In recent years,more and more researchers have realized the possibility that algicidal bacteria could be a useful tool in reducing the impact of harmful algae blooms. In this review, the ecological roles of algicidal substances was briefly discussed, then special emphasis placed on the categories and extract methods of algicidal substances which have been reported. Some ideas for the further studies on algicidal substances were also proposed.

In recent years, with the improvement of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine and the production of new research methods, Chinese medicine treatment of arrhythmia has a new development. This article summarized the recent decades of which Chinese medicine monomer anti-arrhythmic drugs that had been proved by the influence of monomer anti-arrhythmic drugs, lists the differents traditional Chinese medicinal materials which chemical composition and the effective of the anti-arrhythmic effects, shows the unique advantages of Chinese medicine in the aspect of anti-arrhythmic, and points out that the current Chinese medicine in anti-arrhythmic (monomer) existing problems and solutions.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the adequacy of hemodialysis by online clearance monitoring (OCM) and Kt/V of correlation analysis.MethodsThe Kt/V values of 48 maintenance hemodialysis patients in the Department of Nephrology of General Hospital of PLA were accessed by both OCM of Germany BeiLang Dialog + hemodialysis machine and single-pool urea kinetic model.The Kt/V calculation value was also checked by the urea dynamics - room variable volume model.The results generated at different time point were compared,including at the real time,before and after appearing through blood by On - line Clearance Monitoring,and correlation analysis of Kt/V value was performed.ResultsThere was no significant difference on evaluating the level of Kt/v by these two methods.The relationship between the results of the two methods was significantly positive related.(r=0.539,P ＜ 0.01).ConclusionsDuring hemodialysis,the OCM option provides an accurate tool for continuous on-line monitoring of urea clearance.

Objective To study the effect of methylmercury on the behavioral teratogenesis in filial r ats.Method Pregnant rats were injected intra-abdominally with 0 ,0.75,1.50,3.00 mg/kg methylmercury every other day,then early physiological fun ctions and behavioral functions of their filial rats were observed. Results The results indicated that when impregnated female ra ts were heavily exposed to methylmercury, early physiological development and be havioral development of their filial rats were retarded.Conclusion The methylmercury likely has the effect on behavioral teratogenesis of rats. Objective To establish a rat model of pulmonary hypertension induced by left-to-right shunt and explore the influence of high pulmonary blood flow on pulmonary vascular collagen remodeling.Methods Abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava shunting was produced in rats. OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation (TAES) combined dexmedetomidine on hemodynamic of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients undergoing intervention, and their protection for brain Injury.

METHODSTotally 108 intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients undergoing intervention were randomly assigned to the electroacupuncture (EA) group and the control group according to random digit table, 54 in each group. All patients were anesthetized with dexmedetomidine. Patients in the EA group were needled at bilateral Neiguan (PC6), Lieque (LU7), and Yunmen (LU2). Parameter setting was as follows: The dilatational wave at 1. 5 Hz, strength 2 - 4 mA, 30 min. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), and heart rate (HR) were compared between the two groups immediately after entry into the room (T0), after administration (T1), intubating (T2), resuscitation (T3), extubation (T4), and leaving the operating room (T5). Levels of S100β protein (S100β) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) were compared between the two groups at T0, immediately after surgery (T6), 6 h after operation (T7), 12 h after operation (T8), and 24 h after operation (T9).

RESULTSCompared with the same group at T0, SBP, DBP, MAP, and HR were significantly reduced in the two groups at T1-T5(P <0. 05), serum levels of S100β and NSE in the two groups were significantly increased at T6-T9 (P<0. 05). Compared with the control group at T1 - T5, SBP, DBP, MAP, and HR decreased in the EA group (P <0. 05). Compared with the control group at T6-T9, serum levels of S100β and NSE decreased in the EA group (P <0. 05).

CONCLUSIONTAES combined dexmedetomidine could effectively maintain stable hemodynamics of intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients undergoing intervention, and regulate their serum levels of S100β and NSE.

AlM: To compare the different formulas in intraocular lens(lOL) power calculations on high myopia after LASlK with cataract patients who received the phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation ( Phaco+lOL) .
METHODS:This was a retrospective study. Data from 102 eyes of 61 cataract patients with high myopia, who received Phaco+lOL after LASlK, were collected. Patients were divided into three groups by formulas in lOL power calculations before surgery: Holladay group ( 11 cases, 21 eyes), Haigis-L group (30 cases, 47 eyes) and SRK-T group (20 cases, 34 eyes). The ratios of equivalent lOL power after LASlK were predicted and the accuracy of their predictions were compared 3mo after surgery. lt was an index of reliability of the formulas outcomes.
RESULTS:The ratios of equivalent lOL power after LASlK using the Holladay, Haigis-L and SRK-T formulas were 0. 86 ± 0. 41D, 0. 43 ± 0. 30D and 1. 27 ± 0. 58D, respectively . There was no significant difference between Holladay group and SRK-T group ( t=-0. 271, P=0. 625>0. 05 ). However, significant difference was found between Haigis-L group and Holladay group ( t=2. 249, P=0.047<0. 05), Haigis-L group and SRK-T group (t=6. 012, P=0. 031<0. 05).
CONCLUSlON:The Haigis-L formula is more accurate than the SRK-T and Holladay formulas in predicting lOL power for cataract patients with high myopia after LASlK.
