Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Objective: To investigate the role of the expression of dephosphorylated RB protein for cell apoptosis in human breast cancer. Methods: In our works, human breast cell lines (MCF-7/S,the chemosensitive cell line and MCF-7/Adr, the chemoresistent cell line)were evaluated. The expressive levels of dephosphorylated RB protein were detected with immunocytochemistry. Apoptosis rates were determined by flow cytometry(FCM). Results: Before treatment of ADR, phosphorylated RB protein was positive in two cell lines, but dephosphorylated RB protein was negative; After treatment of different concentration ADR, when the concentration of ADR was increased, expression of dephosphorylated RB protein elevated accordingly in MCF-7/S, but no significant change in MCF-7/Adr. Apoptosis and cycle was detected by FCM assays shows ADR induced apoptosis of MCF-7/S more than MCF-7/Adr(P

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2016;32(7):1133-1136
Objective To analyze the correlation of vertebral osteophyte and lumbar disc degeneration in the elderly people and explore the possible mechanism of osteophyte formation. Methods X-ray and MRI data of 120 elderly people with backache or leg pain were retrospectively analyzed. Osteophyte was classified into four grades by X-ray according to the method proposed by Nathan. Discs with osteophyte were defined as occurring when osteophyte of grade II or greater were present. Lumbar disc degeneration was classified into five grades by MRI according to the method proposed by Pfirrmann. The obtained parameters were statistically treated and analyzed. Results Osteophyte and age were positively correlated at every lumbar disc level (P < 0.05). The proportion of osteophyte in L3/4 (76.7%) and L4/5 (70.08%) were more severe than that in L1/2 (31.7%) and L2/3 (46.7%). Osteophyte and lumbar disc degeneration were positively correlated at every lumbar disc level (P < 0.01). Conclusion Osteophyte becomes more severe with the increasing of lumbar disc degeneration. The vertebral stress after lumbar disc degeneration may be the main cause of osteophyte.

Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2017;29(7):656-661
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common diseases in critical ill patients, which is an acute-onset hypoxic condition with radiographic bilateral lung infiltration. And it can be divided into two phases in pathophysiology: an acute exudative phase combining diffuse alveolar damage and lung edema followed by a later fibro proliferative phase. The early prediction and risk assessment of patients with ARDS is still very poor in the clinical. In recent years, researchers gradually focus their research on exploration of biomarkers of ARDS. The article mainly aims to sum up the development of biomarkers exploration.
