This paper discusses the main points in building the large-scale medical equipment room from such aspects as the planning,designing and construction.It provides solutions to the problems which may occur in the building,and offers some suggestions.

This article summarizes the effects of intense exercise on the structure and function of the kidney,the possible mechanism of the changes of the structure and function of the kidney and the research state of the improvement of the function of the kidney by the medicine.The research suggests the intense exercise will lead to the damage of the renal tubules and the glomerulus,the increase of the LPO of the kidney tissue,the decrease of the activity of SOD,the appearance of the exercise-induced albuminuria,exercise-induced hematuria.Vitamine E,Vitamine C,GSH have some protective effect on the structure and function of the kidney.

Flail chest is the common chest trauma, which causes abnormal respiration and mediastinal swing affecting the respiratory and circulatory function after injury. Fixation of ribs of flail chest has been used for half a century, methods and equipment of which varied, and domestic and foreign scholars have verified its efficacy in clinical practice.
