China Pharmacy 2007;0(36):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the antiinflammatory and analgesic effect of Jingangteng dispersible tablet (JDT). METHODS:The antiinflammatory effect of JDT was studied on pinna swelling model mice, the voix pedis swelling model rats and the cotton ball granuloma model rats; the writhing experiment in mice was done to study the analgesic effect of JDT, with Jingangteng capsule(JC) as a positive control. RESULTS:JDT significantly inhibited mice's swelling of pinna induced by xylene, rats' swelling of the voix pedis induced by albumen, rats' granulomatous accrementition induced by cotton ball as well as mice's writhing response induced by acetic acid, with effects superior to those of JC(P
2.Continuous measurement of blood pressure using pulse wave transit time
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
A continuous noninvasive method for blood pressure (BP) estimation by pulse wave transit time (PWTT) is described. A constant linear relation is available between PWTT and BP, but characteristic parameter for the relation is different for different persons. According to hydrostatics, BP in some vessel changes with different body postures. In this paper, the difference, i.e. △BP, between two BP values with different body postures is gained. ECGs and surface pulse waves are also obtained, and then values of PWTT are calculated. Through the A BP and PWTT acquired above, parameter b of BP equation can be determined, and then parameter a is computerized through the measurements and one BP value. Thus a BP equation is got, which can be used to estimate BP values through continuous measurement of PWTT. Compared with the value from invasive BP measurement, the value from this method has an error rate less than 5%. The method is feasible for noninvasive continuous BP monitoring.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Intra-vital organ transplantation is an advanced medical technique for the treatment of patients with terminal stage organ failures. However, related ethical issues arise with the development and application of the technique. Some research has been done on relevant ethical issues in intra-vital organ transplantation with certain ethical principles and regulations arisen, which are discussed in this article.
4.Clinical observation on the efficiency of intravenous sucrofer combined with erythropoiesis stimulating factor in treatment of patient with refractory renal anemia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(14):2133-2134
Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency and security of Fe(OH) 3-sncrose-compond combined with erythropoietin on renal anemia. Methods 30 cases of oral iron combined with erythropoietin in the unsatisfactory uremia patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, the cases were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n =16) using intravenous sucrose iron 100mg,twice a week, after a total of 1000mg,then l00mg,once 1 -2 weeks;the control group(n =14) continue to oral:ferrous succinate 0.2g,three times everyday, erythropoietin dose was the same in lothgroups for g weeks. Results Hemoglobin was significantly higher(P < 0.01) and hematocrit was significantly higher(P <0.01),and serum ferritin significant increased(P <0.0l) in sucrose iron treatment group than these of the control group;the patients of treatment group have obviously improved in spirit, appetite, physical and life quality and so on.Sometimes, nausea, vomiting, skin itching were complained lut without significant side effects. While in the control group limited increase in the level of hemoglobin was seen, the majority had nausea, abdominal discomfort, poor appetite. Conclusion The efficiency of intravenous sucmfer combined with erythropoietin in treatment of renal anemia was effective than conventional oral iron combined with erythropoietin and with fewe adverse reactions.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2013;(3):193-195
Objective To explore the characters of behavioral inhibition/activation systems in clinical depressed adolescents. Methods According to CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria,46 depressed adolescents and 35 healthy adolescents were selected and assessed by Behavioral Inhibition/Activation System Scale,Beck Depression Inventory and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale. Results (1) Compared with subgroup of mixed depression-anxiety (15.84 ± 2.36),depression only subgroup (13.70 ± 1.72) and control group (12.71 ± 2.55) scored higher in BIS (P<0.01).And the two depressed subgroups (34.00 ± 4.94,35.88 ± 6.80)scored lower than control group (39.11 ± 5.06) in BAS (P < 0.05).(2) Compared with healthy controls (39.11 ± 5.06),depressed adolescents in first-episode(15.28 ± 1.56) and recurrent (14.96 ±2.63) scored higher in BIS(P<0.01).Adolescents in recurrent (34.58 ± 6.63) scored lower in BAS(P < 0.01).(3) Compared with healthy controls, medication (15.30 ±2.48) and unmedicated depressed adolescents(14.60 ± 1.82) scored higher in BIS(P < 0.01).Medication adolescents (34.52 ± 5.78) scored lower in BAS (P < 0.01).Conclusion The BIS/BAS of depressed adolescents have their characters.BIS reflects mixed depression and anxiety.BAS reflectsdepression and may be a vulnerable index of clinical depression.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2016;32(4):449-453
Nowadays, one of the most challenging aspects of retinoblastoma (RB) therapy is how to control the resistant or recurrent viable vitreous seeds, for which intravenous chemotherapy appears to be ineffective.Recently, intravitreal chemotherapy offers another option to control advanced stage and vitreous seeds of RB,and may be a promising new approach to RB therapy. However, intravitreal injection for RB patients raises considerable controversy due to concerns of possible extraocular extension along the injection route, and should not replace the primary standard of care for bilateral RB or group E eyes of RB.Close follow-up and further studies are needed to determine appropriate indications,to determine the effective drugs and concentrations,to optimize RB therapy protocols and to investigate the relationship between long-term efficacy and toxicities.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To design a device sampling Korotkoff's sound signal and acquiring blood pressure based on Korotkoff theory. Methods The author sampled Korotkoff's sound signal via microphone, and then according the cuff pressure corresponding to signal appearance and disappearance, the author acquired SBP and DBP.At last, the author validated the creditability by contrasting with the results of auscultatory method. Results The difference of SBP and DBP is near nonexistence, the blood pressure data using this device is creditable. Conclusion The blood pressure can be measured using this device, and it can be used to further study the auto-measurement of blood pressure base on Korotkoff's sound theory.

AIM:To develop a capillary GC method for determining six components in Heiguidou Oil,?-pinene,eucalyptol,borneol,methyl salicylate, cinnamia aldehyde and eugenol. METHODS:GC was applied to quantitative analysis. Chromatographic conditions consisted of PEG-20M(30 m?0.25 mm?0.25 ?m),flame ionization detector(FID),and programmed temperature; initiation temperature was at 80 ℃ for 7 min; the rate of temperature was 15℃/minute,final temperature was at 180 ℃ for 10 min, bypass rate was 50 ∶1. The sample dissolved in absolute alcohol. The external standard was used. RESULTS:The standard curves of conclusion ?-pinene,eucalyptol,borneol,methyl salicylate, cinnamia aldehyde and eugenol were linear within the ranges of 0.322-32.150 mg/mL,0.202 -20.215 mg/mL,0.126-12.630 mg/mL,0.633-63.290 mg/mL,0.174-17.390 mg/mL,0.633-63.290 mg/mL and 0.203-20.255 mg/mL,respectively.RSD were 0.83%,0.48%,0.48%,0.31%,and 0.53 %,respectively. CONCLUSION:The established method is accurate and it can be applied to the simulta-neous assay of six components.
