Objective To understand the current development situation and the existing problems and deficiencies of the exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation development in Level 2 and above the general hospitals in Chongqing, and to analyze and find out the factors restricting the development of cardiopul-monary rehabilitation in Chongqing, and put forward suggestions for reform and development. Methods Through literature research, field visits and questionnaire survey, the condition of 115 Level Two compre-hensive hospital's rehabilitation and exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation development in Chongqing was understood. Among them, 500 questionnaires were sent to 6 hospitals concerned with cardiopulmonary rehabilitation service, and 483 questionnaires were received with 351 valid questionnaires. Epidata3.1 and SPSS 13.0 statistical software were used to gather research data. Results The settings rate of 115 secondary general hospital rehabilitation was 41.7%, while only 6 hospitals carried out cardiac rehabilitation and cardio pulmonary rehabilitation. There were few rehabilitation beds, the basic staffing was inadequate and the medical staff ratio was only 2 to 2.6. Besides, there is a severe shortage of full-time health instructors. Conclusion The clinical sports cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in Chongqing is as following: The construc-tion of hospital related policies is lagging behind, the overall development of rehabilitation therapy is unbal-anced, the development is late and the level of operation is low. While the lack of professional health movement means that instructors and medical staff have cognitive impairment, residents have low accep-tance of sports rehabilitation therapy and there are insufficient pathogens, which are the main factors that restrict the development of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongrnai Yangxin Pill on the serum hepcidin level of patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease and Anemia of Chronic Disease. Methods:Seventy patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease and Anemia of Chronic Disease whose age were above 40 years old were enrolled as the research group and divided into the medication group (group Ⅱ) (n=35) and the nonmedication group (group Ⅲ)(n=35),while 40 CAD patients were enrolled as the normal control group (group Ⅰ).Before and after medication, the Hepc,Hb,etc levels were compared between two groups. Results:Before medication, the levels of Hepc in the two research subgroup were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).At 8 weeks after treatment, the Hepc level of group Ⅱ was significantly declined, and the level of Hb was increased than those before treatment (P <0.05);the Hepc levels of group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ showed no significant difference (P>0.05),the Hepc levels of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were obviously higher than that of the control group (P <0.05),the Hepc levels of group Ⅲ was obviously higher than that of the group Ⅱ(P<0.05),the Hb level of group Ⅲ was obviously lower than those of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongmai Yangxin Pill could reduce the level of Hepc and enhance the Hb levels of patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease and Anemia of Chronic Disease. It was useful to the patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease and Anemia of Chronic Disease, especially patients with mild anemia.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery (ERAS) under diagnosis-intervention packet (DIP) in patients with early cancer of digestive tract undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD).Methods:The 64 patients with early cancer of digestive tract treated with ESD in the Gastroenterology Department of the Second People′s Hospital of Jiaozuo were selected by randomized controlled trial and convenient sampling method. According to random number table method, they were divided into routine group and observation group, 32 patients in each group. All patients in the 2 groups paid their medical expenses by DIP method, the routine group was treated with traditional perioperative nursing, and the observation group was treated with ERAS perioperative management mode. The postoperative complication rate, length of hospital stay, DIP allocation ratio, and patient satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results:There were 16 men and women in the routine group, 14 men and 18 women in the observation group. After intervention, the incidence of postoperative complications was 21.88% (7/32) in the routine group and 3.12% (1/32) in the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2=5.14, P<0.05). The length of stay was (10.93 ± 2.87) d in the routine group and (9.01 ± 1.53) d in the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t=4.13, P<0.05). The average hospitalization expenses per case was (20 108.23 ± 6 495.49) yuan in the routine group and (18 589.03 ± 4 439.46) yuan in the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t=20.57, P<0.05). The DIP allocation ratio of the observation group was 87.98% (303 419.26/344 872.99), and that of the routine group was 69.33% (244 864.99/353 187.65), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2=4.81, P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.88% (31/32) and the routine group was 78.13% (25/32), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2=5.14, P<0.05). Conclusions:The accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing can effectively reduce the postoperative complications, the average length of stay, the average hospitalization expenses per case under DIP in patients with early cancer of digestive tract treated by ESD, improve the DIP allocation ratio of ESD diseases and the patient′s nursing satisfaction, which reflects the value of nursing work and can be applied to the nursing management of other surgical diseases.
