Objective To investigate researches on magnet hospital and nursing management from January 1,2010 to December 31,2014 in PubMed database and provide reference information for the majority of professionals in deep research.Methods Bibliographies from research literature of magnet hospital and nursing management from January 1,2010 to December 31,2014 in PubMed database were downloaded.The publication years,journals,countries of publication,the high yielding first authors and the high frequency of main subject were counted by Bicomb 2.0 software.The affiliations were analyzed artificially.main subject appeared no less than two times were intercepted as high frequency ones and the high frequency main subject co-occurrence matrix were formed.SPSS20.0 statistical software were applied for clustering analysis with matrix,then to get the topic hotspots.Results A total of 62 literatures were screened out.The data of research trend,journals,research degree of countries were acquired.The number of high frequency main subject were 18 and among which 4 research hotspots were clustered,respectively workplace environment and job satisfaction,nursing education,nursing quality administration,creation and leadership.Conclusions Researches on magnet hospital and nursing management from January 1,2010 to December 31,2014 in PubMed database are mainly in terms of workplace environment and job satisfaction,nursing education,nursing quality administration,creation and leadership.They are the foundation of the current research situation and trend of magnet hospital nursing management,and can improve management efficiency and provide reference for scientific research topic selection project.

This paper introduces such two methods for the software to detect and download its new version automatically as applying the mapped network drive in LAN and download through FTP in Internet. The implementation of auto running of the new version after update is also discussed.

Objective:To determine the mechanism of sunitinib-induced autophagy in renal cell carci-noma cells.Methods:MTS assay was applied to detect the cell viability alteration under the treatment of sunitinib (2,8 μmol /L).The sunitinib-induced autophagy as well as cell apoptosis was measured and compared after knocking down autophagy-related protein Beclin1 and microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3 fusion protein (LC3)by RNA interference.The transmission electron microscope was used to observe the formation of autophagosomes in ACHN cells.The fluorescence microscope was used to mo-nitor distribution and aggregation of endogenous LC3-Ⅱ.The expressions of protein such as LC3-Ⅱ,the autophagic regulation molecules protein kinase B /mammalian target of rapamycin (Akt/mTOR)and the symbol of apoptosis poly ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP)were capable to be detected by immunoblotting assay.Results:Sunitinib was able to significantly trigger cell viability loss in the renal carcinoma cell ACHN,which was both in a concentration-dependent and time-dependent manner (P <0.05 ).After reducing the autophagy by knocking down Beclin1 and LC3,the number of cleavage of PARP was in-creased remarkably,whereas there was nearly not any cleavage in the mock group.By the transmission electron microscope,there were more autophagic vacuoles in ACHN cells after being administrated with sunitininb compared with the control.And the nuclear-to-cytosol translocation as well as aggregation of LC3-Ⅱ was presented after sunitinib treatment by the fluorescence microscope,which was the proof of the enhanced autophagy.According to the immunoblotting,sunitinib was able to increase the accumula-tion of LC3-Ⅱ.At the same time,the result of sunitinib combined with chloroquine,a drug which blocked the fusion of autophagosomes and lysosomes,demonstrated that the increasing amount of LC3-Ⅱwas due to the enhanced autophagy flux by sunitinib treatment in ACHN cells.However,phosphorylation of Akt as well as mTOR was decreased at the same time.The rapamycin (mTOR inhibitor)or knocking down Akt subunits could change the sunitinib-induced LC3-Ⅱ accumulation,whereas overexpression of Akt subunits decreased the autophagic flux,indicating that Akt/mTOR was the target of sunitinib in auto-phagy.Conclusion:Sunitinib induced autophagy via suppressing Akt/mTOR pathway,and the auto-phagy was involved in apopotosis.

Objective To establish a framework of indexes for assessing the composite results in TCM hospitals so as to promote their development. Methods Such methods and techniques as literature review, descriptive study, Delphi expert consultation, step analysis, composite index, weighted rank sum ratio, and correlation analysis as used by Kendall and others were adopted. Results The current situation regarding the allocation and utilization of health resources in a certain city was found out and a framework of indexes for assessing the composite results in TCM hospitals and the demarcation line for dividing the results into grades were defined. Conclusion The development of TCM hospitals in the city has reached a certain scale, the feature of TCM specialties forms a new growth point, and the framework of indexes for the assessment of composite results in TCM hospitals needs constant perfection.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice thrce-dimensional computed tomographic angiography(MS-CTA) with volume rendering(VR) for Moyamoya disease.Methods MS-CTA of 25 patients with Moyamoya disease verified by DSA were restrospectively analyzed.Source images were got by GE Lightspeed pro scanner.VR was adopted to reconstruct 3D images in all cases.Results Of 25 CT precontrast,13,12 cases showed infarction and hemorrhage respectively,while 11 cases had dialated vessels in thalamus-basal ganglia region on CT.Accuracy of stenosis or occlusion of the bifurcation of ICA, proximal portion of the ACA or MCA was 88.0% (22/25) by MS-CTA.MS-CTA overestimated the degree of stenosis,MS-CTA misdiagnosed 3 cases(12.0%)with stenosis to occlusion.MS-CTA showed fewer small Moyamoya vessels than DSA.MS-CTA only demonstrated 6 cases(25.0%)with collateral vessels.Conclusion CT is still the conventional method for detecting secondary lesions to Moyamoya disease.CT and MS-CTA can accurately diagnose Moyamoya disease.

