Objective To study the changes of platelet function in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP). Methods Forty non-pregnant women, 40 normal late pregnant women and 50 women with HDCP were in cluded in this study. Platelet count were determined by cell-DYN, the platelet alphagranule membrane protein (GMP-140) by radio-immunoassay and thrombosis bla smixgenz (TXB_2) and ?tissue platelet protein (?-tg) by ELISA. Platelet aggregation rate (Pagt) and pletelet adhesion rate (PADT) were also measured. Results The platelet count in non-pregnant, late pregnant and HDCP group were (206?48)?109/L, (204?52)?109/L and (172?51)?109/L, respectively, and that in the HDCP group was significantly lower than the other two. The levels of GMP-140, TXB_2, ?-TG, PAdT and PAgT were (7.9?2.8) ?g/L, (73.6?40.8) ng/L, (16.3?9.5) ?g/L, (18?9)% and (28?10)% in the non-pregnant group, (12.2?3.8) ?g/L, (80.0?39.6) ?g/L, (18.5?9.8) ?g/L, (20?8)% and (29?10)% in the late pregnant group and (25.1?3.8) ?g/L, (107.6?32.8) ng/L, (23.9?9.2) ?g/L, (30?10)% and (40?12)% in the HDCP group. Objective:To investigate the efficacy of endolymphatic sac surgery for Meniere's disease,and compare the effects of endolymphatic sac decompression with endolymphatic-mastoid shunting.Method:Twelve patients(13 ears)undergoing endolymphatic-mastoid shunting and eleven patients (11 ears) undergoing endolymphatic sac decompression were retrospectively compared for hearing results and vertigo controlled rates.All of them have been followed up for more than two years after surgery.Result:According to Chinese Meniere's disease diagnosis and curative effect standard evaluation criteria pubilished in 2006,for vertigo symptom of endolymphaticmastoid shunting group,9 cases(69.2%) achieved grade A(eompletely controlled),4 cases (30. 8%) achieved grade B(fundamentally controlled).There were 8 cases(72.7%)with grade A, 2 cases (18.2%)with grade B and one case(90% ) with grade C among 11 patients who received endolymphatic sac decompression.There was not statistically significant differences in postoperative speech pure tone average and vertigo controlled rate between the two groups.Conslnsion:Endolymphatic sac decompression and endolymphatic-mastoid shunting are effective management with less complication for intractable Meniere's disease. Particularly,the vertigo symptoms were controlled signifisantly. Patients with Meniere's disease in advanced clinical stages may also be relieved.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the positive treatment influence of handicraft-making to patients with trauma hand.Methods365 one hand injured patients to be implement recover treatment were randomly devided into two groups.In 183 cases of experimental group,the patients were subjected to one hour handicraft-making training according to designed operating procedure everyday besides conventional recover treatment.In 182 cases of control group,the patients were treated with general entertainment exercise in equal time.ResultsThe hand function and self-care ability in experimental gourp was obvious more advantage than those in control gourp,and it showed obviously difference( P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionThe handicraft-making which as supplementary treatment was worthy to popularize in hand trauma recovering in hospital ward,and it could improve the drug dependence,promote the hand function recover,obviously enhance the self-care ability and perfect the mental health in some extent.

