The Journal of Practical Medicine 2016;32(18):3023-3026
Objective To explore the clinical value of tuberculous infection of T cells spot test (T-SPOT. TB)for diagnosing tuberculous pleurisy in immunocompromised patients. Methods The sensitivities of T-SPOT. TB,ADA, TB-DNA and tuberculosis antibodies to tuberculous pleurisy in 54 immunocompromised patients were compared.Among these patients,22 were retested by T-SPOT. TB after 2 months anti-tuberculosis treatment. Spot forming cells(SFCs) were compared before and after treatment. Results The diagnostic sensitivity of T-SPOT.TB (79.63%)was significantly higher than those of ADA (64.81%),TB-DNA (48.15%)and tuberculosis antibodies (55.56%) (P<0.05).22 patients were retested by the T-SPOT.TB after anti-TB treatment (2 months), the results showed that the positive rate of T-SPOT.TB was 90.91%,not significantly than previous tests (P<0.05).Both ESAT-6 and CFP-10 specific SFCs decreased significantly compared with those before anti-TB treatment (t=2.728 and 2.400,P<0.05 respectively). Conclusions T-SPOT.TB assay has satisfactory sensitivity and could be used in diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy in immunocompromised patients.
2.Study of the relationship between polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme gene and vascular dementia
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To explore the relationship between polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene and vascular dementia (VD).Methods 94 cases of VD, 60 cases of essential hypertension (EH) and 60 healthy controls were enrolled to analyze insertion/deletion polymorphism of ACE gene by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results The DD genotype and the frequency of D allele were significantly higher in VD patients than in healthy controls (all P

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Focal adhesion kinase(FAK),the non-receptor tyrosine kinase, has been implicated in regulating a number of fundamental biological signal transudation pathways that control cell proliferation, survival, adhesion, motility. Many researches have reported that FAK highly expressed in many cancers and involved in the process of cancer development, such as initial,progress,metastasis,multi-drug resistance of cancer.FAK has been the hotpot in cancer research, and it will be a new target in cancer therapy.

Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(5):368-371
Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) detections have unique advantages in the real-time personalized medicine of patients with tumors. The rarity and heterogeneity of CTCs in peripheral blood pose great technical challenge for CTCs researches. Most of technologies for detecting CTCs have been developed to enrich CTCs by virtue of physical properties or specific biological features of the cells at first, then genotype or phenotype analysis are performed to count or characterize CTCs.Advances in molecular analysis of single cells enable CTCs detections to provide more accurate and comprehensive information.Biological processes during CTCs invasion and metastasis such as epithelial-mesenchymal transition and clustering should to be considered seriously to promote the clinical applications of CTCs detection.

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To study DNA damage induced by chlorinated drinking water by-product MX.Methods Hu-man hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2cells was selected as target cells to test the DNA damage induced by MX using single cell gel electrophoresis assay. In this study, the cells were treated with MX at final concentrations of10,30,100and300?mol/L.DMSO and hydrogen peroxide were administered as solvent control and positive control respectively. Results MX induced DNA single strand breaks at the concentrations of30,100and300?mol/L.The length of DNA migration induced by MX increased significantly in comparison with the solvent control(DMSO)in a dose-response manner. Conclusions Chlorinated by-product MX in drinking water could induce obvious DNA damage to human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2cells.

Objective To study the mechanism of anti-keratin autoantibodies (AK auto Ab) inhibiting the keratinocytes proliferation. Methods Keratinocytes from normal human skin and squamous cell carcinoma were cultured, then treated with AK auto Ab in different doses. MTT and immunohistochemical technologies were applied to test the proteins related to proliferation and apoptosis. Results AK could inhibit the proliferation of these two kinds of cells with a dose related effect. AK auto Ab could promote the expression of p53,c-myc, and inhibited the expression of PCNA. Conclusions The results indicate that AK auto Ab plays an important role in the proliferation of keratinocytes both from normal skin and from SCC.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(06):-
[Objective]To analyze the relation of age and sex with the incidence of physical examinees with osteoporosis and low bone mass of vertebras.[Method]Quantitative CT(QCT) was used to examine and analyze the lumbar bone mineral density in 575 physical examinees. The data was analyzed by statistical software SAS 9.0.[Result]Bone mineral density(BMD)decreased with age after 50 years old.The occurrence rates of osteoporosis were 56.34% for females at 50-59 years,87.80% at 60-69 years,97.22% at 70-79 years and 100% at 80-89 years,25.44% for males at 50-59 years,50.64% at 60-69 years,66.66% at 70-79 years, and 90.91% at 80-89 years.[Conclusion]The incidence of osteoporosis is positively related with the age.The occurrence rate of osteoporosis increases with increasing age.It is obviously higher in females than in males.

0\^05). The negative rate of DIGFA in healthy people was 100%(40/40). The cross reaction rate in 20 cysticercosis cases and 25 schistosomiasis cases were 5%(1/20) and 4%(1/25), respectively. Both coincidence rates comparing DIGFA with dot\|ELISA were 90\^9%(50/55). Conclusion DIGFA is as sensitive and specific as the dot\|ELISA,and has the advantages of simplicity and without specific equipment.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(07):-
Objective To understand the current situation and motives of patients xeroxing medical records and the various factors affecting patients' right to know. Methods A cross-sectional survey was made on people who xeroxed medical records with self-made questionnaires and methods of descriptive analysis and stepwise regression analysis were then used to analyze 306 returned questionnaires. Results 98.37% of those surveyed showed approval for the procedures regarding the xeroxing of medical records; 98.04% felt satisfied with the hospital's medical records control; and the chief motives of patients xeroxing medical records were data keeping (28.57%) and medical insurance(27.12%). The current state of knowledge possessed by people xeroxing medical records about patients' rights was unsatisfying. Conclusion Patients' awareness of their right to xerox medical records and their satisfaction towards the hospital's medical records control are fairly high, and yet efforts still need to be made to step up propaganda among rural and elderly people.
