ObjectiveTo investigate on the impact of the serum uric acid (UA) level coronary slow flow phenomenon(CSFP).MethodsSelected 30 cases of coronary slow flow patients as CSFP group,30 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,30 cases of patients with angiographically normal as the control group.The serum UA level was measured in three groups.The CSFP group and the control group were measured left anterior descending,circumflex and right coronary artery TIMI frame count(TFC) value.To analyze the mean TFC value of CSFP patients and the relationship between the serum UA level.ResultsCompared with the control group,the left anterior descending,circumflex and right coronary TFC results were significantly higher(all P ＜ 0.05) in the CSFP group.The mean serum UA level of CSFP group ,control group and CHD group were(340.79 ± 79.40)μmol/L, (220.45 ± 82.34)μmol/L,(42625 ± 87.02) μmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The mean serum UA level and TFC value of CSFP group was positively correlated(r = 0.943, P = 0.007).ConclusionElevated level of serum UA is closely related to the occurrence and development of the CSFP.

Objective To summarize the nursing experience for patients with filtering bleb infection after glaucoma filtering surgery. Methods We introduced the following nursing interventions such as accurate and prompt use of atropine eyedrop according to medical orders, local and intravenous administration of antibiotics and glucocorticoid, reasonable arrangement of medication, close monitoring of patients condition and reaction to treatment. In the same time we also supplied psychological nursing and health education. Results After intervention the symptoms disappeared and inflammation was under control, the filtering bleb became clear and anterior chamber exudation was absorbed, the visual acuity improved in 7 patients with 1 exception. The infection diffused and developed to endophthalmitis in this patient resulting in excavation of eyeball because of delaying hospital admission. Conclusion The keys to prevent filtering bleb infection were accurate, prompt and reasonable arrangement of medication according to medical orders and just-in-time adoption of nursing measures.

Objective To observe the treatment effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods LMWH (0.4～0.6 ml Bid) was used through subcutaneous injection in 36 cases of unstable angina pectoris for 14 days on end.Results The clinical effective rate was 66.67%.The drug was effective in the decreasing of the frequency and time of angina pectoris,and also in the decreasing of nitroglycerin consumption as well as in the improvement of the scope and severity of cardiac ischemia by ECG.Conclusion LMWH is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.

Objective To summarize the nursing points of the patients with refractory glaucoma un-dergone ahmed valve insertion with donor human sclera patch.Methods The nursing points of 102 con-secutive refractory glaucoma cases who underwent ahmed glaucoma valve implant insertion with donor hu-man sclera patch placed over the tube were studied retrospectively.Results 100 (98.04%) glaucoma-tous valves kept on being unobstructed postoperatively.Complications occurred in some patients including hyphema(5 cases), tube exposure (1 cases), shallow anterior chamber(16 cases), hypertension accom-panied with eye pain, headache, and corneal edema early after surgery (14 cases received paracentisis within 3 days), tubes obstructed by the vitrous needed vitrectomy (3 cases), obstructed by silicon oi1(2 cases).Conclusions Paying attention to psychological nursing and health instruction preoperatively, close observation after surgery, and correct instructions for the out- patients, are the key points in the reha-bilitation process after ahmed valve insertion with donor human sclera patch.

Clinics are a main institutional form for doctors to open personal business in China .The develop-ment process of clinic reflects the situation of medical staff free practice .This study summarized the supervision poli-cies on clinic in China since the founding of China and got three conclusions .The first one was the attitude of the practice of the clinic has changed significantly .The change include four stages which were authorization ( 1949—1957 ) , limitations ( 1958—1977 ) , re-authorization ( 1978—1996 ) , promotion and encourage ( 1997—) along with macroeconomic system reform and the changes of government's governance ideas on health sector .The second conclu-sion was that the government gradually raised awareness of the status and role of the clinic institutions in the health system over the past several decades .The third conclusion was the supervision policies became more meticulous .In the future , clinical institutions can be a useful supplement to public medical institutions in China for its development process and characteristics .

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of the cell cycle regulators cyclin E, cyclin D1, p21, p16 in laryngeal carcinogenesis tissus. METHOD: The expression of cell cycle regulators were detected by flow cytometry method in 23 cases of polyps of vocal cord, 69 cases of laryngeal precancerous change and 33 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), which tissue was paraffin embedded, sliced, dewaxed, and prepared into the cell suspension, then fluorescently labeled by cyclin E, cyclin D1, p21 and p16. RESULT: In polyps of vocal cord, laryngeal precancerous change and LSCC, The positive expression rate of cyclin E and cyclin D1 were respectively 13.04%, 20.29D, 42.420 and 26.09%, 43.48% and 93.94%. The positive expression rate of p16 and p21 were respectively 61.90%, 40.98%, 14.28% and 47.62%, 23.81%, 26.23%. Those showed the positive expression rate of cyclin D1, cyclin E gradually decreased from vocal cord polyps, laryngeal precancerous change to LSCC, (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), while the positive expression rate of p21 and p16 gradually decreased (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION The abnormal expression of cell cycle regulatory factors is the molecular events of laryngeal carcinoma. High expression of positive regulatory factors cyclin D1 and cyclin E, and low expression of negative regulatory factors p16 and p21, which showed the imbalance of multiple positive and negative regulatory factors related with cell cycle play an important role in the occurrence of laryngeal cancer.

