Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(2):73-75
Objective To explore the role of mental health between nursing interns' professional commitment and occupational choice self-efficacy.Methods 200 students were surveyed by Career Decisionmaking Self-efficacy Scale, the Symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90) and Professional Commitment Scale for Undergraduates. Results Professional commitment showed remarkable positive prediction effect.Mental health exhibits moderating effect on the relationship between professional commitment and occupational choice self-efficacy,the more good mental health level, the bigger the prediction effect of professional commitment on occupational choice self-efficacy.Conclusions Promoting the students' psychological health will improve prediction effect of professional commitment on occupational choice self-efficacy.
2.Progress of relationship between HOXA7 gene and leukemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(3):251-254
As a member of homeobox gene family,HOXA7 is a main gene to control hematopoietie cell proliferation and differentiation. The expression and function of HOXA7 in leukemia ale regulated by many upstream elements.and affected by synergism molecules and other homeobox genes. It can induce leukemia through acting on downstream target genes.HOXA7 affects the clinical manifestation of leukemia and overexpression is closely associated with poor therapeutic reaction and prognosis.
3.Progress on pathogenesis of essential thrombocythemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(1):30-33
Essential thrombocythemia (ET) which is a clonal disease of hematopoietic stem cell mainly reflects hyperplasia of megakaryocyte. Childhood ET is characterized by persistance of thrombocytosis, mild to moderate hepatomegalia and splenomegalia, thrombogenesis and hemorrhage complications. The pathogenesis of ET is obviously associated with the abnormal or disturbance expression of multiple genes, micro RNAs,immunological molecules and some chromosome aberration. This review will focus on recent developments in the pathogenesis of ET in molecular biology, immunology and cytogenetics.
4.Nursing research progress of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(23):1837-1840
ICU is the important place of ventilator associated pneumonia, the occurrence of fatality rate in patients with ventilator associated pneumonia is higher. In this paper, the cause of the ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU and nursing research progress are summarized, that enhance their awareness of the importance of nursing care and the use of normative evidence-based nursing in clinical practice thinking and nursing process, explore the nursing methods of more appropriate, to reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU is of great help.
5.Research progression on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in clinical application of pediatrics
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2013;20(2):208-210
Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) is an extracoreal life support technique, which is used as a method of cardiopulmonary replacement therapy for patients who had cardiopulmonary nonfiction.ECMO may obtain precious time for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and restitution of dangerous diseases. This paper introduced the research progression of ECMO on relative knowledge, clinical application in pediatrics, complication and its prevention and cure in applied process. This review on ECMO will deepen understanding and widen the vision on clinical application of ECMO in pediatrics further.
6.Effects of osteoblastic growth peptide on the proliferation in human periodontal ligament cells located on titanium disc in vitro.
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To elucidate the effect of osteogenic growth peptide (OGP) on proliferation and differentiation of human periodontal ligament cells on titanium disc in vitro. Methods:Human periodontal ligament cells were cultured located on titanium disc individually in medium contained various concentrations of OGP;and cell proliferation quantity were examined by MTT and alkaline phosphatase activity were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay. Results:In vitro, the addition of OGP in cultures resulted in an increase of cell proliferation and ALP activity(P
7.Research progress on molecular mechanism of capsular polysaccharide-mediated bacteriophage tolerance regulated by LuxR quorum sensing system in Gram-negative bacteria
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2025;38(03):379-383
Capsular polysaccharides(CPSs) are located on the surface of Gram-negative bacterial cells and form a vesicular structure covering the surface, which are receptors for bacteriophages to adsorb host bacteria and determine their lytic activity and host range. The quorum sensing gene luxR inhibits phage adsorption by regulating reduced CPS expression, making Gram-negative bacteria tolerant to phages. LuxR quorum sensing system is a kind of intercellular communication system widely existing in Gram-negative bacteria, which is responsible for synthesizing self-inducers, sensing and responding to N-acyl-homoserine lactones(AHLs) signals, and can regulate biofilm formation, control the production of virulence factors, coordinate group behavior and mediate bacteria-environment interaction, playing a key role in the regulation of bacterial group behavior. This paper reviews the research progress on molecular mechanism of CPS-mediated phage tolerance regulated by LuxR quorum sensing system in Gram-negative bacteria, aiming to provide new ideas for phage therapy for bacterial infection.
8.Latest development of intestinal capsule endoscopy robot.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(1):214-217
With the development of capsule endoscopy, developing active capsule endoscopy robot becomes a growing trend. Although stomach diagnosis with robot has been put into clinical test, the realization of the complete intestinal capsule endoscopy is still a difficulty. This paper reports the status quo of the research process for intestinal capsule endoscopy robot, and analyzes their advantages, defects and prospects for development, which provides reference for the research of intestinal capsule endoscopy robot.

10.Effects of vascular endothelial growth factor from pulmonary stromal cells on differentiation and function of dendritic cells
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2011;30(12):1043-1046
Objective To observe the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)from pulmonary stromal cells on differentiation and function of mature dendritic cells (mDC) and the immune tolerance. Methods Co-culture system of murine pulmonary stroma cells (MPSC)/mDC was established as control group, and VEGF-Ab add-on treatment to co-culture cells as experimental group.Cytokines secreted from pulmonary stroma cells were detected by RT-PCR.The expression of cellular phenotype and ability of the mDC-induced T cells reproductive activity were detected by flow cytometry and CCK-8,respectively.Results CD86 expression of VEGF-Ab group was higher than of control group (P < 0.05).There was no difference in the ability of mDC-induced T cells reproductive activity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions VEGF might be involved in the regulation of immune tolerance by reducing expression of CD86 in dendritic cells.
