Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
The contents of the individual fractions of glucose oligosaccharides were determined simultaneously by means of reversed-phase HPLC. The sample was dissolved in water and filtered and the filtrate was used directly for the analysis. The sugar was separated on a column of u-Bondapak C18 using water as the mobile phase and determined refractometrically. The method was applicable to the analysis of glucose oligosaccharides from monomeric glucose through polymeric maltooctose. Quantitative results were obtained for glucose, maltose, maltotriose, maltotetrose, maltopentose and maltohexose in the samples prepared in our laboratory. Recovery tests revealed this method reliable.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(06):-
The Hippocratic oath commands doctors to be the patients supreme advocate. Coupling this command with a well trained physician is the sine qua non of orthopaedic risk management. A favorable doctor and patient relationship is also essential. The occurrence of a malpractice lawsuit is more often the result of the failure to practice the art of medicine by the orthopaedist rather than a failure to apply the science of orthopaedics. The ER (emergency room) is a dangerous area. The risk of litigation in the emergency room is not directly proportional to the severity of injury. In fact, the risk of initiation of legal action is greater in cases of relatively modest disability.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
This paper mainly discusses how physician - patient disputes are included within scope of the media and become its"focus"of concern. It has revealed in my research that the dual interests of the media, the interests driving of the journalists, the strength of TV (or video) and the audiences are the inherent dynamisms which ehance the media let physician - patient disputes included in its vision. In other words, the physician - patient disputes become the"hot spot"of media attention with the help of the gatekeepers and the audiences.
4.Advances in Study on Helminths in Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(6):374-376
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a group of intestinal chronic non-specific inflammatory disease with unknown etiology, and includes ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn''s disease (CD).Studies have indicated that environmental factor, genetic factor, disorder of immunity are associated with the pathogenesis of IBD.More and more basic and clinical studies focus on treatment with helminths in IBD.The accumulated evidences have shown that helminths infection has beneficial effects on the alleviation of IBD and is relatively safe. This article reviewed the advances in study on helminths in the treatment of IBD.
5.Contribution of Lu Zhi-jun to the undertakings of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2006;26(11):809-813
Comrade LU Zhi-jun, a famous surgeon and acupuncture expert, was a leading cadre in health field with outstanding achievements, and a leader of western medicine doctors learning traditional Chinese medicine in the Chinese Communist Party, and also he was a main establisher of The China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and a founder of TCM scientific researches and integrated Chinese and western medicine in new China. The present paper reviews the course of LU Zhi-jun in learning and applying acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and a part of works carried out in faithfully implementing our party's policies for uniting Chinese and Western medicine, and in development of TCM including acupuncture and moxibustion in past tens years.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(5):424-426
Objective To investigate the correlation of subtypes of the lymphocytes with metabolic syndrome in the aged. Methods 955 aged male and 150 aged female were recruited to a cross-sectional case-control study.CD3+,CD4,CD8+,CD19+,NK cell was measured with flow cytometry.ResultsCD3+,CD19+,NK cells showed no difference in cases and in controls.CD4+/CD8+ ratio declined in subjects with metabolic syndrome, and the ratio declined further with the more criteria. The analysis of multiple analysis regression showed that metabolic syndrome depressed CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the aged. Conclusion Metabolic syndrome was correlated with the disorder of immunity.

Objective To investigate the expression of HSP70 mRNA or MDR1 mRNA by quercetin in leukemia. Methods Methyl thiazoly tetrazolium(MTT) asssy was used to detect the growth suppression of Quercetin on K562 cells. The expression of HSP70 mRNA and MDR1 mRNA were detected in ADM plus Quercetin,Quercetin plus ADM group. The 2 of them were detected in K562/ADM cells in Quercetin plus ADM group. Results 1.Quercetin could suppress the growth of K562 cells.2.The expression of HSP70 mRNA and MDR1 mRNA detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) decreased in K562 and K562/ADM cells in Quercetin plus ADM group compared with ADM group and control(P

Clinical Medicine of China 2016;32(9):833-836
Objective To investigate the long?term effect of nerve?spring radical hysterectomy( NSRH) on anorectal function after radical hysterectomy. Methods Fifty?six cases of uterine cervical carcinoma patients who met the criteria were selected for the study and were randomly divided into RH group and NSRH group. Defecation functional and anorectal manometry were compared at 1 year after surgery. Results There were 2 patients were excluded both in the two groups, and 26 cases were included in the follow up of each group. Compared with RH group, NSRH group had a lower constipation and chronic diarrhea incidence ( 2 (7. 7%),8(30. 8%);1(3. 8%),6(23. 1%);χ2=4. 457,4. 127P<0. 05),a better self?evaluation bowel func?tion(no significant change:10(38. 5%),5(19. 2%);poor:7(26. 9%),3(11. 5%);very poor:9(34. 6%),18 (69. 2%);χ2=6. 267,P=0. 044;P<0. 05),a higher level of maximal anal squeeze pressure((132. 7±43. 6) mmHg,(119. 5±45. 3) mmHg;t=2. 116,P<0. 05),a lower level of threshold perception of distension((38. 6 ±10. 5) mmHg,(45. 8±12. 4) mmHg;t=2. 326,P<0. 05) and threshold perception of evacuative stimulus ((78. 3±33. 2) mmHg,(90. 6±40. 9) mmHg;t=2. 208,P<0. 05). Conclusion RH may cause more serious long?term anorectal dysfunction, while NSRH help to protect defecation function.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2015;(9):604-607
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancre-atography (ERCP)by using a duodenoscope in patients with prior Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy. Methods Data of 98 patients(including 7 who underwent Billroth Ⅱand Braun)with prior Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy who un-derwent ERCP from January 2008 to May 2014 at Endoscopy Center of Ruijin Hospital were retrospectively studied. Results A total of 98 patients accepted 111 ERCP procedures, the overall success rate was 75.7%(84 /111).The success rate of accessing Vater′s papilla was 82.0%(91 /111)and the selective can-nulations success rate was 92.3%(84 /91).In the cases of successful access, therapeutic procedures were achieved in 100.0%(84 /84)of all patients. The overall rate of complications was 4.5%(5 /111),with mild post-procedure pancreatitis occurring in 3 cases, cholangitis in 2 cases, respectively. Conclusion ERCP u-sing a duodenoscope can be safely and effectively performed in patients with prior Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy with high cannulation and treatment success rates.
