Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;(z1):29-31
Objective To investigate the easement degree of pain after the treatment of low back pain patients in 6 months after the operation. Methods To treat lumbar degenerative osteoarthritis (21cases),lumbar disc herniation(31 cases),Lumbar spinal stenosis assompanied with lumbar disc herniation(1 cases) with percutaneous radiofrequency-ablation,compare the JOA,VAS,Oswestry score of the patients before and at the just after operation,2 weeks,6weeks,3 months,6 months after operation. Results The JOA score of patients after operation rise obviously than that of patients before operation, and VAS and Oswestry score reduce obviously, they all have statiscal significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The pain of patients who suffered from discogenic low back pain, lumbar disc herniation is relieved by percutaneous radiofrequency-ablation,the quality of patients'life is heightened, all of above indicate that the treatment is an effective method for discogenic low back pain, lumber disc herniation.

Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(6):375-377,383
There is great role of position treta ment in critically paediatric patient. It can not only alleviate the ol cal skin contracture opprse sion, muscle joints, but can cause the redistribution of body fluids. Even changing body position plays a crucial role in a number of specific diseases and treatment modalities. Intensive care unit common position includes seated,semi-seated,supine,semi-supine,left lateral, right lateral op sition na d prone position,anti-trendelenburg position, continuous lateral rotation therapy. The following is a brief introduction to the application of various body positions in the intensive care unit.

Objective To evaluate the outcome and safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) versus endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) in the management of esophageal mucosal lesion. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with esophageal mucosal lesion were analyzed.Twenty-five patients were treated by ESD (ESD group) and 45 patients were treated by EMR (EMR group). The enbloc resection rate, tissue healing resection rate, operation time, complication and recurrence rate were compared between two groups. Results The enbloc resection rate, tissue healing resection rate in ESD group were significantly higher than those in EMR group [60.0%(15/25) vs.48.9%(22/45),48.0%(12/25) vs.40.0% (18/45)] (P <0.05).The local recurrence rate in ESD group was lower than that in EMR group [4.0% (1/25) vs.20.0% (9/45)] (P < 0.05).The severe complication such as delayed hemorrhage, perforation, stenosis between two groups had no significant difference (P > 0.05).The operation time in ESD group was (64.3 ±27.1) min,and significantly longer than that in EMR group [(27.6 ± 14.1) min] (P <0.05).Conclusions Compare with EMR,ESD has better enbloc resection rate, tissue healing resection rate, and lower recurrence rate.It is more safe and effective in the therapy of esophageal mucosal disease.

Objective To explore the influence on cyclin and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor of cell cycle of Kasumi-1 cell-derived from t(8;21)/AML treated with histone deacetylase(HDAC)inhibitor valproic acid(VPA).Methods RT-PCR assay was applied to detect mRNA expression of regulation factor of cell cycle of Kasumi-1 cell with VPA at different concentration and different time. Results VPA could down-regulate mRNA expression of cyclinD1,cyclinE1 and cyclinB1,and up-regulate mRNA expression of p21 WAF1/CIP1 with no obvious variation of mRNA level of p27KIP1. Condusion VPA could regulate cell cycle through the regulation of cyclins and cyclin-dependent kinase, arresting Kasumi-1 cell at G0/G1 phase.

Objective To find out the expression relation between TP53 and NOTCH1,and to explore their effects in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Obtained the differentially expressed genes data of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma from 279 samples in TCGA database.Analyzed the co-expression relation between TP53 and NOTCH1 through Pearson and Spearman method.Cbioportal was used to analyze their co-expressed genes.Establish the co-expression network of TP53 and NOTCH1 with String database. The pathway and function of co-expression network was identified through KEGG and DAVID database respectively. Results Among the 279 samples,TP53 and NOTCH1 was co-expressed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.(Pearson score =0.45;Spearman score =0.41) There were 182 interaction pairs of TP53 and NOTCH1 related co-expressed gene according to the String database.(Pearson and Spearman score > 0.3)These genes were enriched in some pathways such as T cell receptor signaling pathway, cell cycle, cell adhesion molecules and so on.These genes were enriched in some tumor related function including immune response, regulation of transposition, regulation of apoptotic process, cell cycle, regulation of GTPase activity and so on.Conclusion TP53 and NOTCH1 was co-expressed.Through establishing co-expressed network of TP53 and NOTCH1 and bioinformatics analysis, their function and signaling pathway were explored. The data generated from this study could provide a new reference in mechanism research of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

BACKGROUND: As a stressor, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)caused great psychological pressure during its outbreak in 2003 and SARSpatients suffered a sustained psychological stress. Investigation of the correlation of SARS onset with its psychology and etiology is now ongoing and the roles that the psychological factors might play in the disease course of SARS remain undefined.OBJECTIVE: To study the psychological status of SARS patients in the recovery stage so as to provide evidence to assist the resolution of their psychological problems.DESIGN: A sampling survey based on SARS patients.SETTING: Department of Rehabilitation with Breathing Exercise, Guang'anmen Hospital, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.PARTICIPANTS: SARS patients in the recovery stage, whose conditions were controlled and showed signs of improvement, were selected from the Third Disease Department and other departments, Beijing Geriatrics Hospital between April and June in 2003.INTERVENTIONS: Psychological status of SARS patients in the recovery stage was assessed with Symptom Check List (SCL-90) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ).MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:①Psychological statrs of SARS patients in the recovery stage;②differences of SCL-90 scores of SARS patients in the recovery stage in relation to sexes ,ages and education.RESULTS:①The somatization symptom scores of SARS patients in recovery stage in relation to sexes, ages and education.ery stage were significantly higher than norm( P < 0.05), but those for compulsion, personal relationship, hostility and paranoia were significantly( P < 0.05)②The somatization and anxiety scores of female patients were significantly higher than the female norm. Except somatization and psychoticism, the other factors of male patients had lower scores than norm. Moreover, the scores of SCL-90, somatization, anxiety and phobia in male SARS patients were significantly lower than those in female patients.③All factors in the aged group(50-60) scored less than those in other age groups, but scores for anxiety and somatization in patients between 30 -40years of age were obviously higher than those in other age groups, suggesting greater inpact of these two factors in these age group.④Patients receiving higher education had significantly lower scores for all factors except for somatization and anxiety than those with lower education.⑤Patients who used negative coping style had higher scores for all factors in SCL-90 than those who used positive coping style.CONCLUSION: The psychological status of SARS patients in the recovery stage are basically normal, but the anxiety of the female patients can be increased obviously, and the patients with lower education and those who use negative coping style have significant different psychology from other patients.
