Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the application of contact oxidization and hydrolysis acidifying technology in hospital wastewater treatment. Methods Hydrolysis combined with chlorine dioxide disinfection was used in the engineering of treatment. Results Even if CODCr was 300 mg/L, BOD5 was 150 mg/L, SS was 300 mg/L, pH was 6-9 and large intestine bacteria number was 50 000/L, the wastewater quality met the requirement of related standard after treated with the present method. Conclusion The present technology was efficient, practical and economical.

3.Advances on internal fixation treatment for femoral neck fracture in elderly patients.
China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2014;27(8):706-708
Compared with hip replacement, internal fixation in the treatment of the elderly femoral neck fracture, especially the application of cannulated screws, is minimally invasive, easy to operate and economical. In recent years, it becomes the research focus in the field of orthopedic clinical research. However, configuration of cannulated screws is still controversial. Most clinicians believe that three cannulated screws being placed in parallel in an inverted triangle configuration is better than that in a triangular configuration in biomechanics and clinical effect. Nonparallel strong oblique nailing technique allows the screws to share more weight to reduce postoperative complications, so that it is more suitable for elderly patients with osteoporosis. However, the related complications of internal fixation such as nonunion, femoral neck shortening and other problems are still the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. Issues about how to control the indication of internal fixation surgery, understand related factors of the complications, and prevent complications are required to be further explored.

5.A three-dimensional nanofiber scaffold provides an appropriate microenvironment for stem cell regulation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(16):2594-2600
BACKGROUND:Three-dimensional (3D) nanofiber scaffolds are aimed to mimic the physical and chemical signals of stem celsin vivo. 3D nanofiber scaffolds, which are capable to maintain the activity of stem cels, are promising in tissue regeneration and stem celltherapy. OBJECTIVE:To review the synthesis methods for 3D nanofiber scaffolds, and the interactions of stem cels and 3D scaffolds as wel as the current progress of 3D nanofiber scaffolds in tissue engineering. METHODS:Web of Science was searched with key words of “tissue engineering, nanofiber scaffold, stem cellfate” in English for articles relevant to stem celltissue engineering and 3D nanofiber scaffolds. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:3D nanofiber scaffolds can mimic the physical architecture ofin vivo microenvironment due to its nano-scale topology. Chemical modification of scaffolds endows chemical cues to stem cels. Therefore, 3D nanofiber scaffold can be a promising delivery vehicle of stem cels in tissue engineering. Nanofiber scaffolds can be synthesized through self-assembly, sol-gel phase separation, and electric spinning. 3D nanofiber scaffolds have been shown to improve thein vitro proliferation of hematopoietic stem cels, embryonic stem cels, mesenchymal stem cels, and neural stem cels. 3D nanofiber scaffolds with specific topology/chemical properties can induce the differentiation of stem cels into bone, cartilage, nerve, or muscle. 3D nanofiber scaffold which provides a satisfactory microenvironment for stem cellenhance the performance of stem celltherapy.

8.Effect of povidone iodine irrigation combined with levofloxacin eye drops on inflammatory indexes, NO and antioxidant indexes in serum and tear fluid of patients with diabetic cataract
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;37(7):125-127
Objective To investigate the effect of povidone iodine irrigation combined with levofloxacin eye drops on the inflammatory indexes, NO and antioxidant indices in serum and tear fluid of patients with diabetic cataract. Methods 50 cases of pati ents with diabetic cataract and admitted into the hospital during January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects all of whom received cataract surgery.According to the randomized double blind method, the patients were divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group. The control group received levofloxacin eye drops intervention before surgery while the observation group were treated withpovidone iodine irrigation, based on the control group. The inflammatory indexes (IL-2, sIL-2R, IL-6), NO, antioxidant indexes (TAC, SOD, CAT) and condition of postoperative infection were compared between the two groups before and after irrigation.ResuIts In the observation group, the sIL-2R, IL-6 and NO levels in serum and tear fluid after irrigation were significantly lower than those in the control group while IL-2, TAC, SOD and CAT were significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative infection rate of the observation group was 0.0% which was significantly lower than 16.0% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .ConcIusion Povidone iodine irrigation combined with levofloxacin eye drops can significantly reduce the inflammatory reactions in patients with diabetic cataract and improve their antioxidant level.
9.Goals for the treatment of multiple myeloma in the era of novel agents
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(13):823-826
The treatment of multiple myeloma has become possible in the era of novel agents. Novel agents have dramatically improved the response rates of multiple myeloma (MM) and have extended the survival of patients even if MM remains an incurable disease. De-termining the treatment goals of MM has become a major challenge for clinicians in the era of novel agents. Many results show the correlation between response depth and patients' survival. Complete remission (CR), stringent CR, phenotypic CR, and CRs at the molecular and PET-CT levels are being explored and becoming the goals of MM treatment. Doctors should balance efficacy with adverse effects in daily clinical practice to avoid the blind pursuit of a high and deep response rate.
10.Antimicrobial resistance monitoring of 1 240 clinically isolated bacteria
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(2):197-200
Objective To investigate the bacterial distribution and resistance of clinical isolates ,so as to provide basis for the clinical medication .Methods The drug susceptibility testing was performed by Kirby‐Bauer method or automated system .The re‐sults were analyzed by WHONET 5 .6 referring to the breakpoints of CLSI 2013 .Results Of 1 240 clinical iso1ates ,the gram‐posi‐tive cocci and gram‐negative bacteria accounted for 32 .7% and 67 .3% respectively .The top five of isolated strains were Escherichia coli ,Klebsiella spp ,coagulase negative staphylococci ,Staphylococcus aureus ,Streptococcus pneumonia;the first five of isolated spec‐imens constitute followed by sputum ,urine ,blood ,secretions and stool .The average prevalence of methicillin‐resistant strains in S . aureus (MRSA) and coagulase‐negative Staphylococcus (MRCNS)was 17 .1% and 74 .7% ,respectively ;no vancomycin ,teicoplanin or linezolid‐resistant strains were found;no vancomycin‐resistant strains were found in Enterococcus spp;Enterobacteriaceae was still highly susceptible to imipenem and meropenem (> 85% );extended spectrum beta‐lactamases(ESBLs) producing strains ac‐counted for 56 .7% of Escherichia coli ,and accounted for 18 .6% of Klebsiella pneumonia;the drug resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to imipenem was 11 .9% .The drug resistance rates of Acinetobacter spp to imipenem was 19 .0% .Conclusion The main infection site of patients in this hospital is respiratory tract and attention should be paid to docimastic sample .The top five clinical i‐solates and drug resistance are roughly the same with the results of Chongqing drug resistance monitoring net .
