Objective To investigate the relationship between gallbladder stone with blood lipid levels ,body weight index (BMI) and distribution of TCM constitution .Methods A total of 698 cases of gallstone in our two hospital from September 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the experiment group ,and contemporaneous 253 cases of abdominal hernia ,gallbladder polyp and other diseases were included into the control group .The TCM constitution identification investigation was performed and the TCM constitution distribution was observed .The blood lipid levels and BMI were compared between the two groups .The risk of blood lipid level and BMI to gallstone occurrence was evaluated .Results The normal constitution in the experimental group accounted for 12 .2% ,the top three places of the biased constitution were phlegm‐damp nature ,Qi deficiency nature and damp heat nature ,which accounted for 29 .4% ,17 .0% and 11 .0% respectively .The TC and VLDL‐C level and BMI in the male and female patients of the experiment group were higher than those in the control group ,moreover the TG level in the female patients of the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .The increase of TC (OR=2 .87) ,VLDL‐C(OR=6 .32) and BMI (male:OR=2 .43 ,female:OR=2 .01) were the risk factors of gallstone occurrence . Conclusion Increase of TC ,VLDL‐C and BMI are the risk factors of gallstone occurrence ,the TCM constitution of gallstone pa‐tients is dominated by the phlegm‐damp nature .

Objective To investigate the changes of protein C and fibrinolytic system in patients with acute cerebrovasculer disease and the influence of intervened treatments on acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Determinations of protein C(PC),protein S (PS),thrombomodulin(TM),Tissue-type plasminogen activater(t-PA),plasminogen activator inhabitor(PAI) were performed in patiens with acute cerebrovasculer disease and normal control(NC),then redeterminated these items after treatments in patients with ACI.Results PC,PS:The levels in patients with ACI were significantly lower than that in other groups.After dreatments,the levels in patients with ACI increased.There were no significantly discrepancy in acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH) and lacunar cerebral infarct(LCI) compared with NC;TM:The levels in patients with ACH,ACI were significantly higher than that with LCI and NC.After dreatments,the levels in patients with ACI decreased;t-PA:The levels in patients with ACI were lower than NC,whereas the levels in patients with ACH increased.After dreatments,the levels in patients with ACI increased;PAI:The levels in patients with ACI were significantly higher than NC,and also found that the levels in patients with ACH and LCH were higher compared with NC.The levels in patients with ACI decreased after dreatments.Conclusions There are obviously abnormalities in plasma coagulative and fibrinlytic parameters in acute cerebrovasculer disease;To check the levels of PC,PS,TM,t-PA,PAI are important to predict the type of stroke,the seriousness of disease,the effect of treatment,prognosis of the cases and suggest that earlier treatments be important.

[Summary] There are a variety of treatment methods for stress urinary incontinence ( SUI) .Surgery is effective but has high risks, only to adapt to the limited population .Conservative treatment has a high recurrence rate and poor long-term results.Local injection of stem cell has been proposed as a new minimally invasive therapy of SUI .Stem cells, with the ability to transform into muscle cell , secrete various growth factors , promote local nerve and muscle tissue regeneration , and repair sphincter dysfunction .This article reviewed on therapy of skeletal muscle-derived stem cells and the associated risks of treatment .

Objective To understand the prevalence and awareness of Toxoplasma gondii of the pregnant women in Bazhou City,Hebei Province,so as to provide the evidence for formulating effective prevention and control interventions. Methods The pregnant women with prenatal screening in the Fourth People’s Hospital in Langfang City were selected and investigated with questionnaires. A part of the pregnant women were randomly sampled and received the ELISA test of the antibodies against T. gondii. Results Totally 672 pregnant women accepted the questionnaire survey,with an awareness rate of 19.49%(131/672). Totally 526 pregnant women of them were randomly selected to take the ELISA test,with a positive rate of 13.88%(73/526). The awareness rate and infection rate of T. gondii were related to the education level,occupation and place of residence (c2=5.89-17.62,all P<0.05),and the infection rate was negatively related to the awareness rate(c2=5.37,P<0.05). Con?clusion Increasing the awareness rate of toxoplasmosis knowledge is one of the effective methods to control the disease. There?fore,the health education about T. gondii should be carried out actively.

Objective To explore the efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich syndrome (HWWS).Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with HWWS from January 2009 to December 2015 treated with combination of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were retrospectively analyzed.The patients had different degrees of dysmenorrhea (17 cases),abnormal vaginal discharge (17 cases),and infertility (4 cases) before surgery.During followup,we observed the symptom and pregnancy outcomes after surgery.Results The patients were followed up for 3-36 months (average,24 months).The vaginal irregular bleeding and abnormal secretions disappeared in 17 patients;dysmenorrhea relieved partly in 17 cases;4 patients who had fertility requirements gave birth to babies.Conclusion Combination of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy sufficiently clears genital malformation of HWWS and solves the lower genital tract obstruction.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the cleaning efficiency of using Ruhof multi-enzyme detergent to clean endoscopies. METHODS Take 80 sets of used endoscopies as samples and clean them with multi-enzyme detergent in "four-trough" way as instructed by the Ministry of Health.After cleaning,the changes in bio-burden residual on the endoscope′s surface and jet obstruction were observed. ABSTRACT:Objective To analyze the effects of antisurvivin oligonucleotide (Survivin ASODN)on IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway and down-stream cancer genes of ovarian cancer SKOV3 cell line and to detect the changes of invasive ability of cell line in order to explore the role of Survivin ASODN in reducing metastasis and recurrence of ovarian cancer and its potential clinical value.Methods ASODN was transfected into SKOV3 cells by lipofectamineTM2000 in ASODN group,and lipofectamineTM 2000 was introduced in control group.The invasive ability in ASODN and control groups was detected by Transwell chamber.The expressions of interieukin-6 (IL-6 ), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3 ), Survivin, and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in ovarian cancer cell line at mRNA level were detected by Real-time PCR.The expressions of IL-6 , STAT3 ,signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 phosphorylation (p-STAT3 ),Survivin,and VEGF-A in ovarian cancer cell line at protein level were detected by Western blot.Results The expressions of IL-6,STAT3, Survivin,and VEGF in ovarian cancer cell line at mRNA level were significantly down-regulated in ASODN group (P<0 .0 5 ).IL-6 ,STAT 3 ,p-STAT 3 ,Survivin and VEGF-A protein levels in ovarian cancer cell line were significantly down-regulated in ASODN group (P<0.05).The invasive ability was significantly reduced by ASODN (P<0.01).Conclusion ASODN targeting Survivin could reduce the invasive ability of ovarian cancer cell line. The mechanism may be blocking IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway and its down-stream cancer genes of ovarian cancer cell line.ASODN targeting Survivin may have clinical value in preventing and treating the metastasis and recurrence of ovarian cancer.

Objective To discuss the diagnosis characteristics and clinical value of posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI). Methods One thousand and two cases were examed by CDFI for the diagnosis standard and property of PVD. Results Typical acoustic properties of PVD: the B scan may show a very fluid thick line. There were two types complete PVD and part PVD based on the vitreous separated from the optic nerve. Kinetic echography typically showed a very fluid, undulating after movement of the completely PVD. Part PVD had more than one dot with attachments to the retina and less mobile than complete PVD. There was not blood flow signal on the PVD by CDFI. Conclusions Ultrasonography for PVD not only exactitudes,but also provides foundation for clinic.