Objective To explore the effects and mechanism of hydrogen sulfide on myocardial ischemia reperfusion in rats. Methods With sodium hydrogen sulfide (NaHS) as a donor of hydrogen sulfide ( H2S), we established myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model in rats. The SD rats were randomly divided into control group,myocardial ischemia reperfusion group (I/R group), H2S group,and H2S and glibenclamide (H2S + GLI)group. We monitored the hemodynamics index of rats, including heart rate, arterial pressure, left ventricular pressure. The rate of ventrical arrhythmia was also observed in each group. Results H2 S significantly reduced the ventricular arrhythmia (VA) occurrence (H2S group 66.5% vs I/R group 33.5% (P ＜0.05) and score in myocardial ischemia reperfusion rats (H2S group 2. 6 ±0. 7 vs I/R group 4. 5 ±0. 8(P＜0.05). The KATP channel blocker,glibenclamide,could weaken the antiarrhythmic effects of H2S ( H2S group 2. 6 ±0. 7 vs. H2S + GLI group 4. 0 ± 0. 6, P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusions H2S has the protective effect against myocardial ischemia reperfusion damage. This function may be associated with the KATP signal transduction pathway in cells.

OBJECTIVEThe color difference meter and electronic nose fingerprint analyzer were introduced to discriminate processed betel nut's different huohou and quantize empirical index during the processing of Chinese medicine.

METHODBy collecting the color's and the smell's characteristic parameters of betel nut and its processed products to set up huohou's math discrimination modules and 90% reference value scale.

RESULTWe set up a huohou's math discrimination module and 90% reference value range base on L a*b*, which discrimination coincidence was 100% and 90% reference value range respectively was Shengpin: L* (50.07-55.03), a* (4.136-6.906), b* (6.65-8.82); Chaopin: L* (43.874-47.998), a* (3.816-6.732), b* (3.786-6.558); Jiaopin: L* (38.744-40.616), a* (1.11-3.01), b* (-1.434-0.538). At the same time, we set up a huohou's math discrimination module base on smell's characteristic parameters too.

CONCLUSIONThe betel nut and its processed products' color and smell measurement based on the color difference meter and electronic nose fingerprint analyzer may be feasible, and provides a reference to better study on traditional Chinese medicine theory.

Objective? To evaluate the Chinese version of Glaucoma Quality of Life 17 (Glau-QoL17) by item analysis on each item using item response theory(IRT), so as to provide tools in life quality evaluation in patients with glaucoma in China. Methods? By convenience sampling, 198 glaucoma patients admitted in the outpatient department of Opthalmic Center affiliated to Sun Yat-Sen University from May 2017 to July 2018 were selected and their life quality were evaluated by using the Chinese version of Glau-QoL17. MULTILOG 7.0 was used to analyze the collected data in IRT and calculate the discrimination and difficulty parameters of each item. Results? The Chinese version of Glau-QoL17 had good discrimination. The discrimination parameter (α) ranged from 1.50 to 5.23, and the difficulty increased monotonously. Except for the entry "Are you afraid of surgeries?", the other items ranged from-3 to 3; the coverage area under the item information curve was relatively large except for item "Currently, I am very well-informed about my visual problems." Conclusions? The Chinese version of Glau-QoL17 can be used in the evaluation of the glaucoma patients' quality of life in our country, however, it still needs further modification on its content so as to improve the accuracy of the evaluation.

Objective: To investigate the smartphone addiction among college students during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and its association with daily behaviors and mental health,and to provide reference for heath education and psychological counseling for college students. Methods: An observational study using online quyestionnaire was conducted among 10 357 college students of two provincial medical schools in Guangdong and Shanxi Province from February 24th to March 4th in 2020. Participants were investigated on demographic information, smartphone addiction, daily routine, physical activity, weight status, anxiety, and other health information. Logistic regression with inverse probability treatment weighting (IPTW) based on propensity score was used to analyze the association between smartphone addiction with daily behavior and mental health. Results: The prevalence of smartphone addiction was 59.42%. The prevalence of phone addiction was higher in postgraduates, senior undergraduates, students with non-medical major, students living in GuangDong and those without regular exercise habit before vacation(χ 2=47.91，17.78，42.75，138.58，P<0.05). With IPTW, there were significant associations between smartphone addiction and late bedtimes (OR=1.82, 95%CI=1.66-1.98) and wake-up times (OR=1.55, 95%CI=1.44-1.68), more sedentary behaviors (OR=1.21, 95%CI=1.12-1.31), less moderate to vigorous physical activity (OR=1.33, 95%CI=1.22-1.44), anxiety (OR=2.98, 95%CI=2.52-3.40), weight gain(OR=1.27，95%CI=1.17-1.37) and other detrimental daily behavior and feelings. Conclusion High prevalence of smartphone addiction has been observed during the COVID-19 pandemic, with impaired daily behavior and mental health.
