Based on an analysis of the positioning of public hospitals and the significance of their corporate governance,the authors hold that the present corporate governance of China's public hospitals is at its startup stage.They believe that such governance is the basis to build contemporary hospital management system,yet it is not a solution for all problems confronting these hospitals.Furthermore,progress of the governance requires further optimization of the political ecology.These studies aim at providing theoretical and policy support for the ongoing reform trials of public hospitals.

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of scalp multiple needle insertion by electric stimulation in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. Methods: Scalp multiple needle insertion by electric stimulation was used to treat ischemic apoplexy and changes in rheoencephalogram, blood rheology, blood lipid and serum endothelin were observed. Results:The therapeutic effect was remarkable(P＜0.05) in the observation group and there were obvious changes in rheoencephalogram, blood rheology, blood lipids and serum endothelin (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Scalp multiple needle insertion by electric stimulation has an exact effect in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. The therapeutic mechanism is related to improvement in blood circulation.

In recent years , the increasing number of private medical institutions in China has not led to the re-sponding increase in medical services , capital asset scales .The competitive situation between public and private medical institutions has not yet been formed .This paper discusses the difficulties that Chinese private medical institu-tions have encountered in overseas capital inflow , in order to foster local private medical Institutions , as well as the development of private non-profit hospitals .Based on a systematic analysis of the key points in policy , suggestions were proposed in regarding with enhancement of top-level design of the policies , encouragement of the development of off-shore or on-shore small-scale private medical institutions , as well as facilitation of the productive factors flow in medical institutions'operation.The suggestions on the policies are to be referenced in decision making for a healthy development of Chinese private medical institutions .

Scalp acupuncture is a method of treating whole-body diseases. The author takes the easy positioning of scalp acupuncture as starting point, covers the positioning of scalp acupuncture and needle insertion points, acupuncture manipulation and the selection of acupoints, so as to introduce the design of teaching the international standardized scalp acupuncture with texts and illustrations. The positions of scalp acupuncture are 4 lines in frontal area, 5 lines in parietal area, 2 lines in temporal area and 3 lines in occipital area. The needle insertion angle is 30° to the skin. Acupoints can be selected crossly and correspondingly in clinic.

Objective To understand the current status of learning motivation of high vocational nursing students, In order to increase their learning effect and teach quality. Methods 334 high vocational nursing students were investigated with college students learning motivation questionnaire, the results underwent analysis. Results High vocational nursing students had low learning motivation, their learning motivation was diversified. Significant difference existed between top students and low students. Conclusions High vocational nursing students had weak learning motivation, and is not related with grades and source places. It had individual orientation and utility color, but low social property. Learning motivation is an important factors for academic achievement.

There are still some flaws in the private non-profit hospital supervision system since those hospitals recently began to grow in China. The paper aims to analyze the access and changing processes from the non-profit to profit hospitals and the non-profit character supervision of the private non-profit hospitals based on the literature and survey data in Hubei, Guangdong and Jiangsu Provinces. It also puts forward some suggestions on the private non-profit hospitals development including how to optimize the access process, increase taxes or liquidation in the chan-ging process, and establish the coordination supervision mechanism for the non-profit Character in China.

To investigate an effective method of treating ischemic stroke. Methods:The scalp area corresponding to the ischemic focus was electro-acupunctured by craniocerebral CT localization. Cerebral blood flow and blood rheology were measured. Results:The curative effect and changes in cerebral blood flow and hemorheologic indices were better in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Scalp electro-acupuncture based on CT localization is an effective method of treating ischemic stroke.

Aim To study the protective effect and mechanism of geniposide on human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC) injury induced by H2O2.Methods The injured model was established by HUVEC treated with H2O2.HUVECs were cultured in vitro and divided into five groups:control group,H2O2 group and geniposide with different concentrations plus H2O2 group respectively.HUVECs were incubated with 400 ?mol?L-1 H2O2 for 12 hours in the absence or presence of various concentrations of geniposide pre-incubation.Survival rate of HUVECs was determined by tetrazolium assay.The intracellular activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and extracellular nitric oxide(NO) level were detected.The intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS) level and the apoptotic index and cell cycle alteration were detected by flow cytometry.Results Geniposide concentration-dependently increased the viability of injured endotheial cells,while increased the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,NOS and NO production.The intracellular ROS level and the apoptotic index were reduced by geniposide.The cell proliferation was increased with geniposide incubation.Conclusion Geniposid may be a potential anti-oxidation agent which has a protective effect against HUVEC injuries induced by H2O2.

Clinics are a main institutional form for doctors to open personal business in China .The develop-ment process of clinic reflects the situation of medical staff free practice .This study summarized the supervision poli-cies on clinic in China since the founding of China and got three conclusions .The first one was the attitude of the practice of the clinic has changed significantly .The change include four stages which were authorization ( 1949—1957 ) , limitations ( 1958—1977 ) , re-authorization ( 1978—1996 ) , promotion and encourage ( 1997—) along with macroeconomic system reform and the changes of government's governance ideas on health sector .The second conclu-sion was that the government gradually raised awareness of the status and role of the clinic institutions in the health system over the past several decades .The third conclusion was the supervision policies became more meticulous .In the future , clinical institutions can be a useful supplement to public medical institutions in China for its development process and characteristics .

By means of comparative analysis and literature review,the paper identified differences of private non-profit hospitals at home and abroad in terms of their historical background,fund-raising,tax-free qualification,and governance structure.On such basis,an analysis was made on the development paths of such hospitals in China,for theoretical references and decision support for their development.
