1.Achievement motivation analysis and evaluation at basic medical education stage
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;(11):1196-1200
Objective To explore college students'achievement motivation level at basic medical education stage and its influencing factors.Method Achievement motivation scale and open questionnaire were applied in 223 college students at basic medical education stage. The effect of multiple influential factors on achievement motivation was analyzed from the perspectives of pursing for success and avoiding errors by multiple linear regression. Results The results showed that 70.4% students had low achievement motivation level.Multiple factors had linear regression relation with Ms and Mf(RMs=0.644,RMf=0.898).Academic self assessment and learning attitude can increase the motivation for success significantly(P<0.001).Performance evaluation and learning objective can significantly increase the motivation for avoiding errors(P<0.001).Conclusion The study and application of achievement motivation can improve education quality at basic medical education stage.
2.Application of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in stroke prevention
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015;(2):121-124
Ambulatorybloodpressuremonitoring(ABPM)providesmoreextensiveclinical information than clinical casual blood pressure. It can effectively identify w hite coat hypertension and masked hypertension and is superior to clinical casual blood pressure in predicting stroke risk. Both daytime and nighttime systolic blood pressures are the independent predictors of stroke, and the predictive value of nighttime systolic blood pressure is higher. In addition, ABPM can also be used to evaluate the blood pressure response and control during the primary and secondary stroke prevention. This article review s the application of ABPM in stroke prevention.
3.The extracorporeal membrane oxygenation related complications and prevention
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2017;24(2):144-148
The complications of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation ( ECMO ) include technical relevance complications and physical relevance complications. The former mainly includes dysfunction of oxygenation,cannula-related problems, technical relevance hemolysis, blood clots of oxygenator or rest of the circuit. The latter includes hemorrhage and embolism,culture-confirmed infection, renal failure and neurologic complications. One of the most reported complications of ECMO is hemorrhage. It′s important for reducing mortality and improving prognosis through stricting with the indications of ECMO,strengthening team cooper-ation,closely clinical monitoring and early identifying complications. In this paper,we introduced complica-tions of ECMO as well as how to prevent and treat it.
4.Chemical Stability of Disposable Infusion Bag of Total Parenteral Nutrition
China Pharmacy 1991;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical stability of disposable infusion bag of total parenteral nutrition.METHODS:0.9% sodium chloride injection was infused into the disposable infusion bag of total parenteral nutrition and set at 8 ℃ or 37 ℃ for different duration(0,24,48,and 72 h) as sample solution. The sample solution was compared with blank control(0.9% sodium chloride injection contained in glass bottle) in respect of pH value, metal ion, indissoluble particle, chloride, reduction substance,UV absorbance and dissolution of cyclohexanone.RESULTS:Each index was stable when sample solution was set at 8 ℃ for 24 h.Reduction substance and dissolution of cyclohexanone increased when solution was set at 37 ℃ with time prolonged,as compared with blank control. At 37℃ UV absorbance is more than that at 8 ℃.CONCLUSION:It is suitable to set disposable infusion bag of total parenteral nutrition at 8 ℃ after infusing with injection and use up within 24 h.
5.How to nutritional support for pediatric liver failure
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2017;24(1):13-16
Malnutrition occurs as a result of inadequate nutrient intake, malabsorption and altered me-tabolism in pediatric liver failure. Malnutrition may be associated with a poor outcome. The current evidence indicates that the provision of adjunctive nutritional support ( parenteral nutrition or enteral nutrition or nutri-tional supplements) to patients with a variety of liver diseases. It may be reasonable to start enteral nutrition in 5 to 7 days in acute liver failure or hepatic coma. According to individualized appropriate nutritional evalu-ation,the metabolic demand,to provide appropriate nutritional support in pediatric liver failure.

8.Development of Incubators Temperature Network Supervisory System
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To develop a secure network system to monitor the temperatures in baby incubators. Methods By utilizing patented TAV temperature monitoring system, the running status of temperature-controlled equipments was recorded in digital way,and then it was analyzed and managed dynamically;and real time alarms could be given through networks. Results This system is a kind of security devices independent of baby incubators and can monitor temperatures in baby incubators well. Conclusion This system will not affect original functions of baby incubators, instead it can well monitor the temperatures in both imported and domestic incubators,so that it can improve the safety of facilities being used while decrease medical accidents.
9.Emphasizing highly on the researching of early diagnosis for invasive fungal infection
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(01):-
The incidence of invasive fungal infections has increased dramatically in recent years. However, the traditional methods used in routine practice for the diagnosis of invasive fungal infections could not meet the requirements. The detection of specific fungal antigens by serological methods will have a widely applications in near future.Fungal DNA detecting by molecular biological technique is the most promising technique and it will make high speed selecting to clinic specimens possible.
10.Implicit Self-esteem Level and Stability of Depressive Patients
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(11):-
Objective:To explore the depressive patients'implicit self-esteem level and its stability. Methods: IAT(Implicit Association test)and SES(self-esteem scale)were used to measure the depressive patients'implicit self-esteem and explicit self-esteem(n=30).Both 2?2 design between subjects(patients and normal controls) and the failure feedback task were employed to explore the implicit self-esteem's stability of depressive patients.Re- sults:(1)The implicit self-esteem of the two groups had no difference(270.2?103.7/283.3?172.1,t'=0.35, P=0.72).(2)The explicit self-esteem was lower than the implicit self-esteem in depressed persons(-0.05?0.74/-0.62?0.86,z=2.38,P
