OBJECTIVE： To prepare pefloxacin mesylate eye drops.METHODS： The content of pefloxacin was determined with UV－ spectrophotometry.The therapeutic effect of the eye drops was observed in 170 out－ patients.RESULTS： The linearity range was 2～ 14μ g/ml with a regression equation of A=0.1 018C and r=0.9 999(n=7).The average recovery was 99.64％ with a RSD of 0.43％ .After treatment,150 out－ patients recovered,16 out－ patients improved and 4 out－ patients had no efficiency with a total effective rate of 97.6％ .CONCLUSION： The eye drops has definite therapeutic effect.The UV－ spectrophotometry method is simple,rapid and accurate in determination of the content and no special reagent is needed.

Purpose To investigate the clinical and pathological features of inflammatory fibroid polyps ( IFPs) and to discuss its diag-nosis, differential diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinicopathological data of 14 cases of IFPs were collected and analyzed retro-spectively. Results Most of the 14 cases were found to have submucosal polyps of the digestive tract protruding growing into the cavi-ty. Perivascular onion skinning which formed by spindle fibrocytes around vascular proliferation and eosinophilic inflammatory infiltrates were present as the characteristic feature of lesions. ABC results demonstrated that the lesions showed fibroblastic, myofibroblastic and dendritic cell signs. Conclusions IFPs are rare, benign tumors that can arise throughout the digestive tract, with unique histological changes in pathology. Surgical excision or endoscopic removal is the main treatment.

Objective To study the effect of the products of entermorpha (EP), chlorella growth factor (CGF) and entermorpha dietary fiber (EPDF) on defecation and blood lipid regulation. Method Based on the composition of EP products, the male ICR mice were intervened with EP, EPDF and CGF with three doses. Using the constipation model induced by compound diphenoxylate, the effect of EP products on enterocinesia function of mice was determined by measuring defecation and the percentage of ink-pushing in small intestine. High-lipid rat model was established by feading high fat diet and the intervention effect with three doses of EPDF and CGF for 6 w was observed. Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of two different approaches (i.e.internal jugular vein and subclavian vein) when used for the implantation of central venus access ports (CVAP).Methods We retrospectively analyzed 620 patients who underwent the implantation of CVAP via the approach of internal jugular vein (n =222) or subclavian vein (n =398) and compared the success rate on first attempt as well as the incidences of peroperative and long-term complications.Results The implantation of CVAP was successfully performed in all the 620 patients,with the success rate on first attempt being 97.24％ (387/398) in the subclavian vein group and 89.19％ (198/222) in the internal jugular vein group (U =0.171,P ＜ 0.01).The incidences of perioperative/long-term complications were 0.90％ (2/222) /1.80％ (4/222) in the internal jugular vein group and 1.26％ (5/398) /2.01％ (8/398) in the subclavian vein group,showing no significant differences (all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The implantation of CVAP via either the internal jugular vein approach or subclavian vein approach is safe and reliable.Few complications will occur if performed properly.

Objective To investigate the usage of Shuxuening Injection in Chuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (hereinafter referred to as our hospital); To promote clinical rational usage of Shuxuening Injection. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to 297 cases of using Shuxuening Injection in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016. Results In the 297 cases, 58.9% patients were over 60 years old, and indication coincidence rate of Shuxuening Injection was 52.2%. 91.2% single dose met the instructions and 6.7%solvent use met instructions. Shuxuening Injection in the joint medication also had irrational usage phenomenon. Conclusion There is irrational usage of Shuxuening Injection in our hospital, especially in indication and solvent.

