Journal of Chinese Physician 2021;23(3):398-401
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation of inguinal hernia sac in children with veress needle and semi-rigid biopsy forceps.Methods:121 cases of indirect hernia of groin admitted in Rugao People's Hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the operation methods, 121 cases were divided into laparoscopic group ( n=76, laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac with pneumoperitoneum needle and semi rigid biopsy forceps) and traditional operation group ( n=45, high ligation of traditional inguinal incision hernia sac). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, postoperative self activity time and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups; the patients were followed up for 3-21 months, and the proportion of postoperative complications and recurrence cases were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in operative time between the two groups ( P=0.335), but the amount of bleeding [(3.8±0.7)ml vs (7.3±1.7)ml, P<0.05], the length of incision [(0.6±0.1)cm vs (1.8±1.2)cm, P<0.05], the time of recovery of self activity [(9.2±2.6)h vs (16.2±4.2)h, P<0.05] and the time of hospitalization [(1.3±0.6)d vs (3.4±1.3)d, P<0.05] in the laparoscopic group were all better than those in the traditional operation group; the proportion of complications and recurrence in the laparoscopic group during the follow-up period was less than that in the traditional operation group (χ 2=5.243, P=0.022). Conclusions:Laparoscopic high ligation of indirect hernia sac in children with veress needle and semi-rigid biopsy forceps has the advantages of small trauma, fast recovery and less postoperative complications, and the equipment is easy to obtain, which is convenient to carry out and promote in basic hospitals.
2.The expression and significance of high mobility group protein box1 in ovarian endometriosis tissue
Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;15(10):1349-1352
Objective To investigate the expression of high mobility group protein box1 (HMGB1)in ovarian endometriosis tissue and to provide new idea for early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of endometriosis. Methods The levels of HMGB1 in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium of 69 patients with ovarian endometriosis and endometrium of 69 cases with non-endometrioses were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western-blotting.Results HMGB1 was expressed in all the three groups (ectopic endometrium eutopic endometrium endometrium with non-endometrioses).The relative expression level of HMGB1 mRNA was 0.54383 ± 0.0565,0.3016 ± 0.0614,and 0.1536 ±0.0444,respectively (F =377.923,P < 0.0001).The relative of HMGB1 protein was 0.83990 ±0.12869,0.40100 ±0.16425,and 0.19986 ± 0.08162,respectively (F =185.625,P =0.0000).The expression level of HMGB1 was related to clinical stages (t =10.28,P <0.01) ; however,it was not obviously related to age,the diameter of lump, and course of disease (P > 0.05).Conclusions Over expression of HMGB1 in ovary endometriosis indicates that HMGB1 plays a significant role in occurrence and development of ovary endometriosis. The expression of HMGB1 in endometriosis eutopic endometrium was much higher than that of non-endometrioses endometrium, which supports the eutopic endometrium determinism. The overexpression of HMGB1 was consistent with clinical stage, which proves that HMGB1 maybe be tightly associated with the severity of the disease and to likely become biomarker.
3.Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR assay for detection of human Bocavirus
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2010;(1):47-50
Objective To establish the method for detecting human Bocavirus (HBoV) by a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) and to assay HBoV from nasopharyngeal samples of children with acute respiratory tract infections. Methods The specific primers and Taqman probes of targeted HBoV NP1 gene were designed. The aimed fragment of NP1 gene was amplified with PCR and ligated into a pCEM-T Easy vector to set up the standards. The method for detection of NP1 gene using FQ-PCR was established. The sensitivity and specificity of the method had been tested. Then 195 clinical specimens were subsequently tested. Results The specificity of this method was excellent. The linear amplification of the assay ranges from 10 copies/μl to 10~8 copies/μl.Twelve specimens were tested positive for HBoV in 195 clinical specimens (6.2%).Conclusions The method for detection of HBoV NP1 geneby real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was established successfully. It can offer fast and reliable diagnosis for HBoV infection.

9.Rapid on-site evaluation in pulmonology
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;39(9):861-864
Rapid on- site evaluation (ROSE) had gradually become an essential tool in interventional section, especially in pulmonary diseases. People were no longer limited to routine endoscopic operation. ROSE combined with fine-needle aspiration (FNA) enhanced the diagnostic efficiency and diagnostic accuracy of routine bronchoscopes, endobronchial ultrasound- guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) and percutaneous lung biopsy. ROSE can read out the specimen on site , give preliminary diagnosis, and provide help for next operation. The ROSE included cytological ROSE (C-ROSE) and microbiological ROSE (M-ROSE). Now in clinic, C-ROSE was used more broadly. C-ROSE expanded the check range of routine endoscopic operation, and it had been proven to be safe and useful tools.
10.Research advances in detection and clinical significance of circulating HPV DNA in patients with cervical cancer
China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
Recently, much interest has been focused on the clinical application and biology of tumor-derived DNA in the plasma/serum of cancer patients.Such interest has resulted in the demonstration of human papillomavirus(HPV) DNA in the plasma/serum of patients with cervical cancer(CC).The studies used different materials(plasma /serum),different DNA extraction methods and different primers to detect circulating free HPV DNA,so the positive rates varied from(6.9%) to 50%.The HPV DNA in the plasma/serum of patients suffering from CC most likely originates from the tumor itself, which will probably provide us with a new tool for CC monitoring after primary treatment, especially in patients in advanced stages. It is expected that this promising molecular tumor marker would soon be put into routine clinical use.
