1.Knowledge chain-based practice and thinking in subject-guided reading of classic ancient books
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(8):65-68
The serial knowledge of cognate thoughts, culture, systems, language, engraving and edition of classic ancient books was organized based on their subject-guided reading activities, which plays a rather effective role in promoting the readers to read them. The selection of subject-guided reading activity contents, forms of subject-guided reading activity design, implementation of subject-guided reading activity were analyzed with the ancient e-dition of《Handbook of prescriptions for emergency》as an example. A knowledge chain-based subject-guided reading model of classic ancient books was proposed for promoting the reading of ancient books on traditional Chinese medi-cine and the reading of Chinese national culture in related academic libraries.
2.Popularization and utilization of ancient books in Library of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;24(12):25-27,41
How to grasp the characteristics of ancient books, how to accurately select the topics and how to plan the projects were analyzed in order to popularize the ancient books and improve their utilization with the popularization and utilization of ancient books in Library of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example. Suggestions were put forward for the popularization and utilization of ancient books, namely strengthening the publicity to the protection of ancient books, gaining for the support of governments, schools and social organizations, building the platform for sharing ancient books, and improving the professional level of staff providing ancient books service.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(11):149-151
Objective To analyse effect of nalmefene hydrochloride adjuvant therapy on serum nitric oxide(NO), endothelin (ET) and cardiac troponin I ( cTnI) in patients with traumatic shock. Methods 48 patients who were diagnosed with traumatic shock were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 24 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional anti shock treatment, the control group were treated with naloxone, the patients in experimental group received nalmefene hydrochloride treatment, after treatment, the serum levels of NO, endothelin and cardiac troponin I were detected in all patients. Results After treatment, compared with control group, the serum level of NO was lower in experimental group(P<0.05);the serum level of ET was lower in experimental group(P<0.05);the serum level of cTnI was lower in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nalmefene hydrochloride adjuvant therapy could significantly reduce the serum levels of NO, ET and cTnI in patients with traumatic shock, control the development of the disease, prevent myocardial injury.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM: As a human basement membrane-derived inhibitor of angiogenesis and tumor growth, canstatin has been paid great attention since it was isolated and identified in 2000. Canstatin significantly inhibited human endothelial cell migration and proliferation and induced apoptosis, suggesting that it might be a powerful and potential therapeutic molecule for atherosclerosis, unstable angina and tumor.

Objective The diabetic foot ulcer has high incidence rate, many complications, and is difficult to heal. Methods We summary the treatment expericncc of 156 cases of diabetic foot wounds. On the basis of comprehensive standard medical treatment, according to the wound characteristics, blood supply, and the degree of tissue necrosis,we performed staging gnawing-away debridement for all tbe wounds, combining with pressure suction, new dressing, skin grafts and skin flaps. Results Of all the 156 cases,2 cases died,4 cases were lost to follow-up,the remaining 150 cases healed, with an average time of 56 days. Conclusions The treatment of diabetic foot ulcer must take into account both the systemic therapy and local processing, the wound should be debrided with different stage and progressively. When the wound microenvironment is gradually improved,it can be covered appropriately with skin grafts. The skin flap should be chosen cautiously.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF ?) is a pro inflammatory cytokine produced primarily by mononuclear phagocytes in blood and different tissues. Current data indicate that adult myocytes can also produce TNF ? in the course of various heart diseases, such as congestive heart failure, myocarditis, ischemic heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, and septic cardiomyopathy. Elevated TNF ? is considered to be contributive to the pathophysiology of these diseases. Methods concerning anti TNF ? therapy and their clinical application are the on going investigations.

With the development of stem cells and regenerative medicine (treatment of various diseases using stem cells) research, the induction of differentiation of human stem cell technology has also made significant progress. The development of chemical biology offers a variety of small biological molecules for stem cell biology. This review focuses on how small molecule compounds (natural and synthetic) induce differentiation of stem cells.
