OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate clinical effect of poking reduction cannulated screw based on Pingle orthopedic muscle-bone interoperability balance theory in treating Sanders Ⅱ calcaneal fracture.
METHODS:
From October 2014 to December 2017, 28 patients with Sanders Ⅱ calcaneal fracture were treated with poking reduction cannulated screw guided by Pingle orthopedic muscle-bone interoperability balance theory, including 20 males and 8 females, aged from 24 to 55 years old with an average of (37.2±3.9) years old. Calcaneal width, Bhler angle, and Gissane angle were measured before and after operation, and Maryland Score before and 6 months after operation were compared.
RESULTS:
All patients were followed up from 12 to 16 months with an average of (13.7±1.3) months. All fractures healed normally, and healing time ranged from 9 to 12 weeks with an average of (10.2±1.3) weeks. No postoperative wound infection, cortical necrosis, or osteomyelitis occurred. The width of the calcaneus decreased from (34.15±2.58) mm before surgery to (30.49±2.37) mm after surgery, Bhler angle increased from (14.16±3.27)° before operation to (31.95±3.07)°after operation, Gissane angle decreased from (128.45±9.04)° before operation to (120.83±8.15)° after operation. Maryland Score was 15.68±4.73 before operation, and was improved to 88.32±2.65 at 6 months after operation;19 patients got excellent result, 6 good, 2 fair and 1 poor.
CONCLUSION
Poking reduction cannulated screw based on Pingle orthopedic muscle-bone interoperability balance theory in treating Sanders Ⅱ calcaneal fracture has certain clinical effects, high acceptation of patient, and without special demand for soft tissue around fracture. But it should avoid choosing severe comminuted Sanders Ⅲand Ⅳcalcaneal fracture.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2019;27(5):1617-1621
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the curative effect of simply hormone and combined gamma globulin and thrombopoietin(TPO) on primary immune thrombocytopenia(PITP).
METHODS:
100 patients with PITP were divided into simply drug groups, and combined drug group each for 50 cases. The patients in single drug group were given simply hormone therapy, the patients in combined drug group were given gamma globulin and thrombopoietin. The levels of TPO, platelet activating factor (PAF) were detected by DAS-ELISA. The differences of clinical curative effect, clinical indicators, biochemical indexes and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.
RESULTS:
The total effective rate of combined drug group (90.00%) was obviously higher than that in single drug group (66.00%)(P<0.05). Amount of platelet infusion in combined drug group was obviously less than that in single drug group, platelet recovery time and effect onset time in combined drug group were significantly shorter than those in single drug group, and the maintaining time in combined drug group was obviously longer than that in single drug group. At the same time, the platelet peak in combined drug group was higher than that in single drug group (P<0.05). The levels of TPO, PAF between the two groups did not show statisticall significant differences before treatment (P>0.05), however, the above-mentioned indexes of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), among them, the indexes in combined drug group were obviously lower ttan those in sigle drug group (P<0.05). The adverse reaction and mortality rate between the two groups did not show statistically significant differences(P>0.05), the recurrence rate in combined drug group(2%) was obviously lower than that in single group(14.00%) (P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
The curative effect of hormone, as well as gamma globulin combined with TPO to treat PITP are satisfying, can obviously improve the levels of TPO, PAF, and the drug safety is higher. but the efficacy of combined drug is surperior to single drug.

