raised,HYP content was significantly reduced (P<0.01). There also were significant differences of these index between the saline group mice and the model group(P<0.05),but the effect was not as good as the Astragalus group mice. Conclusion Acupoint Injection of Astragalus can prevent and protect against skin aging induced by D-galactose.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(6):622-624
Objective There is a significant increase of squamous cell carcinoma antigen ( SCCA) in patients with common skin diseases .The aim of this study was to investigate the difference expression of serum SCCA in patients with common skin diseases . Methods A total of 497 patients with 14 kinds of common skin diseases from the Department of Dermatology were recruited , and the serum SCCA was measured . Results The positive rates of SCCA in 116 patients with psoriasis and 37 patients with erythroderma were 90 .5% and 100%, respectively .The common skin diseases with positive rate of SCCA greater than 60% includes eczema (61.7%), generalized dermatitis (65.1%),pemphigus (61.1%), bullous pemphigoid (62.2%).The SCCA values in pustulosa (1.76 ±1.22 ng/mL) and arthropathica psoriasis (1.69 ±1.05 ng/mL) were decreased compared with pustular (2.86 ±1.46 ng/mL) and arthropathica psoriasis (3.56 ±1.84 ng/mL) (P<0.05). Conclusion The SCCA value may have a relationship with the increase of the performance of keratinization and desquamation in the skin diseases , and it could be used as a valuable indicator for the diagnosis and treatment in patients with cutaneous diseases .

hObjective: To explore the character and its relevant factors of self- consistency and congruence of servicemen. Methods: 12221 servicemen were assessed by Self-consistency and Congruence Survey (SCCS), SCL -90, CSQ and common data forms. Results: ①The self - consistency and congruence level of servicemen was low (the mean of the total scores were 90. 0 ? 14. 8) .②There were significant different self - consistency among the different positions. The total scores of SCCS of officers were 86. 3 ? 14. 6, that of petty officers were 91. 6 ? 13. 8 and that of soldiers were 94. 0 ? 13. 2 ( P

Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases 2016;42(7):435-438
Objective The study was to investigate the value of deduction and application of anterior compression index in evaluation of atlantoaxial dislocation and restoration. Method Twenty-eight cases of the control group and 28 cases of atlantoaxial dislocation treated with posterior restoration and screw-rod internal fixation technique before and af?ter surgery were recruited in this study and their data was retrospectively analyzed. All of the people underwent sagittal computerized tomography scan films. The anterior compression index was measured in all cases. Results The mean value of anterior compression index of the control group was 87.86±24.98. The mean value of anterior compression index of the preoperative patients was 230.44 ± 97.60 and the mean value of the postoperative patients was 106.27 ± 73.53. There was significant difference in those two parameters between the preoperative patients and the controls(t=-7.50,P<0.0001). There was no significant difference between the postoperative patients and the control group (t=-1.26, P=0.2171). Anteri?or compression index were significantly lower after surgical operation (t=10.35, compared with before, P<0.0001). Con?clusion Anterior compression index can be an excellent measurement tool for the assessment of relationship of atlas and axis in atlantoaxial dislocation patients before and after posterior restoration operation.

Objective:Bone marrow-derived dendritic cells ( DCs) were extracted and gave tanshinone ⅡA to intervene ,and we observed the change of DCs function ,which investigate the effects of tanshinone ⅡA in immune system. Methods:Extract bone mar-row-derived DCs,and cells were cultured in complete medium with 10 ng/ml GM-CSF and IL-4.On day 5,magnetic cell sorting was used to purify DCs,and the purify must be up to 90%.Then,a certain concentration of tanshinone ⅡA or LPS was gave to the cell cul-ture,and cells and supernatant were collected for following experiments .We used flow cytometry to detect phenotype , and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect cytokine production of TNF-αand IL-12.Also,allogeneic mixed lymphocyte reaction was used to detect the ability of DCs to induce T cell proliferation and polarization .Results:When the concentration of tanshi-none ⅡA was 500 ng/ml,the inhibition of secretion of TNF-αwas maximal. So we chose that concentration .Compared with the control group,DCs in experimental group had reduced expression of CD 80,CD86 and MHCⅡ(P<0.05).Compared with the control group ,DCs in experimental group displayed the reduced level of IL-12 and TNF-α(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,DCs in experimen-tal group had reduced ability to induce T cell proliferation (P<0.05).Compared with the control group ,DCs in experimental group in-duced T cell to secret increased level of IL-4,and reduced level of IFN-γ(P<0.05).Conclusion:TanshinoneⅡA can inhibit the den-dritic cells maturation induced by LPS ,which takes part in immune system and autoimmune diseases .

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2013;(7):637-640
Objectives To investigate the clinical features of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) in children from Shen-zhen. Methods The clinical manifestations, results of electrophysiological tests and prognosis of 28 GBS patients from July 2002 to July 2012 were retrospectively analysed. Results Of 28 children, 16(57.1%) had preceding acute upper respiratory infection for 3-14 days but no patient had acute gastroenteritis. One had received HBV vaccination in 2 weeks before the onset of GBS. The peak season for GBS is spring. According to the clinical presentations and the neurophysiological results 17 patients had demyelinating neuropathy, 5 acute motor axonal neuropathy, 2 acute motor sensory axonal neuropathy, 3 Miller-fisher syndrome, and 1 polyneuritis cranialis. 14 (50.0%) patients suffered from pain in limbs which is the most nota-ble symptom in the early stage. Intravenous immune globulin (IVIG) and steroids were given during the acute phases in the majority of the patients, and assisted ventilation was performed in 2 patients due to respiratory muscle paralysis. No diffe-rence was found in Hughes scores, average hospitalization durations, and the prognosis between patients with GBS variants patients and patients with classic GBS. Conclusions Children with GBS in Shenzhen area have different clinical features.