Objective To investigate the effects of Morroniside on H2O2-induced oxidative injury in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells.MethodsSH-SY5Y cells were pre-incubated with Morroniside(1,10,and 100 μmol/L)for 24 h prior to exposure to H2O2(500 μmol/L)for 18 h.The content of reactive oxygen species(ROS),nitric oxide(NO),glutathione(GSH)were determined.ResultsPretreatment the cells with Morroniside(10 and 100 μmol/L)lowered H2O2-induced ROS release by 37%(P<0.01)and 27%(P<0.05)versus H2O2,and NO release in a dose-dependent manner by 31%(P<0.05),53%(P<0.01)versus H2O2.Morroniside(1,10,and 100 μmol/L)increased GSH level in cells treated with H2O2 in comparison with cells exposed only to H2O2,respectively.ConclusionMorroniside shows neuroprotection effect against H2O2-induced oxidation injury in SH-SY5Y cell.

Neural stem cells are a category of cells with self-renewal and differentiation potential. Proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells have closely relation with growth factor, cell factor, environmental signal, and so on. In recent years, evidence indicates that neural stem cells possessing multipotency naturally occur in adult brain. The found of adult neural stem cells have changed the theory that central nervous system cannot regenerative. Chinese Traditional Medicine can effectively induce adult neural stem cells to proliferate and differentiate, opening up unprecedented direction in the research for the treatment of nerve regeneration, and showing great potency for curing cerebral ischemic injury.

Objective: To prepare scutellarin nanosuspension ( SCU-NS) and study the main influencing factors in the prepara-tion. Methods:The technology parameters were determined, and then the influencing factors of SCU-NS were studied. The optimal formula was confirmed by orthogonal design with zeta potential as the evaluation index. Results: The optimal formula process was as follows:drug amount was 0. 5 g, Pluronic? F68 amount was 0. 1 g, phospholipid amount was 0. 2 g, SDS amount was 0. 05 g and HPMC E5 amount was 0. 05 g. The average particle size and the zeta potential of SCU-NS was (122 ± 4) nm and ( -25. 5 ± 0. 6) mV, respectively. The result of transmission electron microscope showed that SCU-NS was spherical and uniform, and the dissolution of SCU-NS in 30 min was more than 90%. Conclusion:Nanosuspension can significantly enhance the dissolution of SCU.

Objective To explore the expression of interferon-inducible genes (IFIG) in idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM) patients and its clinical significance.Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 52 IIM patients and 20 healthy controls were extracted.The transcriptional levels of six IFIG genes:oligoadenylate synthetase 1 (OAS-1),IFN-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 1(IFIT1),IFIT4,interferon-inducible-protein 44 (IFI44),radical S-adenosyl methionine domain containing protein 2 (RSAD2) and myxo-virus resistance gene 1 (MX-1) were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Interferon scores were calculated and compared.The correlations between interferon scores and clinical features of IIM patients were investigated.Non-parametric Mann-Whitney and Spearman analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results In IIM patients,the transcriptional levels of OAS-1 [90.4(40.2,350.8)],IFIT1 [112.7(49.8,151.1)],IFIT4 [127.8(110.4,200.2)],IFI44 [100.3(39.5,160.7)],RSAD2 [100.9(50.2,559.2)] and MX-1 [110.7(60.3,298.9)] were greatly higher than those in healthy controls [4.5(2.1,27.8),21.5(0.4,31.4)i 21.5(0.8,51.2),5.2(0.4,27.8),27.8(17.5,33.5),25.1(15.7,31.8),respectively] (Z=-5.121,-4.359,-5.301,-4.906,-4.348,-4.151; P＜0.01).Meanwhile,interferon scores were significantly elevated in IIM patients [65.7(3.6,136.9),Z=-5.778,P＜0.01],compared with healthy controls [1.2(0.1,3.1)],especially in those with interstitial lung disease [89.3(41.9,176.7),Z=0.544,P＜0.05].Interferon scores were correlated positively with ESR (r=0.234,P＜0.05).Conclusion The mRNA levels of OAS-1,IFIT1,IFIT4,IFI44,RSAD2 and MX-1 are significantly increased in patients with IIM.Interferon score might be used as a new biomarker for IIM patients.