China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2023;36(2):128-132
OBJECTIVE:
The relationship between the distal screws and the wrist articular surface was assessed by the additional lateral oblique fluoroscopic view during the operation, and the dorsal tangential view of the wrist was used to observe whether the distal screw penetrated the dorsal cortex, so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the volar locking plate in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
METHODS:
From January 2020 to June 2021, 45 cases of fresh distal radius fractures were treated using the volar Henry's approach, including 20 males and 25 females, aged from 32 to 75 years old with an average of (52.4±8.1) years old. During the operation, they were divided into 2 groups according to the different intraoperative fluoroscopic views:the control group of 20 cases, treated with standard anteroposterior and lateral fluoroscopic view;25 cases in the observation group, additional lateral oblique fluoroscopic view and dorsal tangential view of the wrist were taken. The wrist joint function score and postoperative complications were evaluated at 6 weeks, 3 and 6 months after operation between two groups.
RESULTS:
All 45 patients were followed up and the duration ranged from 6 to 14 months, with an average of (10.8±1.7) months, all patients achieved bone union and the incision healed well. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of Gartland-Werley score of wrist joint function, the score of wrist function in the observation group was (4.58±1.31) at 6 weeks, (2.98±0.63) at 3 months and (1.95±0.65) at 6 months post-operatively, which were better than those in the control group (6.32±1.96) at 6 weeks, (3.63±0.76) at 3 months and (2.43±0.73) at 6 months. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the observation group, 7/25 cases(28%) were found to have screw penetration during the operation by additional lateral oblique and dorsal tangential radiograph fluoroscopic views of wrist.
CONCLUSION
The addition of lateral oblique and dorsal tangential during the operation could improve the accuracy of distal screw placement, reduce postoperative complications, and achieve early functional exercise.

To study the effect of different data standardization methods on the spectrum-effect relationship for anticoagulant effect of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills. The spectrum-effect relationship was studied by using grey correlation degree method between three doses of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills and prothrombintime (PT) in mice. The effect of 10 data standardization methods, namely minimization method, maximum method, data extreme difference method, standard deviation standardization method, initialization transformation method, mean transformation method, ratio of each chromatographic peak area to the total peak area, ratio of each chromatographic peak area to the common peak area, logarithmic standardization method and tangent normalization method on the spectrum-effect relationship between Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills and PT in mice was evaluated by using relative correlation degree as the index. The results of spectrum-effect relationship can be expressed by the minimization method, the data extreme difference method, the standard deviation standardization method, the initialization method and the mean transformation method, with highest relative correlation degree by the mean transformation method. As compared with the mean transformation method, there were significant differences between the high dose group and the medium dose group in the minimization method and the data extreme difference method (<0.01), while the minimization method in the low dose group showed statistical significance (<0.05). The standard deviation standardization method, initialization method and the mean transformation method can be used to study the spectrum-effect relationship for the anticoagulation of Trichosanthis Fructus dropping pills.

The aim of this paper was to observe the effect of triptolide( TP) on cardiovascular function and its possible mechanism by intraperitoneal injection of bacterial lipopolysaccharide in rats with endotoxemia. Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided intonormal group( NC group),endotoxemia model group( LPS group),TP low concentration intervention group( LPS + TP-L group,25 μg·kg~(-1)),TP middle concentration intervention group( LPS+TP-M group,50 μg·kg~(-1)),TP high concentration intervention group( LPS+TP-H group,100 μg·kg~(-1)) and polymyxin B group( LPS+PMX-B group,0. 2 mg·kg~(-1)). 10 mg·kg~(-1) LPS was injected intraperitoneally for 6 h to replicate the endotoxemia rat model. The rats in TP intervention groups were pre-treated 15 min before intraperitoneal injection of LPS. Rats in each group underwent total arterial intubation to measure hemodynamic parameters: heart rate( HR),left ventricular diastolic pressure( LVDP),the maximum rate of the increase/decrease of left ventricular pressure( ±dp/dtmax). The levels of BNP,CK-MB and c Tn-Ⅰ in serum and levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in plasma were detected by ELISA. The contents of p65 protein in myocardium and contents of p65,TLR4,i NOS and e NOS protein in thoracic aorta were detected by Western blot. As compared with NC group, the hemodynamic indexes in LPS group were significantly decreased; the contents of BNP,CK-MB and c Tn-Ⅰ in serum,TNF-α and IL-6 in plasma,p65 in myocardium,i NOS,e NOS,TLR4 and p65 in vascular tissues were significantly increased. As compared with LPS group, the hemodynamic indexes were significantly improved in LPS+TP-M group,LPS+TP-H group and LPS+PMX-B group; the contents of BNP,CK-MB and c Tn-Ⅰ in serum,TNF-α and IL-6 in plasma,p65 in myocardium,i NOS,e NOS,TLR4 and p65 in vascular tissues were significantly decreased in each treatment group. Triptolide has a protective effect on cardiovascular damage in a dose-dependent manner in endotoxemia rats, probably through TLR4/NF-κB p65 signaling pathway to improve endothelial function.
