With the development of economy, the incidence of diabetes is keeping on rising. It has been a larger chief offender endangering human health. Glucose monitoring in time, accurately and continuously can provide the basis for the adjustment of diet, exercise and drug treatment project, and can control disease at the level of satisfaction degree. Noninvasive measurement of glucose avoids blood collection with high frequency, alleviates pain caused by blood sampling, and prevents infection. It comes with hope for the diabetic. In this article, we compare the kinds of techniques, introduce the theory, the problems of polarization rotation, the solving methods and the advantages, thus providing references for the noninvasive measurement of glucose.

BACKGROUND:Intertrochanteric fracture showed shattered state of different degrees in the clinic. The medial cortex is often a lack of continuity. Indentation and lesser trochanter displacement often cause destruction of biomechanics of femoral calcar to different degrees. Under this condition, it is very important to perform detailed classification of fractures and to strictly master indication of dynamic hip screw. OBJECTIVE:To further analyze the reasons for failure of internal fixation with dynamic hip screw for intertrochanteric fracture. METHODS:Data of 82 patients with intertrochanteric fracture repaired by internal fixation with dynamic hip screw, who were treated at the Department of Orthopedics, Kangtai Branch of the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from March 2004 to December 2013, were retrospectively analyzed. The reason for failure of internal fixation and prevention method were explored. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al patients were fol owed up for 4-48 months. Time of fracture healing was 12-38 weeks. Fixation failure was found in 12 cases, with an incidence of 15%. Of 12 failure cases, 7 cases affected hip screw cutting out femoral head neck (including 1 case combined with avascular necrosis of the femoral head), 1 case suffered from compression screw slipping out of the tube, 3 cases experienced screw pul ing out and breaking, plate loosening, and 1 case affected steel plate breakage. There were 1 case of Evans II type (8%), 3 cases of type III (25%), 5 cases of type IV (42%), and 3 cases of type V (25%). Lesser trochanter was not completely reset in 5 cases (42%). There were tip-apex distance>25 mm in 7 cases (58%) and early weight loading (3 weeks after fixation) in 1 case (8%). These data confirmed that the selection of indications, the degree of stability after reduction, accuracy of implant position and postoperative unreasonable exercise wil cause fixation failure of dynamic hip screw. Preoperative careful and comprehensive analysis, intraoperative precise operation and postoperative reasonable functional exercise are the keys to ensure success of fixation.

This article introduces some commonly used methods of ozone concentration detection, including chemical method, UV absorption method, and electrochemical method etc., introduces the latest four ozone concentration sensors, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each method. In addition, the article emphatically introduces the ozone's applications and development in the medical aspects. Prospects for the use of ozone concentration detection, ozone treatment and ozone therapy instrument are also demonstrated in it. The literature collected and reviewed on ozone concentration detection and ozone therapy includes 37 papers in English, and 50 papers in Chinese, but only 30 articles among them are included in this review (19 in Chinese and 11 in English), according to the principle of eliminating the old information and repetitive contents. The present paper selects only those on ozone, ozone concentration, ozone therapy and ozone therapy instrument.

Objective To analysis the human cytomegalovirus (HCMV)and human T lymphotropic virus(HTLV)infection status in Beijing among voluntary blood donors. Methods Randomly selected 2 010 blood samples from five districts and counties of Beijing City to screen HCMV-IgG,HCMV-IgM and HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ antibody by ELISA method. The positive samples were reexamined two times, two test results of samples were positive that were determined positive by ELISA. HTLV positive samples was confirmed by nested PCR.Results The HCMV-IgM and HCMV-IgG positive rates of Beijing blood donors were 2.19% and 92.59%,screened 1 case of anti-HTLV positive by ELISA method, then confirmed to be neg-ative result by nested PCR.The statistics showed that the HCMV-IgG positive rate female blood donors was higher than male (P <0.05).The positive rates of HCMV-IgM and HCMV-IgG among18~25 years old donors was lowest (P <0.05). Positive rate of HCMV-IgG in college students was lower than other occupation blood donars (P <0.05)and education de-gree was independent of HCMV-IgG,HCMV-IgM positive rates (P >0.05).Conclusion In this investigation,2 010 cases of voluntary blood donors from five districts of Beijing were not found in cases of HTLV infection,HCMV infection was prevalent.

Objective:
To investigate the frequency of KRAS mutation in mucinous epithelial lesions of the endometrium, and analyze the correlation between KRAS mutation and the clinicopathologic features.
Methods:
The cohort included forty-three cases of mucinous epithelial lesions of the endometrium selected from July 2015 to October 2017 from Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, and 22 control cases. Genomic DNA was extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Polymerase chain reaction amplification for KRAS exons 2 and 3 was performed, followed by sequencing using capillary electrophoresis. The Fisher exact test was used to compare the prevalence of KRAS mutation among the different groups.
Results:
The patients′age ranged from 33 to 77 years [mean (55.12±9.34) years, median 55 years]. None of the eight cases of endometrial hyperplasia with mucinous differentiation without atypia showed KRAS mutation. The frequency of KRAS mutations was 1/10 in endometrial atypical hyperplasia, 1/12 in endometrioid carcinoma, 4/11 in endometrial atypical hyperplasia with mucinous differentiation (EAHMD), 6/15 in endometrioid carcinoma with mucinous differentiation (ECMD) and 8/9 in mucinous carcinoma (MC), respectively. The differences were statistically significant between MC versus EC (

Endothelial cell injury is a major contributor to cardiovascular diseases. The 2,3,5,4’-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-Glucoside (TSG) contributes to alleviate human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) injury through mechanisms still know a little. This study aims to clarify the TSG effects on gene expression (mRNA and microRNA) related to oxidative stress and endoplasmic reticulum stress induced by H2O2 in HUVECs. We found that TSG significantly reduced the death rate of cells and increased intracellular superoxide dismutase activity. At qRT-PCR, experimental data showed that TSG significantly counteracted the expressions of miR-9-5p, miR-16, miR-21, miR-29b, miR-145-5p, and miR-204-5p. Besides, TSG prevented the expression of ATF6 and CHOP increasing. In contrast, TSG promoted the expression of E2F1. In conclusion, our results point to the obvious protective effect of TSG on HUVECs injury induced by H2O2, and the mechanism may through miR16/ATF6/ E2F1 signaling pathway.
