1.The influence of shenmai injection on CRP and Hcy of patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;21(2):238-239
Objective To explore the influence of shenmai injection on C-reactive protein(CRP) and homocysteine(Hcy) of patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome. Methods 96 patients with nonST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into the control group(48 cases) and the observation group(48 cases). The patients in the control group were treated through the conventional treatment, while the patients in the treatment group were treated by shenmai injection based on the conventional therapy. They were all treated for 14 days.CRP and Hcy were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.8%,which was significantly higher than 87.5% of the control group (x2 =4.760,P <0.05).The plasma levels of CRP and Hcy were all decreased after treatment in both two groups. The CRP and Hcy in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (t =2.927,2.624,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection can significandy decrease the plasma levels of CRP and Hcy in patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome.
2.Effect of femoral offset on hip joint function reconstruction after arthroplasty in femoral neck fractures
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2008;10(8):711-714
Objective To study the effect of femoral offset reconstruction ON the Harris hip score and the hip ROM (range of motion) after artificial hip replacement in femoral neck fractures. Methods Follow-ups were conducted for 47 patients who had undergone artificial hip replacements for their unilateral femoral neck fractures. We took X-ray pictures to compare the femoral offsets at the affected and unaffected hips. The operated hips were evaluated by the Harris hip score. Statistical analyses were performed with SPSS l2.0 software. Results The Harris hip score of the operated hip was positively related to femoral offset reconstruction(t=7.25,P<0.001).There was a significant and positive correlation between femoral offset and the hip abductor ROM(r=0.80,P<0.001).The rate of femoral offset reconstruction had no significant difference between total hip arthroplasty and bipolar hip arthroplasty (χ2=0,P>0.05).Conclusions Reconstruction of femoral offset after artificial hip replacement in the femoral neck fractures can improve funetional recovery and ROM of the hip. Femoral offset reconstruction is uncorrelated to the selection of total hip arthroplasty or bipolar hip arthroplasty.
3.Progress in application of mesenchymal stem cells for nasal inflammation disease.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(9):859-862
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are adult stem cells which derived from the embryonic mesoderm. They have a high proliferative ability and can differentiate into various tissues of mesodermal origin including bone, cartilage and adipose tissue in vitro. Moreover, MSCs have also been shown to produce anti-inflammatory molecules which can modulate cellular and humoral immune responses. Because of their easy preparation, the capacity for self-renewal, multi-lineage differentiation and immunoregulatory effect, MSCs therapy becomes a promising tool in the treatment of tissue regeneration, anti-inflammation, and autoimmune diseases. In this review we will focus on the application of MSCs for nasal inflammation disease.

4.Key advances in the clinical studies of ANCA-associated vasculitis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2016;29(3):323-326
Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies( ANCA)-associated vasculitis ( AAV) has various clinical symptoms, thus various treatment schemes were used in clinics. To date, there has been no validated diagnostic criteria or treatment guideline for AAV.There are three aspects to be considered when assessing the treatment with AAV patients:staging of disease, distinction between disease activity and chronic damages, and quality of life ( QOL) .This review focuses on the latest classification of vasculitis, the rela-tion between disease stages and its severity, the importance of distinguishing active diseases from permanent damages, the therapeutic choices and the management of complications.
5.Application of clinical risk index for babies in low birth weight preterm infants
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(3):195-199
Clinical risk index for babies( CRIB) is applied in low birth weight preterm neonates to assess the initial severity of illness, predict mortality risk rates, evaluate their own performance, and audit the performance between different medical institutions.CRIB plays an important role in the progressive develop-ment of neonatology. The scoring rules and advantagse of CRIB scorni g system were introud ced in this arti-cle.Teh scoring system is able to correctly predict mortaliyt probabilities and long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes for low birth weight preterm infants.
6.Exploration of the Most Suitable Condition for Culturing Influenza Virus on Plateau Region
Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2016;31(3):131-134
Objective To explore the most suitable condition of influenza virus which was culturing on plateau region, and im-prove the effect of the separation of influenza virus. Methods The original specimens were respective inoculated in MDCK cells,by comparing CO2 percent concentration (5%,4.8%,4.6%,4.4%,4.2%),TPCK-pancreatic enzyme dosage (1,2,3, 4,5μg/m and 6,8,10μg/ml),inoculation amount (100,200,300,400,500μl),incubation time (48,72,96,120,144 h),inoc-ulation methods (adsorption, direct inoculated),and culture vessel(cells,6 orifice)that were influenced on influenza virus, the best culture conditions was determined.Hemagglutinatio (HA)method was used to detect the virus titers. Results Through the comparison, the HA titer of virus was in the highest titer with 6 orifice plate culture vessel,4.4% CO2 and 4.6% CO2 ,2μg/ml TPCK-pancreatic enzyme,300μl and 400μl inoculation amount,72h~96h of incubation time. Conclusion The optimal condition of the influenza virus cultured with the MDCK cell has been established in the laboratory on plateau region.
7.Combination of Low Molecule Heparin Calcium with Aspirin for Early Acute Cerebral Infarction
China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of low molecule heparin calcium with Asipilin for early acute cerebral infarction.METHODS:A total of 320 patients with early acute cerebral infarction were randomly assigned to low molecule heparin calcium group, aspirin group, combination treatment group(low molecule heparin calcium group plus aspirin)or control group. The clinical efficacy in 4 groups was evaluated respectively.RESULTS:The nerve function showed a better recovery in all the treatment groups than in control group. As compared with low molecule heparin calcium group or aspirin group, the combination treatment group showed a significantly improved nerve function and higher clinical efficacy. There were significant differences in total effective rate among groups after treatment for different time(P0.05).CONCLUSION:The combination of low molecule heparin calcium with Asipilin for early acute cerebral infarction is safe and more effective than low molecule heparin calcium and Asipilin used alone.
