Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of odontogenic cutaneous fistula.Methods:6 cases of odontogenic cutane-ous fistula were represented and the reports of 60 cases of the lesion were reviewed. Results:The fistula was mainly located in cheek, chin,para-nasal part,sub-mandibular area and the lower border of the mandible, and respectively corresponding to mandibular third molar, mandibular incisor, maxillary canine, mandibular first and second molar, the corresponding teeth were mainly in mandible (71 .2%).In middle and old aged patients the lesion usually in para-nasal or mandible area,In younger patients the lesion mostly loca-ted in cheek or sub-mandibular area. After root canal therapy for the teeth with apical periodontitis or extraction of none-curable teeth, the odontogenic cutaneous sinus tract disappeared. Conclusion:Proper treatment of focal teeth can cure the odontogenic cutaneous fistulas.

Objective:To study the effects of miR-20a on the osteogenic differentiation potential of inflammatory periodontal liga-ment cells(IPDLSCs).Methods:Cells were isolated and cultured from the healthy and inflammatory periodontal ligament samples (HPDLSCs and IPDLSCs)respectively.miR-20a expression was analyzed by qRT-PCR.Alizarin red staining,Western blot and PCR were used to evaluate the osteogenic differentiation potential of IPDLSCs after transient transinfection of miR-20a mimics or inhib-itor.Results:miR-20a expression in IPDLSCs was lower than that in HPDLSCs,and the osteogenic differentiation potential of IP-DLSCs were promoted by miR-20a mimics, and reduced by miR-20a inhibitor. Conclusion:The miR-20a in IPDLSCs was down reg-ulated.miR-20a can promote the osteogenic differentiation potential of IPDLSCs.

Objective·To explore the influencing factors of oral nutritional supplement compliance in postoperative patients with digestive tract cancer based on COM-B model, and to analyze the mediating role of medication belief and self-efficacy in oral nutritional supplement. Methods·A total of 300 postoperative gastrointestinal cancer patients were selected by convenience sampling method. The General Information Questionnaire,Morisky Medication Adherence Scale,Digestive Cancer Patients Nutrition Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Questionnaire,Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support,Beliefs about Medicines Questionnaire and General Self-Efficacy Scale were used.A mediating effect model was used to analyze the influencing factors of compliance with oral nutritional supplements. Results·The score of Morisky Medication Adherence scale was 1.61±1.38,which was at a low level.Oral nutritional supplement compliance was significantly positively correlated with nutrition knowledge, social support, medication belief and self-efficacy(r=0.391,0.401,0.438,0.410,all P<0.01).Medication belief had a partial mediating effect between nutrition knowledge and adherence to oral nutritional supplements(effect size=0.097,accounting for 18.00%of the total effect).Self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect between nutrition knowledge and oral nutritional supplement compliance(effect size=0.044,accounting for 8.16%of the total effect).Self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect between social support and oral nutritional supplement compliance(effect size=0.044,accounting for 16.67%of the total effect). Conclusion·The compliance of oral nutritional supplements in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal cancer is at a low level. The individualized nursing intervention can increase the nutritional knowledge of patients, improve the social support, reduce the concerns of patients about oral nutrition, and improve the self-efficacy of patients,so as to promote the compliance of patients with oral nutritional supplements.

Objective To explore potential genes associated with the pathogenesis of hypospadias using weighted Gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA).Methods The WGCNA algorithm was used to process the hypospadias-related dataset GSE35034,and then a gene co-expression weight network was constructed to screen the modules with the highest correlation with hypospadias, and the genes in the modules were enriched and detected by gene ontology(GO),Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG).Differential analysis was also performed to screen out differential genes. The differential genes were imported into the String database.Using Cytoscape software, the hub genes in the network were identified. The results screened by the above three methods were combined and analyzed, and the core genes in the intersection set were screened.Using the external dataset GSE121712,the core genes were verified by mRNA expression changes and subject work characterization receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve diagnosis. Results Fifteen co-expression modules were obtained based on the WGCNA method.Ninety-three common differential genes meeting the conditions were obtained by differential analysis.Ten core genes were finally obtained by Cytoscape software analysis. Finally MEbrown module, differential genes and the 10 core genes yielded a total of 2 intersecting genes:FBXL16 and SYNDIG1.ROC curves verified that the intersecting genes were differentially expressed in patients with hypospadias versus normal subjects. Conclusion In this study, two key genes with significant correlation with hypospadias were obtained by WGCNA,which may be used for the early diagnosis and treatment of hypospadias after further study.

Objective:To explore the effect of adaptive nursing based on one point and two sources on the psychological resilience and self-care of patients with arrhythmia. Methods:From December 2020 to May 2021, patients with arrhythmias in Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected by convenience sampling as research objects. The patients admitted from December 2020 to February 2021 were set in the control group ( n=163) , and the patients admitted from March to May 2021 were set in the observation group ( n=175) . The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received adaptive nursing based on one point and two sources on the basis of the control group. The scores of the Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Exercise of Self-care Agency (ESEA) were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of CD-RISC and ESEA between the two groups ( P>0.05) . After intervention, the scores of CD-RISC and ESEA in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:Adaptive nursing based on one point and two sources can effectively improve the psychological resilience of patients with arrhythmia, and improve their self-care, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
