Objective To investigate the effect and nursing experience of iliacus groin approaches and internal fixation treatment for patients with pelvic fractures. Methods Twenty- six patients with unstable pelvic fracture were obtained iliac groin approaches and internal fixation treatment, the changing symptoms in patients were monitored frequently, and all patients were performed general nursing. Results All patients were followed up for 0.5 to 5.0 years, without obvious complications, the results of surgical treatment included optimal 16 cases, good 7 cases, mean 3 cases. Conclusions Iliacus groin approaches and internal fixation with reconstruction plate treatment on pelvic fractures was proved to be reset accurate, reliable and strong, with better effects. Effective nursing measures can save life of patients with pelvic fractures, speed up rehabilitation of physiological function, improve life quality of the patients.

Objective To observe the control efficacy of community health education on population with metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods 56 cases of metabolic syndrome patients treated in the community were selected as the research object from June 2012 to 2013,and were randomly divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (26 cases). The patients in the observation group received systematic community health education, and patients in the control group received regular treatment. The blood pressure,BMI Level, abdominal circumference,FPG level,TC,TG,LDL,HDL,2hPG,and HbAlc level of patients from both groups were compared one year later. Results Compared with the result before treatment, the abdominal circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose and lipid levels of patients in the observation group were all superior to the control group; the reasonableness for food taken was compared one year later, the observation group was also superior to the control group.Statistical significancc cxistcd in the differences between both groups. Conclusions The implementation of community health education has a positive significance in promoting the rehabilitation of people with metabolic syndrome, which is worth being promoted.

AIM:To investigate the effect of MK-2206, an inhibitor of protein kinase B (Akt), on the DNA damage of SGC-7901 cells.METHODS: SGC-7901 cells were treated with different concentrations of MK-2206, and phosphorylated histone H2AX (γ-H2AX) foci formation was detected by immunofluorescence staining .Western blot analy-sis was used to exam the levels of DNA damage-related protein. The expression of LC3-Ⅱ was determined to evaluate the change of autophagy .RESULTS:MK-2206 treatment increased the formation of γ-H2AX foci and histone H2AX phospho-rylation in the SGC-7901 cells. The levels of DNA damage response protein were also increased .In addition, MK-2206-treated SGC-7901 cells increased the expression of LC 3-II, a hallmark of autophagy .Inhibition of autophagy significantly enhanced MK-2206-mediated histone H2AX phosphorylation.CONCLUSION:MK-2206 induces DNA damage and auto-phagy in SGC-7901 cells.Blocking autophagy potentiates the response of MK-2206-induced DNA damage .

Journal of Pharmaceutical Practice and Service 2025;43(3):97-108
The Keap1-Nrf2 pathway has been shown to be an important defense mechanism against oxidative stress, which may be an effective therapeutic strategy for many diseases. The research progresses on Keap1-Nrf2 pathway in inflammatory diseases were mainly reviewed. The basic components and activation mechanism of Keap1-Nrf2 pathway were introduced. The relationship between Keap1-Nrf2 pathway and the crosstalk between NF-κB pathway and HO-1 pathway, the expression of inflammatory mediators and enzymes, and inflammatory bodies were expounded. Natural product-derived inhibitors, small molecule inhibitors targeting Keap1-Nrf2 pathway and their clinical progress were introduced, and the potential application value of Keap1-Nrf2 pathway in the treatment of inflammation was discussed.

Objective:To investigate the measurements of the ciliary body in patients with acute primary angle-closure (APAC).Methods:This was a case-control study.Subjects were admitted to Ningxia Eye Hospital from January to October 2016.Fifty-five consecutive patients diagnosed with APAC in one eye were presented as case groups, and their fellow eyes were presented as fellow groups.Fifty-five eyes from 55 age-matched normal controls were also recruited as control groups.A-scan ultrasonography and ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) were conducted to determine biometric measurements and ciliary body parameters.Biometric measurements included axial length (AL), lens thickness (LT), anterior chamber depth (ACD), pupil diameter (PD), anterior chamber width (ACW) and lens vault (LV). Ciliary body parameters included maximum ciliary body thickness (CBTmax), ciliary body thickness at the point of the scleral spur (CBT 0) and 1 000 μm from the scleral spur (CBT 1000), anterior placement of the ciliary body (APCB), and trabecular-ciliary process angle (TCA), respectively.Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between the biometric measurements and the ciliary body parameters.Written informed consent was obtained from each subject before any medical examination. The study protocol was approved by the Ethics Committee of People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Results:The ACD was smaller, while the PD and lens thickness were larger in eyes with APAC compared with their fellow eyes. The differences were statistically significant ( t=-6.805, 3.490, 2.624; all at P<0.05). Smaller AL and ACD measurements were found in the fellow eyes of APAC patients compared with normal eyes, and these differences were statistically significant ( t=-4.828, -6.947; both at P<0.001). For eyes with APAC, their fellow eyes and normal eyes, the average CBT max were (0.907±0.106), (0.960±0.098) and (1.020±0.108)mm; average TCA were (48.99±11.48)°, (51.32±10.87)° and (81.94±12.45)°, respectively.CBT max, CBT 0, CBT 1000, and TCA measukements were smaller, and APCB were larger in eyes with APAC compared with their fellow eyes, and these differences were statistically significant ( t=-5.354, -3.517, -3.407, -0.753; all at P<0.05). In addition, CBT max, CBT 0, CBT 1000, and TCA measurements were smaller, and APCB were larger in the fellow eyes compared with the normal eyes, these differences were also statistically significant ( t=-6.040, -3.132, -6.005, -13.509, 16.795; all at P<0.05). Positive correlations were found between AL and CBT 1000, and between AL and TCA ( r=0.335, P=0.012; r=0.380, P=0.004), while a negative correlation was found between intraocular pressure and CBTmax ( r=-0.289, P=0.032). Conclusions:In eyes with APAC, as well as their fellow eyes, ciliary bodies are thinner and anteriorly rotated, and this anatomical change is associated with shorter AL and high intraocular pressure.
