Methods 78 patients were randomly recurited into a control group (36 cases) and a treatment group (42 cases). The treatment group was administered with 1.6g to 2.0g Yangxin Ningshen capsule, three times daily, for 28 days. The control group was administered with Valium and Orgzanol tablets for 28 days. After 4 weeks therapy, the clinical effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rate and cure rate was 92.85% and 47.62% respectively in the treatment group. The total of effective rate and cure rate was 83.33% and 30.56% respectively in the control group, There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusion The therapy of Yangxin Ningshen capsule has good effects in treating insomnia.

Objective To report Trichosporon asahii first isolation and identification of TH chosporon asahii in chain. Methods A clinical infection fungus strain was isolaled from mouth pseudomembrane vaginal, nasal secretions, urine, faces, and live puncture tissue, injured skin tissue of a female patient, who had no clear underlying disease.Through cultured in medium, biochemical assay, identification of the bacterial race molecular biology test and DNA sequencing.Result We demostrated that the fungus strain was unanimously identified as Trichosporon asahii.Conclution The Trichosporon asahii could induce the disseminated Trichosporonosis.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(06):-
Object To establish an effective plantlet regeneration system of Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. for the purpose to obtain a large number of high quality seedling in a short time. Methods Leaves in vitro were tried as the explants and cultivated in different media with the various portion of hormones. Results The medium of MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was the most suitable one for the induction of shoots; the medium of MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was beneficial to the propagation of shoots; the medium of MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was good for the elongation of shoots; and the medium of 1/2 MS without any hormone was suitable for the induction of roots. Conclusion Rapid propagation of A. carmichaeli could be achieved by tissue culture and this will lead to the possibility for its seedling in the industrial production.

Tumor 2009;(12):1140-1145
Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological factors affecting the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients with liver metastasis and how to select therapeutic method. Methods:The clinical records of 146 colorectal cancer patients with liver metastases who were admitted in Cancer Hospital of Guizhou Province from March 1997 to March 2007 were collected and made a retrospective analysis. The survival rate of the 146 patients was calculated by using life table method. Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test were used for univariate analysis on clinicopathological features and therapeutic modalities. The multivariate analysis was performed by using COX regression model. The prognostic index (PI) of patients was calculated based on the result of multivariate analysis. The patients were classified into different risk groups according to PI value and the survival rate was compared between the different groups. Rusults:The overall 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates were 62.0%, 15.5%and 6.2%, respectively. Univariate analysis revealed that the following factors were related with the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients with liver metastasis. They included pathological classification, histological grade, serum CEA(carcinoembryonic antigen)level, primary tumor resection, local lymph node metastasis, number and size of liver metastases, distribution and initiation time of liver metastases, extrahepatic invasion, with or without surgery and che-motherapy for liver metastasis, and chemotherapeutic regimen selection. Multivariate analysis showed that the serum CEA level, extrahepatic metastasis, number and size of liver metastases, primary tumor resection, and chemotherapeutic regimen were independent prognostic factors for colorectal patients with liver metastasis. Conclusion:The therapeutic modality had an obvious effect on the prognosis of colorectal cancer with liver metastasis. Active treatment for primary tumor and metastatic lesions increased the survival rate of patients. Serum CEA levels, with or without extrahepatic metastases, and the number and size of liver metastases were prognostic factors. PI value could be used to predict the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients with liver metastasis.

Objective To investigate the relationship between choroidal telangiectasia and subfoveal choroidal thickness in the patients with central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods Eighty-four patients (84 eyes) with central serous chorioretinopathy in our hospital from February 2015 to April 2016 were selected, based on the fluorescein angiography the patients were divided into 3 groups:Mild group (leakage at 9-10 minutes after injection,26 cases),moderate group (leakage at 5-8 minutes after injection,37 cases),severe group (leakage at 5 minutes after injection,21 cases). The choroidal capillary dilatation was assessed by OCTA,and subfoveal choroidal thickness in three groups and patients with different foveal choroidal expansion degree were measured by EDI-OCT,and correlation analysis was performed. Results The proportion of severe dilation of choriocapillae in mild group, moderate group, severe group were 7.69%,13.52% and 23.81%,respectively.The subfoveal choroidal thickness was sequentially increased in mild group, moderate group, severe group (P < 0.05).The subfoveal choroidal thickness in patients with mild, moderate and severe dilatation of choroidal capillaries were (306.59 ± 74.18) μm,(367.21 ± 85.04) μm and (416.27 ± 104.56) μm,respectively (P < 0.05).The degree of choroidal telangiectasia in patients with central serous chorioretinopathy had a positive correlation with the thickness of subfoveal choroid (r =0.812,P =0.037).Conclusion The degree of choroidal telangiectasia and subchondral choroidal thickness in patients with central serous chorioretinopathy are significantly increased with the severity of the disease, and there is a positive correlation between them.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(05):-
Objective To report the first case of disseminated trichosporonosis in China. Methods A series of clinical, histopatholog ic,and mycologic studies were carried out in a 20year-old-female patien t,who had no definite underlying disease. The causative fungus was identified according to culture, biochemical t est and DNA sequencing. Results Abundant fungal spores, yeasts and h yphae were shown in the specimens tak en from infectious granulomas. The fungal c olonies in the culture of skin lesion s or crusts, liver, oral psedomembra ne,vagina, nasal cavity, urine, and sto ol were the same. The colonies exhibi ted creamy white to yellowish in colo r,rugose on the surface, and hyphae at t he periphery.Under microscopy, there were a lot of rectangular arthrospores, round or oval spores w ith or without buddings,as well as br anched and septate filaments. The isolated fungus was unanimously identified as Trichosporon asahii(No.AS 2.2174)through culture,bio-chemistry and molecular biology tests. The patient's condition was impr oved obviously after the combinatio n treatment of amphotericin B liposom e(Amphotec)and fluconazole. Conclusion The extensive and lasting systemic impairments caused by T.asahii have scarcely been reported at home a nd abroad.Combination therapy with amphotericin B and fluconazole is effective.
