The necessity of bibliotherapy for breast cancer patients after operation was analyzed, the methods of bibliotherapy for breast cancer patients after operation were described with certain measures put forward to overcome the difficulties in bibliotherapy by establishing bibliotherapy team, selecting bibliography , popularizing bibliotherapy , and designing bibliotherapy forms.

Objective To explore the water quality of the product water from the centralized water supply system in Hunan, 2006. Methods The sanitary quality of the product water samples collected from 28 centralized water supply system in cities and 39 centralized water supply system in counties in Hunan, 2006, which distributed among the area of Xiangjiang River, Zishui River, Yuanjiang River and Lishui River, were determined and evaluated according to the Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB5749—2006). Results The eligible rate of the water sample was 70.1%. Among 74 water quality indexes, 12 indexes (such as antimony,aluminum,pH value,manganese and so on) exceeded the standard limits in degrees in some centralized water supply systems. Most of the routine indices of water quality were unqualified and the reference indices were qualified. The authors used high sensitive micellar enhanced fluorimetric method to monitor amiodarone blood-medical concentration. SLS severed as micellar reagent. Under experimental condition,we used 930 fluorophotommeter which made in China as the main analytic instrument,and obtained a series pharmacokinetic parameter ,eg. t_(1/2) (?) was 1.18 h, t_(1/2)(?)was 40.75 h, K_(21) was 0.278 l/h,K_(10) was 0.036 l/h,K_(12) was 0.291 l/h. The linear range of this method was 2 ? 10_(-9)～8 ? 10_(-6) mol/L,determined limit was 1.3 ? 10~(-9)mol/L, average recovery was 99.93%.

Objective To investigate effect on telomerase activity of Hep-2 cells treated by anticancer drugs(hydroxycamptothecine, cisplatin and cytoxan).Methods By MTT method,we measured the 50% inhibitory concentration(IC 50 ) at 72h,and compared to untreated control cells. Telomerase activity of Hep-2 cells treated by the drugs in different concentration based on IC 50 for different time was observed by Telomeric Repeat Amplification Protocol with ELISA(TRAP-ELISA).Results Hydroxycamptothecine and cytoxan could inhibit proliferation of Hep-2 and down-regulate telomerase activity of Hep-2 cell. However, cisplatin promoted proliferation of Hep-2 and up-regulated telomerase activity of Hep-2 cell.Conclusions Hydroxycamptothecine and cytoxan could down-regulate telomerase activity of Hep-2 cell by direct or indirect pattern, which may correlate with drug concentration and time-dependent pattern.Cisplatin could up-regulate telomerase activity of Hep-2 cell, which mechanism is not clear.

In China,compared with other high risk population, drug users have higher rates of HIV infection, HCV infection and co-infection of HIV and HCV. These infections are major factors influencing this population’s health status. By describing and comparing the status of HIV infection, HCV infection, and HIV/HCV co-infection among drug users in China in terms of geographic distribution, demographic distribution, analyzing the interaction of the two viruses and the velocity of transmission and pathogenicity, this article provides recommendation for prevention and control of HIV and HCV.

Twenty-two patients with hyperthyroid caxdiopathy(HTC),38 patients with hyperthyroid (HT),and 10 healthy controls were tested for plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).The findings showed that BNP level in HTC group(433±141)μg/L was significantly higher than that in HT group(110±38)μg/L and healthy control group(10±3)μg/L(both P<0.01);HT group vs healthy control group,P<0.01).After 3 months'treatment for HT,BNP decreased significantly.The patients with higher BNP levels had an increased incidence of HTC.Plasma BNP test might be useful in predicting the prognosis and the treatment efficacy in patients with HT.

Objective To evaluate the effects of preventing and treating delayed gastric emptying (DGE)in the patients with pylorus preserving pancreaticoduodenostomy(PPPD).Methods The clinical data about PPPD from 1992～2000 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The incidence rate of DGE was 50%,among which gastrostomy was performed in 2/2 cases and not performed in four tenths.Comparing gastric decompression through noses with gastrostomy,the function of gastric wriggle recovered ahead of seven to fifteen days in the former group.Conclusion The incidence rate of DGE in the patients with PPPD is very high.Preventive jejunostomy should routinely be taken and the application of the thin silicon rubber tube through nose is very effective to gastric decompression,combining the traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine.

Fibroblast growth factor receptor 3(FGFR3)plays important roles in cell proliferation,diffe rentiation,and angiogenesis.Recent studies have demonstrated that FGFR3 is associated with progression of breast cancer and has effects in endocrine therapy resistance breast cancer.It has also been showed that FGFR3 is correlated with breast cancer prognosis.
