1.Expression and significance of hypermethylation in cancer 1 protein and ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in ovarian cancer tissue

Objective To study the expression of hypermethylated gene 1 protein and ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in ovarian cancer and its relationship with the pathological features of ovarian cancer,and to explore its significance in ovarian cancer.Methods Sixty-three cases of ovarian cancer specimens and 63 cases of normal ovarian tissue were taken from January 2014 to December 2015 at the First Hospital of Jilin University.Western blot was used to detect the expression of hypermethylated gene 1 protein and ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues,and to analyze the relationship between the expression of two proteins and ovarian cancer.Results The expression of hypermethylated gene 1 protein and ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissues (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of hypermethylated gene 1 protein in different staging,different degree of differentiation and different pathological types in ovarian cancer (P>0.05).The expression of ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in ovarian cancer stage Ⅰ was higher than that in stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P<0.05).The expression of ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in ovarian cancer stage Ⅱ was higher than that in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ (P<0.05).The expression of ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in high differentiation of ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in moderately differentiated and poorly differentiated (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between ovarian cancer gene 1 protein expression and poorly differentiated ovarian cancer (P>0.05).There was no sig nificant difference in the expression of ovarian cancer gene 1 protein in different pathological types of ovarian cancer (P>0.05).Conclusion Hypermethylatel gene,protein participate in the occurrence of ovarian cancer,the ovarian cancer gene 1 protein is only related to ovarian cancer clinical stage and degree of differentiation.
2.Diagnostic value on the monitoring of 24 hous AEEG in atypical epilepy

Objective To explore the diagnostic value on the monitoring of 24 hours AEEG in atypical epilepsy.Methods The monitoring of 24 hours AEEG were performed in 21 patients with atypical epileptic seizures, and observed their clinical manifestation.Results 21 patients with atypical epileptic seizure were not showed epileptiform discharges in routine EEG, but could show many paroxyomal spike waves, sharp waves, spike and slow wave complex, sharp and slow wave complex in AEEG, and the patients' conditions were controlled after they were treated by antiepileptic drugs.The epilepsy can be diagnosed.Conclusion The monitoring of 24 hours AEEG can diagnose the patients with atypical epilepsy.
3.Relationship between serum cardiac troponin I levels and risk of subseqent heart events in unstable angina

Objective To investigate cardiac troponin I (cTnⅠ) for detecting minor myocardial damage and evaluating the prognostic value in unstable angina (UA) Methods Serum cTnⅠ, creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK MB) and a part in cardiac troponin T (cTnT) were measured in 106 (UA) and 44 stable angina (SA) patients as well as 68 cases with normal coronary angiography, 72 healthy subjects Relative risk factors and occurrence of heart events were analyzed Results 61 of 106 patients with UA had elevated cTnⅠ levels (57 5%), but 8 of 44 cases with SA had positive results (18 18%) Among them, only 3 cases had slightly elevated CK MB levels The incidences of heart events were significantly higher in patients with elevated cTnⅠ levels than in patients with normal one The higher cTnⅠ levels was and the more heart events occurred cTnT values was similarly found to be an indicator of increased risk of heart events Conclusion cTnⅠ is a higher sensitive and specific marker for assessing minor myocardial damage cTnⅠ is a strong independent indicator of risk stratification in UA
4.Incidence of complications of patients in different age in post-anesthesia care unit

ObjectiveTo analyze the distribution of complications of patients in different age in post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).Methods2679 patients in PACU were divided into three age group, and complications were observed and compared among each group.ResultsThere were statistics difference of recovery-time and incidence of complications among each group, except myopalmus.ConclusionIt is important to understand the difference of incidence of complications in different age, which may need different kind of nursing.

