The aim of the study was to explore the safety management strategies for homeless persons with psychotic disorders.The following nursing management measures were implemented in 127 psychiatric patients,including precaution of aggression and other accidents,treatment of physical diseases,prevention and control of infectious diseases,intensive managementof key areas,key time and key patients,formulation and implementation of safety management regulations and emergency response system,nurse training on professional diathesis,skills and safety awareness.These measures effectively avoided the risksin psychiatric nursing,reduced nursing errors and ensured patient safety.
2.Physiological and pathological effects of body position changes on experimental acute lung injury in rabbits

AIM: To study the effects of body position on the physiological and pathological changes in an oleic acid-induced acute lung injury (ALI) model. METHODS: One control group and three experimental groups were set up in which the rabbits were put on supine, prone and rotation, respectively. The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and partial pressure of arterial oxygen, lung mechanics, cytokines in the course of experiment and pathologic changes were observed. 3.The level of serum adiponectin in patients with incipient chronic kidney disease

Objective To examine the levels of serum adipaneetin in patients with incipient chronic kidney disease (CKD, GFR≥ 60ml/min, and identify the relationship between serum adiponectin and albumin (ALB), urinary protein excretion amount, blood lipid and renal function. Methods Forty-two CKD patients and twenty normal healthy persons were involved in this study. These patients were divid- ed into two groups: nephrotic syndrome and non-nephrotic syndrome. The level of serum adiponectin, serum ALB, urinary protein excretion amount, blood lipid, renal function were measured and compared. Results The level of serum adiponectin in nephritic syndrome patients [(21.9±11.3) mg/L] and non-nephrotic syndrome patients [ ( 11.0±7.0) mg/L] was significantly higher than that in normal healthy per- sons[ (5.6±3.3) mg/L] ( P<0.01 ), and the level of serum adiponectin in nephritic syndrome patients was higher than that in non-ne- phrotic syndrome patients( P <0.01 ). Correlative analyses revealed a negatively correlation between serum adiponectin and serum total pro- tein(TP, ALB, BMI( r=-0.5680, r = -0.6241, r = -0.4083,respectively), and a positive correlation between serum adiponectin and urinary protein excretion amount ( r =0.4083). Stepwise regression analyses showed that serum adiponoctin was highly influenced by BMI, ALB and urinary protein excretion amount. Conclusion Serum adipanectin was markedly increased in incipient CKD, especially in patients with macroalbuminura. The effect of high level adiponectin in CKD was still not clear.
4.The influence of negative suction during LASIK on content of retinal amino acids in rabbit

Background Whether negative suction during excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) affect the structure and function of retina or not is in controversy,but it seems that temporary hypertention induced by negative suction is a key factor of impairment of retina in LASIK.ObjectiveThis study attempts to study the influence of transient high intraocular pressure (IOP) during LASIK on the contents of retinal amino acid.MethodsThe both eyes of 45 New Zealand white rabbits were suctioned for different periods (20s,45s,3min) with negative pressure generator during the LASIK to make the instantaneous high IOP models,and LASIK without negative suction was performed in the both eyes of 15 rabbits in the control group.The changes of the contents of retinal amino acids were evaluated with High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) at 0,7,10,14 and 28 days postoperatively and compared with those of control group.ResultsThere were no statistically significant differences in the contents of retinal amino acids among different time points after operation in negative suction for 20s group and 45s group,respectively(P>0.05).At negative suction for 3minuts,the content of glutamic acid in retina was significantly increased in comparison with control group in 7,10,14 and 28 days (P<0.05),and no statistically significant difference was seen in the contents of glutamic acid at postoperative instant group compared with control group(P>0.05).A statistically significant difference in the contents of glutamine,tryptophan,phenylalanine was revealed among postoperative 10 days,14 days and 28 days groups comparison with control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe acute IOP elevation caused by negative suction during LASIK results in the reversible increase of retinal amino acids.The duration of negative suction time influent the reconstruction of retinal structure.
5.Comparison of various insulin analogues in the treatment of diabetes by two different injection methods

The efficacy of different kinds of insulin analogue administered by multiple subcutaneous injection or continuous insulin infusion was compared. The two forms of administration all can well control blood glucose. Continuous subcutaneous injection has better compliance.

7.Correlation between cognition need and information seeking behaviors

The effect of cognition need on information seeking behaviors of information users and the difference in behaviors of information users were investigated in 184 undergraduates from the same grade with different back-grounds of subjects using the cognition need scale and undergraduates information-seeking behaviors scale ,respec-tively.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, rank test, and multivariate linear regression analysis , respectively , showing that the cognition need is significantly correlated with the informa-tion seeking behaviors of undergraduates in terms of information evaluation, information searching, information management and information use .
8.Simultaneous Determination of Clozapine, Quetiapine and Risperidone in Human Serum with Online Solid Phase Extraction-High Performance Liquid Chromatography

