Objective To evaluate spiral CT in the diagnosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in new born.Methods 114 cases HIE were examined with spiral CT, CT findings were analyzed.Results Brain edema of difference degree was found in all cases,thirty cases were showd intracranial hemorrhage.Conclusion Spiral CT scan is helpful for evaluating brain injury with HIE.

Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) has become one of the important therapeutic strategies for the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The latest clinical studies have shown that immunotherapy can bring more survival benefits to patients with early lung cancer and operable patients with locally advanced lung cancer. However, the strategies of neoadjuvant immunotherapy, the timing of operation, the evaluation system of curative effect, predictive markers and other problems still need to be explored in the clinical practice of large samples. This paper reviews the progress of neoadjuvant immunotherapy in NSCLC.

Objective To evaluate the additional efficiency of aldosterone blockers (AB) during angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers (ARB) treatment on hypertensive left ventricle hypertrophy in the elderly. Methods Forty-five cases of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy detected by Doppler ultrasonic cardiogram examination were enrolled,and were randomized to receive treatment with ARB plus AB (Group A) or ARB plus diuretics (Group B) for 48 weeks. The indicators of left ventricle hypertrophy were checked before and after the treatment. Results The both regimens could significantly decrease the blood pressure,and there was significant difference in the effects on lowering blood pressure between the regimens. Both regimens could alleviate left ventricle hypertrophy,but the regimen of ARB plus AB was superior to the regimen in Group B. Conclusion The addition of AB treatment during the ARB treatment was a good antihypertensive regimen for reducing left ventricle hypertrophy.

Objective In order to find out the properly corresponding solutions of stomatology doctors' profession exhaustion,we investigated and analyzed the current situations and the influential factors.The solutions would help stomatology doctors improve the working efficiency and the enthusiasm to job.Methods The survey was conducted using MBI-GS questionnaire.Results Among all the participants 52％ had a certain degree of emotional exhaustion,58％ had emotional exhaustion,61％ were cynic and had doubts about personal accomplishments.Females were even worse than the male in emotional exhaustion.Significant correlation was found between wage satisfaction and oral health care provider's emotions (P＜0.05) No significant relationship was seen between the marital status and different nature of the unit,and the score was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).No obvious difference wss observed in different professional titles.Concltsion In Hainan Area,the stomatology doctors have partly job burnout,according to these surveys,we now taking diversified and adjusted measures to make corrections and prevent the job burnout.

Objective To investigate the changes in the expression of phosphatidylinositol 3?kinase(PI3?K),mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR)and Beclin?1 in the hippocampus of normal rats and intermittent hypoxia rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion ,so as to explore the role of PI3K/mTOR/autophagy pathway in global cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury aggravated by intermittent hypoxia. Methods A total of 80 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group(SO group,n=20),merely ischemia/reperfusion group(I/R group,n=20),intermittent hypoxia for 7?day ischemia/reperfusion group(IH7+I/R group,n=20),and intermittent hypoxia for 21?day ischemia/reperfusion group(IH21+I/R group,n=20). IH7+I/R group and IH21+I/R group were respectively given intermittent hypoxia for 7 days and 21 days before ischemia/reperfusion. The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was established by modified Pulsinelli four?vessel occlusion method. The morpholog?ical changes of nerve cells in hippocampal CA1 region were observed by HE staining and electron microscope. The protein expressions of PI3?K, mTOR and Beclin?1 of nerve cells in hippocampal CA1 region were detected by immunohistochemical staining and RT?PCR. The learning memory capacity of rats were assessed by the Morris water maze test. Results Compared with SO group,I/R group increased the never cells morphology damages,reduced the number of survival neurons,and declined the ability of learning and memory(P<0.05). Immunohistochemistry showed that the number of PI3?K immunoreactive cell,mTOR immunoreactive cell and Beclin?1 immunoreactive cell increased in I/R group compared with S0 group(P<0.05). RT?PCR showed that the expressions of PI3?K,mTOR and Beclin?1 increased in I/R group compared with S0 group(P<0.05). Compared with I/R group,intermittent hypoxia groups increased the never cells morphology damages,decreased the number of survival neu?rons,and declined the ability of learning and memory(P<0.05). Immunohistochemistry showed that the number of PI3?K immunoreactive cell, mTOR immunoreactive cell and Beclin?1 immunoreactive cell increased in IH7+I/R and IH21+I/R groups compared with I/R group(P<0.05). RT?PCR showed that the expressions of PI3?K,mTOR and Beclin?1 increased in IH7+I/R and IH21+I/R groups compared with I/R group(P<0.05),and the changes were more significant in IH21+I/R group(P<0.05). Conclusion Intermittent hypoxia can aggravate neurological injury after ischemia,which is related to PI3K/mTOR/autophagy pathway activation.