A catheter(0.3 mm O.D.)was introduced into the external carotid artery(ECA) lumen into the lumen of the internal carotid artery(ICA), then it was gently advanced to the intracranial segment of ICA until the intraluminal catheter was 2~3mm from the origin of MCA. At this point thrombin were injected into ICA to induce thrombosis. Behavior disorders were observed at 3, 6, 12h after the operation. Willis circle, infarct volume and histopathologic changes were examined 12 hours after operation. The results showed that the model had stable behavior disorder score and infarct volume. Mixed thrombus could be observed at the origin of the MCA. Infarction volume of this model was similar with that of the model developed by linear occlusion of MCA in our laboratory. The model has the advantages of easy operation, reliable ischemia and reproducible infarct volume. It may be useful in documenting the safety and efficacy of thrombolytic therapies.

?Objective:To investigate the behavior of absorbable coral hydroxyapatite (Interpore 500R) as bone tissue engineering scaffold. Methods: Marrow stromal stem cells harvested from legally aborted human fetus were cultured in DMEM containing 100 ml/L fetal boving serum and induced to differentiate towards osteoblasts.Then the cells were seeded onto absorbable coral hydroxyapatite , then the composite was implanted subcultaneously into the back of nude mice .Cell materia attachement was observed with scanning electron microscope,type I collegen secretion was studied with laser confocal microscope and new bone formation was studied histologicaley. Results: The cells could adhere to absorbable coral hydroxyapatite and secrete collagen I.Mature bone tissue was found in the implanted composite 40 day after transplantation. Conclusion: Absorbable coral hydroxyapatite Interpore 500R is a favorable bone tissue engineering scaffold.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI) in the early diagnosis of massive cerebral infarction with hemorrhage and analysis of collateral circulation.Methods Fifty patients with massive cerebral infarction underwent MRI (T1WI,T2WI,DWI,MRA and SWI) scan in acute stage and decubation respectively in Hanrison International Peace Hospital from January 2012 to January 2014.Analysis T1WI,T2WI,DWI,MRA and SWI differences in the delection of cerebral infarction with hemorrhage and analysis of Collateral circulation.Record the magnetic resonance angiography hemorrhagic transformation and display the ischemic area of collateral circulation in the detection of cerebral infarction remodeling differences.Results (1)SWI detected out 18 cases of cerebral infarction with hemorrhage (36％),including 14 cases of hemorrhagic infarction(HI) type(28％),4 cases of parenchymal hemorrhage(PH) type 8％).MRI detected 11 cases of cerebral infarction with hemorrhage (22％),including 7 cases of HI type 14％),4 cases of PH type (8％).SWI detected 106 focuses,the detection rate was 100％,MRI detected only 26,and the detection rate was 32.51％,and the missing mainly for micro hemorrhage.There was statistical significance between the groups(x2 =21.045,P＜0.05).(2) SWI can display the condition of micrangium in the area of cerebral infarction clearly.The number of micrangium decreased or disappeared in acute stage,but the micrangium increased in decubation.The ratio of capillary vessels increased to 66％.MRA detected 82％ of criminal vessel in patients with cerebral infarction.Conclusion SWI is more sensitive than conventional MR in the early diagnosis of massive cerebral infarction with hemorrhage.MRA combined with SWI could not only detect the criminal vessel of cerebral infarction area,but also monitor the reconstruction of collateral circulation in the infarction region,and there will be extremely valuable to the treatment massive cerebral infarction and evaluation of prognosis.

Objective To explore the pulsed wave Doppler (PWD) manifestations of acute experimental incomplete testicular torsion. Methods Eight healthy dogs were surgically modeled to obtain unilateral acute testis torsion from 180° to 630°, respectively. The peak systole velocity (PSV) and resistance index (RI) of intratesticular artery, capsular artery and arteria spermatica interna were measured with PWD before torsion, 2 h, 4 h and 6 h after torsion. Testes were examined pathologically after the experiment. Results PSV and RI of capsular artery and intratesticular artery decreased gradually with the extension of torsional time (P<0.05). PSV and RI of superior, torsional and inferior segments of arteria spermatica interna varied greatly and showed no strong regularity (P＞0.05) . The pathological results of testes showed no distinct changes or just mild interstitial hyperemia and edema. Conclusion The decrease of PSV and RI of capsular artery and intratesticular artery, especially RI have referential value in the judgement of acute experimental incomplete testicular torsion, whereas changes of PSV and RI of superior, torsional and inferior segments of arteria spermatica interna are not reliable.
