1.OBSERVATION OF NORADRENALINE BY FLUORESCENCE HISTOCHEMICAL TECHNIQUE IN THE ELECTRO-ACUPUNCTURE POINT AREA IN RATS DURING ACUPUNCTURE ANALGESIA AND ANTI-SHOCK
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
In this experiment, paired comparisons were made between 32 pairs of selected rats. Each pair was randomly divided into electroacupuncture and control groups. The alterations of noradrenaline in "Zusanli" (S 36, 足三里) area were observed by fluorescence histochemical technique of De La Torre "SPG" to visualize catecholamine during electro-acupuncture analgesia and anti-shock, and the possible role of the above effects was studied.1. When bilateral "Zusanli" point area was stimulated by electro-acupuncture for 30 minuts, the pain threshold of this group was markedly incerased (P

Objective To discuss the characteristics, diagnosis, mechanism and the prognosis of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) induced by accessory pathway (AP).Methods The clinical, electrophysiological and echocardiographic characteristics in four cases, who were diagnosed as AP-induced DCM in the Department of Pediatric Cardiology of Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from Mar.2011 to Aug.2012,were analyzed before and after ablation. Results The electrocardiograms of the 4 patients all indicated type B ventricular preexcitation. The locations of the APs were the right-sided anteroseptum and the free wall.Dyschronous contractions between posterior wall of left ventricle and interventricular septum were demonstrated by M-Mode echo. The basal segments of the interventricular septum turned thin and moved similar to an aneurysm, with typical bulging during end-systole,which was observed in all cases by two-dimension echo.Dyschronous left ventricular contraction was shown by speckle tracing technique. All patients received successful radio frequency current ablations.Their physical activities and growth improved greatly in the 4 cases. The echocardiographic data demonstrated that their left ventricular contraction recovered to synchrony shortly after the ablation, left ventricular ejection fraction recovered to normal and left ventricular end diastolic diameter decreased to almost normal gradually during the follow-up.Conclusions Overt right-sided APs localized in anteroseptum or free wall may have adverse effects on ventricular wall motion and left ventricular function. They can even result in DCM.Dyssynchronous ventricular contraction induced by right-sided overt accessory pathway may be the vital mechanism.AP-induced DCM is an indication for ablation with good prognosis.

Abstract
Teen E sports and their negative impact should not be underestimated. The effects of gaming, as an emerging sport, should be examined to determine whether it plays an active role in contributing to the onset of adolescent depression. Therefore, this study outlines the development status of E sports, analyzes the influence of E sports on adolescent depression, and highlights the hidden concerns that E sports pose for the mental health development of adolescents. While taking into account the advantages of E sports and exercise intervention programs, an emphasis should be placed on the prevention of depression, and feasible suggestions and countermeasures should be put forward to promote E sports, while at the same time safeguarding the healthy and orderly development of adolescent mental health.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of lenalidomide combined with bortezomib and dexamethasone (RVD) in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM).Methods:A total of 100 consecutive NDMM patients treated with RVD from August 2016 to September 2020 at Peking University People′s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed, including response, drug toxicity, follow-up and survival, and subgroup analysis. Results:The median follow-up time was 19.5 (2.0-57.0) months. For patients undergoing autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) after RVD regimen, the objective response rate (ORR)/complete response+stringent complete response (CR+sCR)/≥very good partial response (VGPR) rates were 100%, 73.3% (33/45), 95.6% (43/45) respectively. For 54 patients not receiving transplantation, the ORR/CR+sCR/≥VGPR rates were 79.6% (43/54), 18.5% (10/54), 51.9% (28/54) respectively. As to the survival analysis, 2-year progression free survival (PFS) rates were 84.5% and 70.9% in transplant and non-transplant patients respectively ( P=0.102). Two-year overall survival (OS) rates were 100% and 80.8% in transplant and non-transplant patients respectively ( P=0.003). The common hematologic adverse events (AEs) were thrombocytopenia (33%) and neutropenia (25%). Abnormal liver function (43%) and peripheral neuropathy (24%) were recognized more as non-hematologic AEs. Conclusion:RVD as front-line regimen has high efficient response rate and acceptable safety in Chinese NDMM patients.