Objective To investigate the effects of grape seed proanthocyanidin(GSPE) on mitochondrial injury in hippocampus and learning-memory impairment after obstructive sleep apnea hypoxia in rats.Methods Male SD rats(n=80) were randomly divided into control group,model group,low dose of GSPE treatment group and high dose of GSPE treatment group.Rats in control group were exposed in air,the model group were suffered from intermittent hypoxia conditions (50 ml/L,8-hour-intermittent hypoxia everyday,and the duration of experiment 2 and 6 weeks,respectively).Mitochondrion pathology in hippocampal region was observed using electron microscope;malondialdehyde (MDA) contents and superoxide dismutase activity were detected by colorimetry and apoptotic cells was measured by TUNEL method.The cognitive function of rats in each group was assessed with the Morris water maze (MWM).Results After hypoxia,mitochondrion was significantly injured.The MDA contents were increased(79.86 ± 2.52,88.26 ± 2.86) and SOD level decreased (70.67 ± 6.70,64.26 ± 7.86).The number of neural apoptotic cells was significantly enhanced (9.68 ± 0.79,15.9 ± 2.92).MWM test showed that the escaping latency was prolonged and the frequency of crossing the platform was decreased (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with that in the model group,low dose of GSPE decreased MDA contents (76.38 ± 1.96,82.16 ±2.02),increased SOD level(76.20 ± 6.86,70.58 ± 6.86),and decreased apoptotic cells (6.60 ± 0.69,9.54 ±1.36).MWM test showed that the escaping latency was shortened and the frequency of crossing the platform was increased in GSPE treatment groups(P ＜ 0.05).Compared with low dose of GSPE,high dose of GSPE decreased MDA contents increased SOD level and decreased apoptotic cells.MWM test showed that the escaping latency was shortened and the frequency of crossing the platform was increased (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion GSPE can attenuate mitochondrial injury and improve learning-memory function after obstructive sleep apnea hypoxia.

Objective To analyze the changes and clinical significance of C-reactive protein (CRP)、hemoglobin (Hb) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in different disease stage of multiple myeloma according the international staging system. Method Thirty untreated MM patients with complete clinical records were included in the stndy. The multiple myeloma patients were classified into three groups according to international staging system (ISS).Thirty megaloblastic anemia patients of similar age 、sex、hemoglobin level as the observation group.Resulets The levels of CRP (24.17±9.87 mg/L)、Hb (71.72±13.27 g/L) and ESR (105.94±27.73 mm/h) of stage Ⅲ patients were statistically different with stage Ⅰ ( CRP 8.54±1.97 mg/L; Hb 91.00±9.92g/L; ESR 73.57±20.53mm/h)、Ⅱ patients ( CRP 14.89±5.51 mg/L; Hb 91.29±8.32g/L; ESR 67.00± 15.56 mm/h) separately (P＜0.05).The levels of CRP (19.40±10.17 mg/L) and ESR (91.90±29.70 mm/h) in the MM patients were significantly higher than that in the observation group Ⅰ ( CRP 7.52±1.57mg/L; ESR 20.20±8.04mm/h) (P＜0.05 respectively).CRP and ESR level in MM patients positively correlated with myeloma cell proportion and β2-microglobulin level (P＜0.05), while Hb level negatively correlated with myeloma cell proportion and β2-microglobulin level (P＜0.05),Conclusion The levels of C-reactive protein、hemoglobin and erythrocyte sedimentation rate are closely associated with the development of multiple myeloma. C-reactive protein and hemoglobin are relatively sensitive response to disease than erythrocyte sedimentation rate. There is a clear clinical implication in detecting the patient' s condition for progress and the prognosis.

To evaluating the imaging features and the pathological basis of low grade malignant cystic mesothelioma of the peritoneum (LGMCMP). In 14 cases of LGMCMP, radiographic imaging (X ray, CT, and MRI) was reviewed, and diagnosis was established by pathology. The majority of the patients were middle aged women. The main symptoms were abdominal pain or discomfort. CT and MRI revealed solitary cystic masses in 3 of them, multiple cystic nodules in 5, and diffuse cystic nodules in 6. It is therefore concluded that X ray, CT, and MRI are helpful in revealing the characteristics of LGMCMP and confirm the diagnosis.

Objective:To investigate the expression of SHIP1 in the patients with acute myeloid leukemia and its effect on the apoptosis of human leukemia cells.Methods:The expression of SHIP1 in the bone marrow of patients with acute myeloid leukemia was detected by Westem blot.U937 cells was transfected with SHIP1 expression vector (pEGFP-SHIP1 group) and empty vector control (pEGFP group) respectively,U937 cells without transfection were used as the control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of the cells,the expression of SHIP1,Bcl-2,Bax,Akt,p-Akt were detected by western blot.Results:The expression of SHIP1 in the bone marrow of patients with acute myeloid leukemia was significantly lower than that of the normal human bone marrow SHIP 1 (P＜0.01).The SHIP1 and Bax expressions as well as the apoptotic rate ofpEGFP-SHIP1 group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.01),while the Bcl-2 and p-Akt expressions were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusions:SH-P1 expression was down regulated in the bone marrow of patients with acute myeloid leukemia.SHIP1 could promote the apoptosis of human leukemia cells via Akt signaling pathway.
