In this research paper , we intend to come up with making proposals to centralized drug procurement in each province in China .Document consultations about drug centralized procurement in each province in 2015 were used to collect information and this information was further summarized and comparatively analyzed .From the results , it's clear that each province has designed an implementation plan based on the No .7 and the No.70 documents. When carrying out the centralized procurement , the practice on organizational structure , procurement classification , procurement with quantity , drug distribution and payment collection in each province vary from one province to anoth-er.In view of the observed results , it is worthwhile that each province should centralize its tender and procurement system , explore new ways for involving health insurance department in centralized drug procurement , implement joint reformation for public health services , medical insurance and medical production-circulation , and oppose regional protection in any form to ensure the success and equity of centralized drug procurement .

Objective To investigate the effect of different injection rate of contrast medium on the quality of multislice spiral CT portography(SCTP). Methods Thirty patients with no prominent difference in the age and weight randomly divided into 3 groups (10 cases each group) underwent contrast-enhanced CT scan of abdomen. Non-ionic contrast medium (300 mgⅠ/ml, 1.5 ml/kg) was injected through antebrachium veins with power injector at the rates of 2.0 ml/s,3.0 ml/s and 4.0ml/s. Arterial phase acquisi-tion was made using the software of automated bolus triggering with a ROI placed on abdominal aorta when 100 HU was reached, and 7 seconds and 20 seconds later, portal phases were done respectively. The attenuations of portal vein(PV) and hepatic parenchy-ma of 3 groups were measured on source images. Then the oblique axial and coronal maximum intensity projection(MIP) maps were reconstructed at workstation and PVs were observed. Statistics analysis was made with software of SPSS 11.5. Results The attenu-ations of PV in 2.0ml/s, 3.0 ml/s and 4.0 ml/s groups were (150.80±21.16)HU, (170.90±17.26)HU and [181.90±22.88) HU respectively. There was obvious difference between 2.0ml/s and 4.0ml/s groups for atteuation of PV(P=0.017). The differences of CT attenuation of PV-hepatic parenchyma in three groups were (50.20±17.40) HU, (67.10±23.08) HU and (76.20±22.75) HU respectively. Prominent difference was also found between 2.0 ml/s and 4.0 ml/s groups(P=0.039). The grades of segment of PV displayed on SCTP maps were 4.20±1.14,4.90±0.99 and 5.50±0.53 in 2.0 ml/s,3.0 ml/s and 4.0 ml/s groups respectively, which were of obvious differences between them (P=0.013). Conclusion Injection rate of contrast medium dose influence the quality of SCTP of PV,SCTP quality is best with velocity of flow at 4.0 ml/s.

Objective To investigate the impact on the mental state and quality of life of positive cognitive behavioral therapy in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods A total of 81 patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy were selected from May 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital, all of them were divided into two groups, the control group had 41 cases, they used chemotherapy treatment, the observation group had 40 cases, they were given positive cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the chemotherapy drugs, the anxiety was assessed with SAS, depression was assessed with SDS, quality of life of breast cancer patients were assessed with the quality of life scale (FACT-B),the intervention effect of two groups was compared. Results The degree of anxiety and depression of the observation group after the intervention were significantly lighter than the control group, the difference was signifi-cant(P<0.05). The physiological conditions, social/family status, emotional status, functional status, additional atten-tion scores and QOL score of the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy in breast cancer patients with positive cognitive behavioral therapy after treatment can effectively relieve patient anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve the quality of life, can clinical application.

A 60-year-old female presented with abdominal pain and tenderness of five-day duration. Contrast enhanced CT showed a mass of 9 x 6 x 5.5 cm in size with almost complete obliteration of the inferior vena cava and massive extension to the extravascular space. CT-guided biopsy demonstrated a low-grade leiomyosarcoma. The patient underwent 125Iodine seeds implantation in two sessions, and another balloon cavoplasty. Abdominal pain and tenderness gradually improved and the patient continues to remain as disease free state for three years after the procedures.

Objective:To investigate the differences between the expression levels of ribosomal protein L32 (RPL32) in human breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue and the effects on the proliferation of breast cancer cells. Methods:Paraffin samples of breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues (more than 3 cm from the tumor margin) were collected from 56 breast cancer patients in the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from July 2020 to May 2022. The expression of RPL32 in 56 breast cancer patients and their corresponding paracancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. MCF7 cells were divided into experimental group (ribosomal protein L32, RPL32) and control group (negative control, NC). MCF7 cells in experimental group were transfected with RPL32-siRNA vector, while MCF7 cells in control group were transfected with scramble siRNA vector. RPL32 mRNA content in each group was detected by RT-PCR. The expressions of RPL32 and P53 in the experimental group and control group were detected by western blot. The proliferative ability of cells in each group was detected by CCK8 assay. The clonogenesis ability of each group of cells was detected by clone formation experiment. Results:The positive rate of RPL32 in breast cancer patients was 8.93% (5/56), and the expression rate of RPL32 in paracancer tissues was 78.57% (44/56). The expression rate of RPL32 in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that in paracancer tissues, with statistical significance ( P=0.007). After transfection with siRNA vector, the mRNA content of RPL32 in MCF7 cells of experimental group and control group decreased, and the protein expression level of RPL32 was 1.09±0.21 and 0.40±0.11, respectively. The expression levels of P53 protein were 1.24±0.32 and 0.37±0.09, respectively. The absorbance of CCK8 at 120 h was 1.11±0.24 and 2.19±0.28, respectively, and the proliferation ability of MCF7 cells in the experimental group was significantly decreased ( P=0.043). The results of clone formation experiment showed that the cell clone formation rate of the experimental group and the control group was (21.11±3.46) % and (58.75±4.29) %, respectively, and the cell clone formation of the experimental group was decreased ( P=0.026) . Conclusions:The expression of RPL32 is significantly increased in breast cancer, which may be related to the malignant degree of breast cancer. Inhibition of RPL32 expression in breast cancer cells affects its proliferation ability.

Objective:To quantify the kinematic changes in the gait cycle among youths with chronic, nonspecific low back pain (CNLBP).Methods:A Qualisys 3D optical motion capture system was used to document the gait kinematics of 11 youths with CNLBP and 11 healthy counterparts. Gait profile scores and movement analysis profiles were then calculated. Results:The young CNLBP subjects exhibited gait abnormalities, as reflected by the significant difference of the gait variable the range of motion of the dominant knee between the CNLBP and healthy groups [(5.66±1.83)° vs (3.64±1.13)°]. Gait profile scores and movement analysis profiles are applicable to evaluating them. Conclusions:There manifested gait abnormalities in youth CNLBP patients. Gait profile scores and movement analysis profiles are applicable to evaluating them.
