Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of Oza Grey Na (continuous micro pump infusion) on cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine treatment, while the experimental group received Oza Grey Na (continuous micro pump) treatment, intravenous drip, 1 courses for 2 weeks. The liver and kidney function, coagulation function, blood routine and other indexes of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were examined before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, 50 patients in the experimental group were invalid, 3 cases were effective, 20 cases were markedly effective, and the total effective number was 47 cases in 27 cases. Patients in the control group, 8 patients were invalid, 18 patients were effective, 24 patients were markedly effective, and the total effective number was 42 cases. The effective rate of the treatment group was 94%, and the effective rate of the control group was 84%, which was lower than that of the experimental group (P<0.05). There were no severe complications in the experimental group and the control group, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the 2 groups, and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion Oza Grey Na (continuous micro pump) treatment of cerebral infarction clinical effect is better, more efficient, with further clinical promotion and application of significance.

Microbiology 2008;0(11):-
The isolate XGH2321,which isolated from the rhizospheric soil of Rhizophora stylosa Griff in Dongzhaigang Mangrove Nature Reserve in China, was identified as a fungus in the genera of Penicillium based on its morphological characteristics and internal transcribed spacer(ITS) sequence analysis. After in-oculated in the modified CzapeK-DoX medium(consisted of 4% corn steep,0.3% NaNO3,0.05% KCl,0.1% K2HPO4,0.05% MgSO4,pH 7.4,9% salinity),and cultured under the condition of 28?C in a rotary shaker at 160 r/min for 7 days, the extracts of ethyl acetate and water-soluble from the fermentation broth showed the apparent antibacterial activities against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus,Sarcina lutea, and Bacillus subtilis with the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 800 ?g/mL and 400 ?g/mL,respectively.While at the same time, these two extracts could also suppress the growth of the plant pathogen,Rhizoctonia solani with MIC of 400 ?g/mL and 200 ?g/mL,respectively.

Objective To analyze the pathogenic fungus distribution and the risk factors affecting the prognosis in patients with bloodstream infection critically ill sepsis in intensive care unitso as to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods From January 2008 to January 2015 , the clinic data of patients with severe sepsis and septic shock were retrospectively studied. The factors affecting the prognosiswere found out using a multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results From January 2008 to January 2015 , there were 870 bloodstream infection critically ill sepsis. Risk factors affecting the prognosis of critically ill sepsis patients were as follows: serum albumin, age, APACHEⅡ and procalcitonin. Conclusion Bloodstream infection critically ill sepsis in intensive care unit contributes a high motality. APACHEⅡ, age, blood lactate, procalcitonin , blood lactate and serum albumin are the risk factors affecting the prognosis of critically ill sepsis patients.

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the optimal operation mode for the management of donated drugs.METHODS: The possible problems existed in the management of donated medicines were found out through summarizing our practical experience in the inventory, storage and use etc of the donated drugs.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: In the management of donated medicines, emphasis should be attached to the inventory, storage and use of the donated medicines, meanwhile,a sound supervising system for the donation affairs should be set up to standardize the donation behavior, strengthen expiration date management and gradually establish the practical and effective work mode.

AIM:To construct the recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid pEGFP-C1-SR-A I for the high expression in 293T cells in order to identify functions of savenger receptor-A I(SR-A).METHODS:The primer was designed according to MSR1 cDNA and pEGFP-C1-SR-A I was constructed by standard molecular cloning technique and enzyme digestion. After sequencing, the plasmid was transfected into 293T cells by lipidosome method. The expression of scavenger receptor-A I was identified by RT-PCR and Western blotting. The foam cells were evaluated by the formation of lipid granules in the cells with oil red staining.Cell adhesion was analyzed by cell adhesion assay.RESULTS:24 h after transfection,SR-A I mRNA was highly expressed and the high level of the protein was detected. The ratio of foam cell formation was doubled, the efficacy of cell adhesion was enhanced two times compared to the control group and the empty vector group.CONCLUSION:The recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid has been constructed successfully with enhancing the function of uptake ox-LDL and adhesion in 293T cells by overexpression of SR-A I.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the curative efficacy of granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) as an adjunctive therapy for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). METHODS: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of GM-CSF in the treatment of AML were retrieved from PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane Library,CBMdisc and CNKI database by computer as well as from the leukemia-related journals manually for a quality evaluation of the methodology and Meta analysis using RevMan5.0 software. RESULTS: A total of 10 RCTs were included,of which,3 RCTs were graded as A,5 as B and 2 as C. The results demonstrated that there were no significant differences of indexes among groups as complete remission (CR) rate, relapse rate, infection rate and length of hospital stay, etc. CONCLUSION: The available clinical research results showed that GM-CSF adjunctive therapy could neither increase CR rate, nor decrease the relapse rate, infection rate or length of hospital stay.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the clinical features and correlation factors of ADR caused by second generation antihistamine drugs for references of clinical rational drug use.METHODS:A total of 128 cases ADR cases induced by second generation antihistamine drugs that met our criteria were obtained by retrieving the domestic literature database between 1986 and 2006,which were categorized and analyzed in accordance with the ADR categorization stipulated by WHO international drug monitoring cooperation center.RESULTS:Of the 128 ADR cases, more were seen in male than in female,38 presented cardiovascular system lesions, accounting for 29.69%,followed by lesions of skin and its appendants(28.13%) and systemic reactions(20 cases,15.63%).However,the prognosis of these ADR was satisfactory.CONCLUSION:The ADR caused by second generation antihistamine drugs are associated to many factors such as patients’ sex and physical condition as well as drug combination etc.Clinic should be alert to such ADR such as allergic shock and arhythmia in patients treated with second generation antihistamine drugs.
