After the current situation of Internet medicine in our country was described from the aspects f policy support and mobile Internet-related technologies, the 4 construction models and 4 applications models of Internet medicine in our country were pointed out, and suggestions were put forward for the sustainable and healthy develop-ment of Internet medicine, namely promoting Internet medical service, strengthening guidance of relevant legisla-tions and policies, working out scientific management criteria, and establishing rational supervision organizations.

After an evaluation system of intellectual property rights in tea industry was constructed according to the investigation of literature and networks , the development of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China from 2004 to 2013 was analyzed , which showed that although the comprehensive strength of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China has steadily increased , a number of problems still exist such as its copyright , trademark rights, geographical indications, intangible cultural heritage, and new plant strain rights.Further analysis of patent invention rights, practical patents, and outward appearance designs showed that the number of tea processing patent inventions is the largest with a stable patent right, followed by tea processing and tea sets, tea sets and tea pack-age.Suggestions were put forward for the development of intellectual property rights in tea industry of China.

Indicators for evaluation of Chinese medicine intellectual property rights evaluation system were selected interms of patent right, copyright, trademark right, geographical mark, protection of Chinese medicine, and intangible cultural heritage to construct a Chinese medicine intellectual property rights evaluation system which is consisted of 6 class A,15 class B and 18 class C indicators .Domestic data of Chinese medicine intellectual property rights were col-lected from 2004 to 2013,the weight of each evaluation indicator was determined using standard deviation method,and the evaluation system was studied according to the weighted TOPSIS method with its rationality and practicality validated.

Objective: To study the rational treatment course of proton pump inhibitor omeprazole for critical patients in order to improve the prognosis and reduce the hospital stay and treatment expense. Methods:Totally 180 critical patients with APACHEⅡ>10 and mechanical ventilation >48 hours in ICU were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups treated by omeprazole for 1 day, 3 days and 5 days , respectively. The incidence rate of stress ulcer, gastrointestinal hemorrhage and ventilator-associated pneumonia ( VAP) in the three groups was studied, and the ICU stay and expense were also investigated. Results:The incidence rate of stress ul-cer and gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the group with treatment course of 3 days and 5 days were significantly lower than those in the group with 1 day treatment(P<0. 05). The incidence rate of VAP with 3-days treatment was the lowest, compared with 1 day and 5 days treatment, the different was satatistically significant(P<0. 05). The ICU hospitalization time and treatment expense were also significantly different among the three groups, and that in 3-days, group was the lowest(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The 3-day treatment is the most reasonable, which can not only prevent stress ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding in critical patients, but also reduce the in-cidence of VAP with lowered hospital stay and expense.

Objective To research the experience of cardiac death organ donation based on the transplant coordinator.Methods Survey was made in The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,and potential donors,data were collected from March to October,2010.Through defining four concepts:potential DCD donors,effective DCD donor,success ratio of DCD donor,rejection ratio of DCD donors,the DCD work was quantitatively analyzed.Results There were 16 potential DCD donors and 5 effective DCD donors,and the success ratio of DCD donor was 31.3 0％ (5/16).In the 11 failure cases,there were 3 cases (27.3 ％) whose family refused to donate,3 cases (27.3 0％) whose family had no consentaneous opinions on denotation,4 cases (36.4 ％) whose organ quality did not meet the criteria because of delaying time when dealing with various kinds of disputes or coordinating with various departments,and one case (9.1 ％ ) whose donated organ was unqualified.Rejection ratio of DCD donors was 37.5 ％ (6/16).Conclusion We need to do efforts to further improve the potential DCD donors,discovery.Transplantation coordinator plays an important role in human organ donation work,whose communication skills and professional knowledge still need to be further trained.It is not enough to just rely on the medical department and Red Cross,human organ donation work needs the collaborative participation among the administrative department,the traffic department and the department of justice.

Objective To study the dosimetric characteristics of flattened and flattening filter free (FFF) beams with 6 MV and 10 MV photon energy using a novel dual-energy medical linear accelerator (Elekta Versa HDTM),to identify the dosimetric characteristics and advantages of FFF beams,and to provide a basis for their clinical application.Methods The percentage depth dose (PDD),profiles/dose rate of off-axis ratio (OAR),field size,penumbral width,dose out of the fields,collimator scatter factor (Sc),and total scatter factor (Sc,p) were compared between flattened and FFF beams.Results (1) After beam energy matching,the FFF beams had the same beam energy with the flattened beams.The matching error of PDD at a depth of 10 cm was less than 1％ between fields.(2) The FFF beams had a smaller variation in dose rate of OAR with the depth than the flattened beams.(3) The FFF beams had smaller variations in field size and penumbral width than the flattened beams.Moreover,the penumbral width of the FFF beams increased with the increasing field size or depth.The FFF beams had a lower dose out of the fields than the flattened beams.(4) The FFF beams had smaller variations in Sc and Sc,p with the field size and depth than the flattened beams.Conclusions Removal of the flattening filter can substantially improve the dose rate,shorten radiotherapy time,and reduce leakage and scattering of the head.The dosimetric advantages make the FFF beams appropriate for clinical treatment.

