1.DNA methylation in pancreatic carcinogenesis
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;(2):133-135
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most malignant gastrointestinal tumors, characterized by a poor prognosis, absence of specific clinical symptoms and signs, prone to metastases and lack of response to conventional therapy.1 year survival rate of this disease increased to about 20 % by gemcitabine, but the morbidity and mortality rates are still higher and higher in the whole worldwide.DNA methylation is one of the mechanisms of epigenetics which is the study of heritable changes in gene expression that are not coded in the DNA sequence itself. It seems that DNA methylation indeed plays an important role in the development and progression of pancreatic cancer.
2.Progress of indicators in the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(2):148-151
Newborns, especially premature newborns, because of immature of immune function, have high incidence of sepsis.Today sepsis is still an important cause of neonatal death and poor prognosis.Unfortunately, clinical signs of sepsis are non-specific,so early diagnosis and treatment of the newborn infant with suspected sepsis are essential to prevent severe complications.Blood culture is the gold standard for diagnosis of sepsis, but the positive rote is low.Indicators in diagnosis of sepsis included acute phase reaction proteins, cytokines, cell surface antigen and bacterial DNA testing. This article compares and analyzes the indicators in diagnosis of neonatal sepsis.
3.Hotspots and frontiers in papers on medical information system from 2010 to 2014
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(9):31-36
Papers on medical information system published in 16 medical journals in 2013 JCR with their IF≥1 were retrieved from Web of Science(2010-2014).Social network analysis and co-word analysis of their high fre-quency key words showed that efficiency of medical information system implementation, acceptance behaviors of medical information system users, mining of medical data, application of medical information system in medical sci-ences, and application of decision support system in medical sciences were the hotspots in papers on medical infor-mation system. The authors pointed out that electronic health records, medical information system management, and application of emerging information technology in medical information system were still the study hotspots in the coming years.
4.Effect of Rho kinase inhibitor combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord injury in patients with thoracolumbar fractures
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;35(10):85-87
Objective To observe effect of Rho kinase inhibitor combined with hyperbaric oxygen on the recovery of neurological function after spinal cord injury in patients with thoracolumbar fractures. Methods A total of 80 cases of thoracolumbar fractures combined with spinal cord injury patients as the research object, the packet by the standards of admission of single and double serial number, odd numbers were divided into control group, even number were divided into treatment group (40 cases in each group); two groups underwent surgical treatment, control group was given single usage fasudil treatment, treatment group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy for auxiliary therapy on the basis of control group, Continuous treatment for two months.Compared neurological function scoring, grading, blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) , epithelial growth factor (EGF) , lipid peroxide (LPO) and adverse reactions pre-and post-treatment between two groups of patients. Results After treatment, total effective rate of treatment group (92.50%), ASIA sensory, movement scores were significantly higher than control group (75.00%)(P<0.05);Content of SOD and EGF of treatment group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate (12.50%) was significantly lower than that of control group (32.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rho kinase inhibitor combined with hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve the degree of injury, neurological function and blood SOD, EGF, LPO content in patients with lumbar vertebral fractures combined with spinal cord injury, and the adverse reactions are few, has definite clinical effect.
5.Immunization status, epidemiological and clinical characteristics of measles in hospitalized children in 2009-2013
Chinese Journal of Infection Control 2014;(4):218-221
Objective To realize the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of measles, and explore effective measures to control measles epidemic. Methods Clinical data of 554 hospitalized measles children between January 2009 and December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All children had fever, cough, and skin rash,507 (91.52% )had typical clinical manifestations of measles,47(8.48% )had mild manifestations;the major population were children aged≤6 months(n= 176,31.77% )and 7-8 months (n= 346,62.45% );132 (23.83% )children had contact history of confirmed measles,19(3.43% )measles children’s mothers also developed measles (all were cases of 2013),227 (40.97% )children had history of repeated infusion or hospitalization in large medical institutes dur-ing the measles incubation period (all were cases of 2013,there were measles children who had infusion or hospitali-zation in the same hospital during the same period). The peak incidence of measles usually occurs in January-May. Conclusion Intensive immunization of measles for young women of reproductive age and vaccination with“pre-mea-sles vaccine”for early infancy, and strengthening the medical management of fever outpatients are important meas-ures to prevent measles epidemic.
6.STUDIES OF ARTERIAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE M?LATISSIMUS DORSI, GRACILIS, TENSOR FASCIAE LATAE, GASTROCNEMIUS, SOLEUS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
The arteries of the M. latissimus dorsi, gracilis, tensor fasciae latae, gastrocncmius and soleus were studied on 100 Chinese cadavers (40 fetus and babies, 60 adults) by dissection and arteriography. The origin, number, diameter and distribution of these arteries were observed, and were investigated quantitatively by means of MAGISCAN-Ⅰ Image Analyser.Based on the studies of the vascular anatomy of muscles. We classified the arterial distribution into three patterns: Type Ⅰ: The muscle of this group was supplied by one or two main arteries which coursed the entire muscle belly, as in: M. tensor fasciae latae, gastrocnemius, soleus. Type Ⅱ: The muscle of this group had a segmental supply of several arteries, which is distributed partially in muscle belly, as in: M. gracilis, soleus. Type Ⅲ: The musele of this group had a combination of both patterns of vascular arrangement, as in: M. latissimus dorsi, soleus. The muscles of Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ could often be divided into several regions which were based on the distribution of each branch of the artery.
7.Quality control study on Bidouyan mixture
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(17):2563-2565,后插1
Objective To explore the application of HPLC method in the determination of contents of ephedrine hydrochloride in Bidouyan mixture. Methods A HPLC method detected by one wavelength-210 nm for ephedrine hydrochloride had been developed. The chromatographic procedure for determination was carried out using DiamonsilTM C 18 (250mm x 4.6mm,5 μm) as an analytic column gradient eluted with a mixture consisting of acetonitrile and 0.05% H3PO4.Results The ranges of calibration curve of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.011 ~ 0.277mg/ml.The established HPLC method was applied to determine 15 samples of Bidouyan mixture. The results showed that the ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.10 ~ 0.23mg/ml.Conclusion A simple, effective and feasible HPLC method to determine the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride was established for the quality control of Bidouyan mixture.