We studied 22 Wilms'tumors of children immunohistochemically.We've found that the positive rate of p53 in slices was 31.8% (7),of nm23 was 50% (11),and of p16 was 86.4% (19).It suggested that mutation rate of p53 was high in tumors,expression of nm23 in favorite histology(FH)was higher than that in unfavorite histology(UFH) group,and p16 showed very high positive rate in tumors.All of the three showed no relation with sex,age,or pathological type.So each one may be useful in clinic to evaluate pathogenesis and prognosis.
7.Pharmaceutical Care for One Case of Nephrotic Syndrome Complicated with Pneumocystis carinii Pneumo-nia

OBJECTIVE:To explore the method and role of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care for nephrotic syndrome complicated with Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP). METHODS:Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment for a pa-tient with nephrotic syndrome complicated with PCP,and implemented pharmaceutical care in terms of the development of anti-in-fective therapy regimens,glucocorticoid optimization,guardianship for drug use,the medication education for patients. Clinical pharmacists provided suggestion that primary anti-infective plan of azithromycin 0.5 g,ivgtt,qd+Compound sulfalene tablet 2 tab-lets,po,q12 h;which was not effective,was adjusted plan as Compound sulfalene tablet 3 tablets,po,q6 h+clindamycin 0.6 g, ivgtt,q8 h+caspofungin 50 mg,ivgtt,qd. The dose of Methylprednisolone for injection was adjusted 4 times according to disease progression. RESULTS:Physicians adopted the suggestions of clinical pharmacists. After 30 days of treatment, lung abnormal le-sion was absorbed basically and infection control was achieved. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists participate in anti-infective treatment and pharmaceutical care,and assist physicians to develop therapy plan to promote rational drug use in the clinic and im-prove the effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment.
8.The relationship between ECG evolution and cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To explore the relationship between ST-segment level,T-wave early inversion and patients' left ventricular function,prognosis specifically for ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction patients,which underwent emergency PCI.Methods 62 patients (M:40,F:22 ) with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into groups as follows:according to whether one hour ST segment's changes more than 50% after PCI,they were divided into group A and B:group A (PCI after one hour ST segment ≥50% ),group B (PCI ST segment after one hour <50% ).According to whether 24-hour T wave inversion after PCI,they were divided into group C and D:group C (24-hour T-wave inversion),group D (24 hours without T wave inversion).After six months,the different LVEF betweeen group A and B,C and D was observed.Results Of group A and group C,after 6 months,the left ventricular function recovery was better than that of group B and group D ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The analysis of ST segment and T wave are simple,practical and effective methods to predict myocardial reperfusion,especially for PCI therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
9.Effect of coronary artery lesions in patients of acute myocardial infarction on ST segment changes after interventional therapy and prognosis

Objective To explore the influence of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients with coronary lesions to the ST segment resolution (STR) and clinical prognosis after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods 380 patients with AMI were detected twice each hour for the situation of STR,before and after coronary angiography and PCI.According to the STR,the patients were divided into STR (≥ 50%) group and no STR (< 50%) group.The relationship between STR and clinical prognosis of hospitalization or follow up were analyzed.Results The STR rate of patients with coronary multivessel disease or proximal lesions after PCI was lower than the rate of patients with coronary single vessel disease or distal lesions (P < 0.05).The incidence rate of major cardiac events and LVEDd during hospitalization in patients with proximal coronary lesions was obviously higher than patients with distal lesions,while LVEF was lower than distal lesions(P <0.01).It had no significant differences in LVEF,LVEDd between coronary multivessl disease and single vessel disease during follow up (P < 0.01).Conclusion It has significant relationship between coronary multivessel disease,proximal coronary,STR resolution in patients with AMI after PCI and the prognosis during hospitalization and follow up.
10.A Microfluidic Chip with Integrated Microelectrode for Real-time Dopamine Detection

A microfluidic chip with integrated microelectrode for real-time dopamine detection was designed and fabricated. The chip consisted of a polydimethylsiloxane ( PDMS) channel plate and a glass electrode plate. One central channel as the culture chamber of neural stem cells and two lateral channels for transport of the culture medium were integrated on the PDMS channel plate. Microelectrodes for real-time dopamine detection were integrated on the glass electrode plate. To solve the problem in demoulding the PDMS channel plate from the silicon mould, a novel demoulding method was developed. An Au-Au-Au three-electrode system was constructed, and it performed well in electrochemical detection. The performance of the microfluidic chip was primarily studied by detecting dopamine dissolved in the medium for the culture of neural stem cells. The limit of detection was 3. 92 μmol/L, the linear detection range was from 10 μmol/L to 500 μmol/L, and the detection reproducibility from different chips was less than 4%.