To find a component with the strongest anti-endotoxin effect from the four components (F021, F022, F023, and F024) of chloroform extract (F02) of Radix Isatidis, the protective effects of the five components on endotoxin-challenged mice and their effects on the production of TNFalpha and IL-6 by macrophages from the endotoxin-challenged mice were compared. It was found that the five components all had protective effects on endotoxin-challenged mice in terms of mortality. The mortalities of the mice challenged by 2.42 mg/kg endotoxin were 30 %, 50 %, 20 %, 50 % and 60 % after treatment with F02, F021, F022, F023, and F024. The 5 components all had inhibitory effects on the production of TNFalpha and IL-6 by macrophages from the mice. At a concentration of LPS of 50 ng/mL, the inhibitory rates of F02 , F021 1, F022, F023, and F024 for the production of TNFalpha and IL-6 were 76.54 %, 30.86 %, 78.60 %, 36.63 %, 2.06 % and 75.85 %, 18.45 %, 77.68 %, 24.41 %, 3.64% and at the dose of 100 ng/mL, the inhibitory rates were 49.65 Y, 16.86 %, 66.97 %, 13.39 %, 7.16 % and 59.78 %, 1.28 %, 61.86 %, 2.08 %, 1.44 %, respectively. It is concluded that the component F022 of Radix Isatidis has the strongest anti-endotoxin effect.

Objective To development a cooling crystallization process that is suitable for industrial preparation of purified dihydromyricetin.Methods Screen design was used to investigate effects of process parameters such as,temperature,concentration ethanol aqueous,quantity of activated charcoal and adsorption time on yield and purity of dihydromyricetin.Purity was verified by high performance liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography.The solubility of dihydromyricetin in water at viable temperature and ethanol proportion was also determined by UV spectrophotometry.The solid form was characterized by thermal analysis and powder X-ray diffractometry.Results When temperature was ＞ 85 ℃,ethanol concentration ＜ 10％,dosage of activated charcoal 0.1％-0.3％,and adsorption time 1-3 min,yield of dihydromyricetin was more than 70％,and the purity greater than 98％.The crystals,prepared by cooling crystallization from water and ethanol aqueous,had the same physical form and crystal habit.Conclusion Cooling crystallization from low concentration of ethanol aqueous gets higher yield and the process is more robust than crystallization from water.

Objective To establish a microbial limit test for levofloxacin hydrochloride gel. Methods Ca2+ was added to neutralize the antibacterial activity of quinolone,and to form the insoluble precipitate by binding with carbomer, therefore destroying the stability of macromolecules in the gel. The microbial limit test for levofloxacin hydrochloride gel was confirmed combining with membrane filtration and plate methods. Results The normal plate counting was used in detecting the mold and yeast colony in the gel, the recovery was more than 70%.Simultaneously neutralization centrifugation and membrane filtration were used in bacterial count,with recovery less than 70%,and controlling bacteria test. Conclusion The method is accurate and practical for microbial limit test of levofloxacin hydrochloride gel, but is risky for bacterial counting and needs further risk assessment.

Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of pure redcell aplasia cased by human parvovirus B19 infection after renal transplantation.Method The clinical data including clinical symptoms and physical signs,laboratory and pathological examinations and outcomes of treatment in 8 cases at our hospital from Aug.2011 to Mar.2012 were analyzed retrospective,and relative literatures were reviewd.Result Pure red-cell aplasia occurred in all 8 cases 1 to 3 months after kidney transplantation,and one case had recurremt pure red-cell aplasia.The manifestations including recurrent reduction of hemoglobin,and pure red-cell aplasia was definitely diagnosed by bone marrow morphology,pathology,and polymerase chain reaction assay PVB19 DNA.Treatment of intravenous immunoglobulin and conversion of tacrolimus into ciclosporin was effective.Conclusion PVB19 is a rare but clinically significant infection that manifests as pure red cell aplasia during the early post-transplantation.Treatment of intravenous immunoglobulin and conversion of tacrolimus into ciclosporin in most cases was effective.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of 12-week exercises with different intensities on cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)of rats,so as to provide theoretical evidences for evaluating effective exercise loads.Methods Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a low intensity group(50％ VO2max),a moderate intensity group(65％VO2max),a high intensity group(80％VO2max)and a sedentary group,each of 10.All rats were measured the VO2max after three-day adaptive training,then they were repeated the VO2max test every two weeks on the non-training days and the load of the next two weeks was adjusted according to the test result.The treadmill speed was controlled to maintain the specific exercise intensity of each group in the training period.The rats in the exercise groups were trained 5 days per week and 60 minutes per day.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the ultrasonic cardiogram tests were conducted.Results After 12 weeks of exercise,compared with the sedentary group,the average weight of the low and high intensity groups decreased significantly(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After the 12-week exercise intervention,the average VO2max of the three exercise groups were significantly higher than the sedentary group (P＜0.01).The average CRF of the moderate and high intensity group improved faster,with their peak value at the 6th and 8th week respectively.However,in the low intensity group significant improvement in the average CRF was observed from the 10th week,with the peak value appearing at the 12th week.The average left ventricular internal dimension systole of the high intensity group was lower than the low intensity group(P＜0.05),while the ejection fraction and left ventricular shortening fraction increased significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusions Exercises with different intensity can improve the CRF.However,compared with moderate and high intensity exercise,it requires longer time to improve CRF with low intensity exercise.Only exercise with 80％VO2max can significantly improve the cardiac pumping function.

