1.The correlation study of carotid atherosclerotic plaque and recurrent cerebral infarction
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(16):8-11
ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of the recurrence of cerebral infarction and the correlation between carotid atherosclerotic plaque and the recurrent cerebral infarction.MethodsOne hundred and twenty-six patients with cerebral infarction were divided into primary group with 72 cases and recurrent group with 54 cases. The age, habits (smoking, alcohol consumption),past medical history (including history of diabetes, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation and hypertension),triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high blood pressure level of the two groups were compared. The carotid intimamedia thickness (IMT),and the echo intensity, quantity, location of atherosclerotic plaque were observed by neck ultrasound, and then these factors were analyzed by non-conditional Logistic regression analysis.ResultsAge,history of diabetes, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation and hypertension between recurrent group and primary group had significant differences(P<0.01 or <0.05).High blood pressure level of the recurrent group was significantly higher than that of the primarv group(P< 0.01 ).While IMT of carotid artery, carotid bifurcation, internal carotid artery of the recurrent group were obviously higher than those of the primary group, respectively (P<0.01).The number of cases detected having plaques in the primary group was 31,43.1% (31/72),the total plaque number was 87,and average plaque number was 1.21 ±0.76.These values in the recurrent group were 46,85.2%(46/54),96,1.78 ±0.92.The number of cases detected having plaques and average plaque number of the recurrent group were significantly higher than those in the primary group (P<0.01).There were more cases with soft plaque in the recurrent group (61.5%,59/96),while more hard plaque in the primary group (60.9%,53/87),and the difference was significant (P <0.01).Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that age, high blood pressure level, history of diabetes and atrial fibrillation,IMT of internal carotid artery, the number of soft plaque were the risk factors of the recurrence of cerebral infarction (OR =1.315,2.435,1.072,2.131,3.024,5.162,respectively,P < 0.01 or < 0.05 ).ConclusionsAge,high blood pressure level, history of diabetes and atrial fibrillation,IMT of internaI carotid artery, the number of soft plaque are the risk factors of the recurrence of cerebral infarction.Observing the site and degree of carotid atherosclerosis, the characteristics of plaque besides monitoring blood pressure, blood glucose and other conventional indicators can have some predictive effect for the recurrence of cerebral infarction.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(03):-
The level of serum sIL—2R in 16 cases of kidney transplantation were detected dynamiclypre-transplant and posttransplant 2 days,10 days and 30 days by ELISA and normal individaulswere also compared. The results showed that the level of sIL—2R in patients before operationwas markedly higher than that in normal individauls and it still remained in relative high level inpatients with rejection post-operation.But in patients without rejection, the level of sIL—2Rwere significantly decreased (P
3.System evaluation of curative effects of intraocular lens implantation for treating diabetic cataract
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(25):-
OBJECTIVE: Controlled studies concerning intraocular lens implantation for treating diabetic cataract were analyzed using meta-analysis. Postoperative visual acuity and complications were assessed. METHODS: Controlled studies addressing intraocular lens implantation for treating diabetic cataract were collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 1998 to 2008, Chinese Biological Medicine and Vip Database. Results were analyzed by meta-analysis. Experimental group contained diabetic cataract patients. Control group included non-diabetic cataract patients. Curative effects and difference evaluation index were expressed as odds ratio, weighed mean difference and 95% confidence interval (95%CI). Statistical analysis was analyzed using PEMS3.1 FOR WINDOWS software. RESULTS: A total of 6 randomized controlled literatures were collected. Meta-analysis results demonstrated that: Ratio of patients whose corrected vision ≥ 0.5 was lower in the diabetes group compared with the control group (P=0.004 8). Six literatures showed that OR value was 0.655 5 and 95%CI was (0.488 9, 0.879 0), which was in the left side of vertical line (P

5.CONSTANT REGIONS OF QUANTUM YIELDS OF GIBBERELLIN AND HYPOCRELLIN A
Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
Determination of the quantum yields of Gibberellin, Hypocrellin A and phenol showed that there were respectively ranges of excitation wavelengths for the relative constant of quantum yields of them. The quantum yields of Gibberellin excited by its own multiple excitaion wavelengths (285 and 410 nm) equaled each other. The quantum yields were similar by excitation of 585 nm and 625 nm with determination of the emission at 640 nm for Hypocrellin A. The emission at 690nm with Hypocrellin A would disappear after it had stood at room temperature for about one month, it suggests that it should be convenient to determine the quantum yield, at a shorter wavelength as for the excitation maximum, of a fluorophore whose concentration was low, weak quantum yield and wavelengths of the excitation and emission locating nearly, with a strong Reilagh scattering; and that the 690 nm emission of Hypocrellin A should be emitted by the groups which were subjected to the effects of physical or chemical disturbences.

7.Application of enhanced recovery after surgery in laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy
Cancer Research and Clinic 2017;29(3):180-183
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) combined with laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy (LADG) for gastric cancer. Methods 60 patients with distal gastric cancer from April 2016 to September 2016 in Shanxi Cancer Hospital were enrolled. According to the admission time, the patients were numbered randomly by odd and even. 30 odd patients received conventional treatment (traditional group), and were even 30 incorporated into ERAS group. Record and comparison of two groups were conducted, including age, sex, weight, body mass index (BMI), 1-day preoperative serum albumin (ALB) level, operation time, anastomosis type, total intraoperative blood loss, postoperative TNM staging, bowel movement recovery time, postoperative hospital stay, total cost of hospitalization, complications, and serum ALB level after operation. Results The level of ALB in ERAS group was (36.16 ± 2.46) g/L at 4th day after operation, and (39.61±2.03) g/L at 7th day after operation, which were higher than those in traditional group [(34.38 ±2.31) g/L and (37.98 ±1.96) g/L, respectively], with stable changes and statistical difference (P= 0.006, P= 0.003). The recovery time of intestinal peristalsis in ERAS group was shorter than that in traditional group [(51.23±9.05) h vs. (58.97±9.61) h, P= 0.003], and the total hospitalization cost in ERAS group was less than that in traditional group [(7.23±0.34) × 104 yuan vs. (7.58± 0.37) × 104 yuan, P< 0.001]. There were no significant differences in age, sex, weight, BMI, 1-day preoperative serum ALB level, operative time, anastomosis type, total intraoperative blood loss, postoperative TNM staging, complication and the postoperative hospital stay between the two groups (all P > 0.05). Conclusion The combination of ERAS and laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy is safe and effective compared with traditional ways, which can relieve the stress reaction, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the hospitalization cost, and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.