In recent years, the incidence of single-gene nephrolithiasis has been increasing year by year. With the application of whole-genome analysis and whole-exome sequencing technology, the etiology of single-gene mutations leading to the development of urinary calculi has been extensively verified. Therefore, this article reviews the research on urinary calculi-related genetic diseases at home and abroad, and introduces transport proteins and channels; ions, protons and amino acids. The role of urinary calculi in the majority of clinicians realizes the significance of genetic testing in such diseases, thereby increasing the understanding of genetically related urinary calculi and improving the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.

To investigate the research focuses and developmental trends of deceased organ donation by visualization analyzed in English literatures data from 2006 to 2016.Methods The research strength,high impact authors,core journals,high frequency keywords and burst terms related to deceased organ donation from the Web of Science database were statistically analyzed by using CiteSpace.Results A total of 1 278 relevant literatures revealed that the research strength was mainly distributed in the United States with a total quantity of 497 papers,accounting for 28％ of the total quantity from 2006 to 2016.Both Ploeg RJ and Parrilla P published 14 papers.The paper written by Kootstra G was the most cited for 192 times.The papers published in Am J Transplant were cited for 917 times.The high frequency keywords included organ donation,transplantation,donation,etc.The high frequency burst terms included waiting-list,beating donor,donor-kidneys,etc.Conclusions In recent decade,the research highlights of deceased organ donation mainly include survival rate of transplantation with donation after cardiac death,prognosis of transplantation with deceased organ donation and preservation techniques of donor organ in deceased organ donation,etc.The research frontiers focus on deceased organ donation rates,the source of donor organ,standard and extended standard of deceased organ donation,etc.

Adverse childhood experience (ACE) is potentially negative experience that occurs between 0 and 18 years old. The ACE adolescents have prominent mental health problems such as emotional regulation disorder, unstable interpersonal relationship, poor coping ability, and cognitive dysfunction. Until now, the factors affecting the mental health of ACE adolescents are not clear, but it is certain that the ecosystem in which ACE adolescents life affects their mental health. Specifically, the parent-child relationship, the school environment, the peer relationship in the micro-system, and the interaction between the parent-child relationship and other interpersonal relationship in the meso-system have been confirmed to be significantly related to the mental health of ACE adolescents. In the appearance system, the neighborhood cohesion, the level of family income, the educational level of parents and the different social and cultural background in the macro-system all have different degrees of impact on the development of ACE adolescents' psychological behaviors. In the diachronic system, the time and frequency of suffering from ACE have different effects on the mental health regarding the ACE adolescents.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect and mechanism of Nongsuo Dangguiwan in improving ovarian oxidative stress in rats with ovarian dysfunction. MethodThirty-six adult female SD rats were randomly divided into normal group， model group， positive drug group （Femoston， 0.3 mg·kg^-1）， and high-， medium-， and low-dose groups of concentrated Nongsuo Dangguiwan （2.08， 4.16， 8.32 g·kg^-1）， with six rats in each group. Rats， except for those in the normal group， were injected with 80 mg·kg^-1 vinyl cyclohexene dioxide （VCD） per day for 14 consecutive days to induce ovarian dysfunction. From the 15th day， rats were treated with corresponding drugs by gavage， while those in the model group received 2 mL·kg^-1 saline， once daily for 28 consecutive days. The ovarian index， levels of related hormones including estradiol （E₂）， follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）， luteinizing hormone （LH）， and anti-mullerian hormone （AMH） in serum， as well as superoxide dismutase （SOD） activity and glutathione （GSH） content in serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The malondialdehyde （MDA） content in serum was detected by the thiobarbituric acid （TAB） method. Ovarian morphology was observed by hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining. The expression of nuclear factor E₂-related factor 2 （Nrf2）， heme oxygenase-1 （HO-1）， SOD2， and SOD1 in ovarian tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry （IHC） and Western blot. ResultCompared with the normal group， the model group showed a significant reduction in growing follicles in the ovary， loose arrangement of granulosa cells in the follicle， decreased body weight， ovarian index， and serum AMH and E₂ levels， increased LH and FSH levels （P<0.01）， reduced levels of SOD and GSH in serum （P<0.01）， and increased MDA level （P<0.01）. Compared with the model group， the groups with drug intervention showed increased ovarian index （P<0.05， P<0.01）， increased serum E₂ level （P<0.05， P<0.01）， decreased FSH， AMH， and LH levels （P<0.05， P<0.01）， increased number of growing follicles in the ovary， potentiated SOD activity in serum， increased GSH content， decreased MDA content （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and up-regulated expression levels of Nrf2， HO-1， SOD2， and SOD1 proteins in ovarian tissues （P<0.05， P<0.01）. ConclusionNongsuo Dangguiwan can regulate serum hormone levels， increase the expression of Nrf2， HO-1， SOD2， and SOD1 in ovarian tissues， and improve ovarian antioxidant capacity to resist oxidative stress injury， thereby improving ovarian reserve function.