Objective To analyze the early renal function of donors after nephrectomy.Methods Clinical data of 467 cases of living kidney donors during the period from April,2010 and November,2014 in our center were retrospectively analyzed.Data on serum creatinine (Scr),glomerular filtration rate (GFR),serum uric acid (UA),and urine microproteins before operation and three days,seven days,one month and three months after operation were collected to evaluate the impact of nephrectomy on early renal function after operation for donators.Results Before operation and three days,seven days,one month,three months after operation,the average serum creatinine (Scr) level was (59.9±12.8),(85.8±21.0),(91.2±21.3),(92.8±21.6),(91.0±21.3) μmol/L,respectively; The GFR were (113.5±25.3),(75.1± 17.9),(70.3± 15.2),(68.5± 16.0),(69.5± 15.1) ml/min,respectively; The levels of uric acid were (292.60±79.58),(142.18±55.28),(228.41±66.39),(321.31± 83.72),(346.61±87.21) μmol/L,respectively; All these data above-mentioned after operation reached statistical significance compared with that before operation (P ＜ 0.05).Parameters including urine IgG,urine albumin,urine retinol-binding protein and urine β2-microglobulin post-operation time point were significantly different when compared with relative parameters pre-operation (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Nephrectomy has significant influence on GFR,uric acid,and urine microprotein for donors in the early stage after operation.It's worth to evaluate nephrectomy's long-term effect on the renal function of donors in clinical practice.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of serum exsomal miRNA-155-5p (miR-155-5p) and prognosis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC).Methods:A total of 336 samples from ESCC patients in Fujian Provincial Cancer Hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 were collected. The relative expression levels of serum exsomal miR-155-5p were detected by using real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Cut-off value of the expression levels of serum exsomal miR-155-5p was determined by using X-tile software. Based on the optimal cut-off value, patients were divided into miR-155-5p low expression group and miR-155-5p high expression group. The survival curve was drawn by using Kaplan-Meier method and Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to make survival analysis.Results:The cut-off value of serum exsomal miR-155-5p expression level was 2.340. According to the cut-off value, patients were divided into miR-155-5p low expression group (<2.340) of 51 cases and miR-155-5p high expression group (≥2.340) of 285 cases. There were no statistical differences in age ( χ2 = 0.020, P = 0.887), gender ( χ2 = 0.283, P = 0.595), tumor location ( χ2 = 0.063, P = 0.977), differentiation grade ( P = 0.474), clinical staging ( χ2 = 3.996, P = 0.136) and surgery treatment ( χ2 = 0.941, P = 0.332) of patients in both groups. ESCC patients in serum exsomal miR-155-5p high expression had a higher risk of death compared with patients in miR-155-5p low expression group ( HR = 1.763, 95% CI 1.049-2.961, P = 0.032). Conclusion:The high expression level of serum exsomal miR-155-5p is associated with poor prognosis in ESCC patients and it could be used as a prognostic new marker in ESCC patients.