A method was developed for simultaneous determination of Clozapine, Quetiapine and Risperidone in human serum by fully automated online solid phase extraction ( SPE )-high performance liquid chromatography. With Capcell MF Ph-1 column as SPE cartridge and Acclaim C18 as analytical column, high
selectivity could be achieved by this method according to the selective complementarity of the two columns. In the experiment, ACN-H2 O was used as the SPE mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL/min and ACN-10 mmol/L NH4 Ac was used as the analytical mobile phase with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. Serum samples were injected directly into the SPE column and the biological matrix was washed out with the loading solvent. By rotation of the switching valve, Clozapine, Quetiapine and Risperidone were eluted from the SPE cartridge in the back-flush mode and transferred to the analytical column by the chromatographic mobile phase. The whole time of the online SPE purification and chromatographic separation of the analytes was 18 min. Calibration curve of Clozapine with good linearity ( r=0 . 9996 ) was obtained in the range of 10-1800 μg/L in human serum, and the recoveries at low, medium and high concentration levels were 118. 4%, 105. 0% and 105 . 4%. Calibration curve of Quetiapine with good linearity ( r=0 . 9997 ) was obtained in the range of 3 . 6-640 μg/L in human serum, and the recoveries at low, medium and high concentration levels were 112. 8%, 101 . 1% and 101 . 5%. Calibration curve of Risperidone with good linearity ( r=0 . 9995 ) was obtained in the range of 0. 71-128 μg/L in human serum, and the recoveries at low, medium and high concentration levels were 100. 7%, 97. 2% and 98. 8%. In conclusion, the established automated online SPE-HPLC-UV method demonstrated good performance in terms of linearity, specificity, limits of quantification, and was successfully utilized to quantify Clozapine, Quetiapine and Risperidone in human serum.
9.The diagnostic value of ultrasound-guided transperineal systematic prostate biopsy and cognitive fusion multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging transperineal suspicious targeted biopsy in the prostate cancer in different serum prostate specific antigen levels

Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided transperineal systematic prostate biopsy(SPB)and cognitive fusion multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging(mpMRI) suspicious transperineal targeted biopsy(CFTB) in the prostate cancer with different serum prostate specific antigen(PSA) levels.Methods:A retrospective analyses were performed in 527 patients with suspected prostate cancer who underwent ultrasound-guided SPB from January 2018 to December 2019 in Shanghai Jiaotong University Affiliated 6th People′s Hospital. According to the PSA levels, they were divided into group A(PSA 4-10 μg/L) and group B(PSA>10 μg/L). All the patients underwent ultrasound-guided SPB, 376 patients with suspicious mpMRI had two additional targeted biopsies. The detection rates of ultrasound-guided SPB and CFTB in prostate cancer were tested by χ 2 test. Compared with pathological results, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of two methods were calculated and tested by χ 2 test, and a P<0.05 was defined as statistically significant difference. Results:Prostate cancer was detected in 319 of 527 patients(60.5%). One hundred and three cases of 198 patients in group A were diagnosed as prostate cancer, with an overall detection rate was 52.0%. Among them, ultrasound-guided SPB detected 72 cases of prostate cancer, the detection rate was 36.4%, sensitivity was 67.9%, specificity was 17.7%, accuracy was 26.5%, the detection rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CFTB were 39.9%, 75.6%, 91.6% and 88.8%, respectively. In this group, there were no statistically significant differences in the detection rate and sensitivity of the two methods in the diagnosis of prostate cancer (χ 2=0.525, 0.005, both P>0.05), and the differences in specificity and accuracy were statistically significant (χ 2=108.340, 79.829, respectively, both P<0.05). Two hundred and sixteen cases of 329 patients in group B were diagnosed as prostate cancer, with an overall detection rate was 65.7%. Among them, 160 cases of perineal prostate cancer were detected by ultrasound-guided SPB, with the detection rate was 48.6%, sensitivity was 78.2%, specificity was 37.6% and accuracy was 49.5%. A total of 189 cases of prostate cancer detected by CFTB, the detection rate was 57.4%, the sensitivity was 89.3%, the specificity was 90.6%, and the accuracy was 90.2%. All the differences were statistically significant in group B(χ 2=5.131, 4.391, 61.339, 38.982, all P<0.05). Conclusions:When PSA is greater than 10 μg/L, CFTB has a higher diagnostic efficiency than SPB.When PSA is 4-10 μg/L, there are no significant differences between the two methods in the detection rate and sensitivity of prostate cancer.
10.Significance of micro RNA-21 expression in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of miR-21 in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL)and normal lymph tissues and its potential relevance with clinicopathological characteristics.MethodsThe expression levels of miR-21 in 50 primary DLBCL and 12 normal lymph node tissue specimens were examined by TaqMan real-time polymerase chain reaction.The expression of bcl-2 and p53 was detected by immunohistochemistry staining. ResultsThe expression of miR-21 was significantly higher in tumor tissues than that in normal tissues, in GCB subtypes higher than in non-GCB subtypes. And it was negatively correlated with bcl-2(P=0.020),while positively correlated with p53(P=0.022). Up-regulated miR-21 expression was low in three years of survival rate. ConclusionMiR-21 may indicate a more aggressive phenotype and serve as a molecular prognostic marker in DLBCL. High-expression of miR-21 is a key feature that is correlated with cell proliferation in DLBCL.miR-21 may have some guiding significance in prognosis.bcl-2,p53 is possibly one of the targets of miR-21 in DLBCL.
